My personal computer is the center of my life, but sometimes I have problems that are beyond my skill, time, or patience level. Such it was a few weeks ago when I tried to sign in, only to find an ominous looking black screen that warned me the fan was not working properly and that going any further would most likely damage my computer and data severely. I had a bad experience with a local company four years ago that took the liberty to rearrange my software and install goofy irritating pop-up ads. So I chose to call the company with the largest ad in the local phone book which turned out to be a rip-off front for a company that's actually based in Florida! After spending another week looking for a local honest company, with extreme trepidation I decided to call Ryan's, who rapidly put me at ease with his friendliness, competence, and willingness to work with me. It took a little longer to get the replacement fan, but in the end, not only was my computer working well again, Ryan also checked my system out to see if I would be able to install Windows 10 when Microsoft forces everyone to, or would I have to buy completely new hardware. What do you think Best Buy would have told me? When I bought my very first system in 1996 the salesman excitedly told me that it was 'top of the line,' and would be for years to come. Within six months my 'top of the line' system was already out of date, but the fancy 'toys' still didn't have the required software. I'm 100% confident that when I'm ready for my next system or upgrade to Windows 10, Ryan will be honest no matter what I choose to do and be willing to work with me, not try to take advantage of me. When a person walks out of my front door with one of the most important items I own, being able to trust that person is imperative. I recommend Ryan without any hesitation whatsoever.
