The service I received from Erik exceeded expectations by far. When I called for an appointment, he picked up my laptop from my home the same day, despite snowy conditions. He was transparent about the pricing, did not charge for a diagnostic, and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the repair. He fixed and deliver the laptop to my home in less than 24 hours. One of the most honest business transactions I've ever experienced. Highly recommended.

I have used this service for approximately 3 years. The first time my computer was completely unusable to me. I searched for someone local and after 2 other phone calls to other computer repair places I was not impressed. I then called Erik and from the beginning I felt very confident with his knowledge and skills. Erik came out and it was determined he would need to take it with him to hopefully be able to retrieve the files and get it working properly. He succeeded and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. The charge was very reasonable. Since then I have contacted him on multiple occasions and have always received a fast response and he has always brought it up to speed. Thankfully no major problems have been encountered since I have relied on Erik's expertise. I recommend him without any reservations.

While Eric typically only does appointments, I needed a screw for a new SSD drive in my laptop. I made a quick call asking if I could swing by for help. He was accommodating and provided the screw I needed to install it. On top of that, he made sure that it was installed properly and was listed as a storage device. Erik provided exceptional service and technical expertise when my custom gaming computer unexpectedly stopped functioning. Very quickly, he rescued large numbers of photos, videos and other important data from my computer and kept me apprised of his progress throughout the repair process. He ultimately rebuilt my computer, installing a new video card, solid state drive, and 4TB hard drive. He cleaned both the interior and exterior of the computer. Right when I needed it most, Erik was there for every single thing I needed. He talked me through a fresh install of windows, then remotely connected from the other side of the country to run all of my updates and install the programs I needed. He even made a bunch of tweaks to tailor to my specific needs. From laptop advice to basically loading my entire system for me, everything was done so quickly...especially considering the time-crunch I was in. One day, I believe, a higher source directed me to call Pikesville PC. Since then, which now has been at least four years, whenever I have computer problems, Erik has fixed the problem and I have been pleased every time. I never had to go back for the same problem or for him to do work on the same computer. Erik not only fix what needs to be fixed but checks any and every thing that makes it run sufficiently is working right. If not, he will let you know if it is going to effect your computer running properly. This last time he has been able to work on my computer from home. It helped not having to take it to him.
