Very friendly, cheerful tech person who knows what he is doing and delivers great job for the best price. He was recommended to me by my co worker and since he is close to the AU park - where I live I took it there. I had repaired my HP notebook previously at another place and the problem still existed after the repair. Ivan found the error immediately - and he fixed it quickly! The battery needed to be taken out and reseated and that somehow reset the computer and it was starting again! Great price and friendly service!

Ivan went above and beyond what I expected. One day my computer took a long time to boot up. Ivan ran some diagnostics and discovered the hard drive was going bad. He then backed-up my computer, found a new hard drive for me (when we discovered the replacement hard drive I had bought was defective), installed the new hard drive, and returned the laptop as good as new. When I arrived home, I had a few more questions about how to change some of the settings back to how I'd had them. Ivan helped me do that remotely. I am so happy to have found someone in the area that is so reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable as well. If I ever have computer problems again, I know who I'm calling. I've recommended him to all my friends and would recommend him to anyone that is having computer issues.

In only 3 years,my Macbook hard drive failed. After Apple store diagnostic I find out that will be cheaper to buy a new one,but my coworker told me to call Ivan from Pc Save us and next day I drop it off for free diagnostic. Couple days later I was pleasantly surprised with the result - fast and shiny,my laptop was running like new.Ivan gave me a great deal,he was very professional and responsive to all my questions.

I knocked a heavy picture frame out of my nightstand when waking up in the morning and didn't pay attention until I come back from work - OMG - one broken laptop mess!!! My roommate fixed her computer last year at Ivan's Computer workshop and was happy about it, so I called and in two hours the guy pick up the laptop. He then worked diligently to not only find the problem, but he also fixed it and made sure I know what to do if that ever happens again (it hasn't so far). Excellent Computer Repair Person I can't tell you how many times our in-house computer guru Ivan Babinoto has saved our bacon. As professional photographers, we have thousands of images in our system and Ivan has been instrumental in making sure they are backed up--and backed up again. He has talked us down after power outages, apparent file destruction (that wasn't) and has guided us through new hardware purchases, including my great new MacBook Pro, that was a pleasure to use during our just-ended photo workshop in Venice. I was very pleased with the data recovery job Ivan did for me. When my computer fried I was frantic. All of my work product and many, many family photographs were on the hard drive. When I called several of the "established" data recovery places I was informed that data recovery from a hard drive is labor intensive and very expensive. I had quotes as high as $850.00 per hard drive. Ivan informed me that many computer crashes do not involve damaged hard drives and that, if the hard drive is intact, the recovery is not as difficult. In fact, as Ivan discovered, although my computer was fried, the hard drive was intact and Ivan recovered the data for a fraction of the price quoted by the others. Thanks again.

He then copied them into current Word files that I can easily share with other members of my family. Expertise and service...FIRST CLASS! I first contacted Ivan about a year ago. I was unable to start my computer. Ivan picked up the computer , replaced the power supply and did an internal cleaning of matter of hours. Our child day care center purchased a new computer to replace our aging 7 years old computer , which is used to handle applications forms and our office work and printing needs as well as the accounting, Ivan was on-time, polite and knowledgeable. Ivan is very competent! Have brought there many years ago a mid-tower PC with Pentium processor, which still runs perfectly! This time my computer could not display anything on the screen. A friend suggested that it was because of the video card might have become loose during my moving from one place to another. However , Ivan performed a quick diagnostic while I was waiting and quickly discovered that I was plugging the monitor to the wrong port :) -He explained that the add-on video card cancels the integrated one and if i plug the monitor there -it will not work! Professional competence is undisputed for me. I can only recommend!

I always try to think twice before giving a review to make sure it is fair. I can say without doubt, Ivan at PCsave.US should have 5 stars! I know my way around computers and I am pretty good fixing things myself and particularly mine and my family computers! Bring in it to somebody else for repair is the last option! It can happen only if I run out of choices! I brought my quite aged desktop computer in which kept crashing down on me, and Ivan was able by just using (changing) one part to give me something that worked amazingly! He's also helped me find lost files, fixed my printer which was printing in small font, as well us upgraded a laptop that now really works! Ivan's pricing is definitely fair. He is friendly and very patient. He's been extremely helpful in resurrecting my desktop back to life. He is fast and pays attentions to details! I went to Apple in Bethesda after water damage to my MAC. The estimate was between $450-$600 which I wasn't sure I want to pay,so I ended up calling the PC SAVE Computer expert (my neighbor recommendation). I was surprised how easy and relaxing the communication with the technician was of what has to be done(ordering part,repairing time and fixing). I paid 1/3 of the price and I couldn't be more satisfied.
