Thanks so much Jerry!! I visited last Saturday 01/12/2019. 2 days before my FIRST on- line classes was to begin. I noticed that I did not have sound. Needless to say I was about to have a panic attack. With very skilled hands jerry removed that which was lodged into the sound jack. He and his wife were very friendly and kind. I will definitely visit again for my computer concerns. I highly recommend.
