I recently bought a computer from these guys, which included a RW/DVD as they advertised on their Amazon page. It arrived with a Read only DVD drive. They refused to replace the DVD Read only drive with a R/W DVD drive. This is the old bait and switch routine! Beware of these guys, they don't care about customer satisfaction, only $

Terrible Experience- First I bought a Refurbished HP EliteBook 8460p, Intel Core i5, 2.50GHz, 4GB RAM 320GB HDD, Webcam, Win-7 x64 for the Price: $179.95. They sent the first laptop the wrong address but did not forget to charge the right credit card. I bought the laptop from Wal-Mart so I assumed it would not be scammed or anything. Then I finally got the laptop and it worked for two days fine and then shorted out. Now it cannot even turn on. Whats the point of ordering a laptop if you have to deal with the hassle of missing and broken computers?

The laptop arrived far earlier than expected, and in better condition than expected (it wasn't listed as being in perfect condition, but it darn near is). The laptop OS was not active upon receipt, but their support recommended a fix to me, which worked perfectly, and only took a few minutes. Thanks for everything!

Honest, professional and quality products are the best descriptions for this company! I originally purchased a 6 year old laptop from Odyssey Computer, but changed my mind prior to shipment. Although I had already paid, they were able to cancel my order and renew the order to the laptop I desired. They were professional, responsive and extremely accommodating. Not only did Odyssey provide me two different invoices for the laptop and shipping (to be paid through PayPal, a safe and secure way to perform transactions), they provided expedited shipping. The laptop arrived on time! Once I received the laptop I was more than impressed - stellar beauty and performance was perfect. Beautiful product with a brand new charger! And this was a 6 year old laptop - unbelievable! After using the laptop for about a week I noticed the battery life was not on par so I ran some battery diagnostics to find that, although a "good" battery, the capacity was only around 75%. After emailing Odyssey they responded in less than an hour and worked with me to get resolved. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend their products - they stand behind their what they sell. Odyssey Computers is an honest company with reliable used laptops. Thank you, Odyssey!

The WORST, and Lye that the HP LaserJet is shipped but she NEVER shipped. the following DAY, she claimed that it was cut off time for FEDEX pickup. But according to my ordered it was 12:38pm. Don't buy anything from this Lye company, perhaps she DOESNOT have in stock. She tried to leave me NEGATIVE feed back on my REVIEW, it was REMOVED. Because the story is NOT true

I took my laptop there because of virus. When it was ready I got a courtesy call that my laptop was ready for pick-up and was told the hours of store, cut and dry. Laptop works great! I picked up my laptop cleaner than I left it. Great customer service!

I purchased a laptop from them on ebay,,they sent me a cheaper model and slower modell,when I got it aftr weeks waiting,i complained to there staff,,,there staff then wrote and called me a DOUCHEBAG,,for complaining which is what anyone who sent them hundreds of dollars for a cheaper slower computer from them would do,,i was treated with no respect,,they continue to hold my money and im stuck with there cheap computer that is worthless to me,,im a video editor and wanted a fast computer that they advertised on there site,,they sent me a slow cheaper model,,i suppose they didn't think I would notice until there 14 day warranty ran out and I would be stuck with it,,,they continue to do nothing,,,i may have to file law suit to get my computer I ordered or money returned but that does me no good as that would take even more weeks of my time,,they have made me lose customers in my bsiness and this whole affair causes me suffering in that I lose money.these people called me dirty names and I don't appreciate this,,,,im sorry about this whole affair ut I don't think they will do the right thing by me,,so sorry.

So far dealing with them I recommend have a idea about computers. After you get a good idea then its best to talk to them and work with them and a little heads up they try to sell you somethings. My experience so far is that they have tried a little thing here and there but if you know your equipment...ect you should have no problem getting good prices and a deals however my experience is not bad I give these warning for a reason. But I still will be doing more to see how accurate I am so wish me luck and have a good day.
