If I could give this business zero stars I would. Do not go here! Take your computer to Best Buy! I wanted to support a local buisness, and brought my computer in to get a basic software repair. They did not do anything you couldn’t do yourself. They called hp & asked “what do I do?” And they did the same for Microsoft. They then charged me $100 for a part that doesn’t even work! They refused my refund on the part even though it wasn’t installed on the computer. The problem was obviously a software issue but they assumed it was a hardware issue and made me buy the part. They later said that they didn’t know how to fix it & charged me $75 for looking at it. I spent $175 and they only made my computer worst. This buisness does not know how to fix computers. All they do is google resolutions and call the computer company. (Things you can do yourself) Please do yourself a favor and go to Best Buy.. I wish I never went here.
