He immediately diagnosed the problem but the system was really dead. Nav then came up with an alternate solution and had me back in business shortly. This was a ‘short notice’ job, and Nav came out the same day. My wall was not level so it was a challenge finding the studs to hang the bracket. He stuck with the job, which took longer than anticipated. He also cleaned up the dust from the drill and put all my furniture back in place when he finished, which is something contractors don’t always do unless they are asked. I was very impressed and definitely pleased with the finished job. He has been added to my permanent list of vendors and I feel confident in recommending him to others.
