They have great customer service and quick response. The first time I went with my iPhone and computer. They helped me with my Phone very quick. I also left my computer there and they gave me a call after they looked at it and got a new screen for me. Though after contacting various suppliers they could not get the exact screen I want, I decided not to fix it and they gave me the full refund. All the process, they were helpful and genuine. I had inherited a laptop from my brother. It had Windows 10 and many icons on desktop as well as many apps. I wanted to just have simple running laptop. I call Lapfix and talked to Eric. He said he could reload the Windows 10 operating system and backup data. I told him I had no backup data requirement. I took laptop in for reload. He called me later in day to tell me the work was done. And the price was reasonable. Now the computer is streamlined and simple to use.

My laptop (MacBook air) is over 6 years old and had a whole bunch of issues (Hard drive, motherboard, keyboard, and MORE). I was seriously considering cutting my losses and buying a new one. I brought it to LapFix and everyone I dealt with was super responsive and helpful. They got me my laptop back with a brand new hard drive, fixed motherboard, new keyboard, AND partition plus all my files backed up for less than half the price of a new computer! My laptop is as good as when I first bought it 6 years ago! 10/10 recommend these guys! Thanks again!

Replaced screen had no issues. Then had problems with screen sensitivity near end of phone and home button did not click on proper setting for sensitivity, 1 month later. Discovered they Did not replace the adhesive/glue when changed screen. After I did research found out the original glue is used to protect my phone from water damage. Went in under warranty and explained what happened, they checked phone. Once I told them I dropped one time with my screen protector and phone case on they said it's not covered on warranty. I As I mentioned to the rep that I know there is no glue they said that it's not needed and was only there because of the original screen. understand that policy however they failed to properly repair my phone. I've had parts changed in it before from another vendor and they replaced the glue. Giving them 2 stars because if they had properly replaced the glue I would not have any issues with my screen when it was replaced. I do not recommend this business.

Even before I stepped into the store, I felt hesitant about taking my blackberry anywhere because I wasn't sure if any repair shop could solve the issue of an overheating phone. From the first moment I stopped in, the technician explained the process, ran a cursory diagnostic, and explained the issue. The staff diagnosed the issue, then called me to ask permission to proceed. The guys were knowledgeable and humorous and always had a smile. They fixed my ASUS laptop, specifically the key board. They first established what the problem was, and then provided me an estimate of how much it would cost - parts+labor. They then provided me a timeframe to fix my laptop. They managed to get the laptop back to me within the window the had estimated. I found their cost to be on the high side, however.
