This is now my computer guy. My computers hard drive was completely full. It didn’t make any sense. I took it to one place and he said I needed to get a an external hard drive, transfer stuff delete stuff and it should fix the problem. I didn’t think that was really it so I also called some more places. They talked about running diagnostics and all this other stuff. I ended up going to Juvix. Juvix talked with me about the issue, he said, let me take a look around your computer. Within a few minutes he figured out the problem and in no time fixed it. Amazing guy. What a great experience! From the very beginning Juvix was really responsive and made it easy to get there. I wish I could give this dude ten stars because I cannot speak highly enough of Juvix the Tech Guy. The other businesses I called didn't really seem that interested in helping me or answering my questions. Juvix was the third result in my google search and from the moment I talked on the phone with him I knew he was going to be the guy. He was immediately kind, warm and friendly and helped me feel comfortable trusting him with my laptop. When we finally went to visit him we immediately struck a chord. I was super panicky because my computer is my career and this was the first time I have ever not had it with me. He even gave me an ice cold Arizona green tea and assured me it would be fine, even though I was sitting there crying and panicking like a baby! The prices were really fair and competitive, and he even gave me cheaper options if I was interested. He told me in simple, easy to relate to terms the diagnoses and his plan to repair them. As someone who is very interested in electronics repair both as a hobby and future career choice, it was really cool to see it all in action by a REAL professional who showed me the step by step. He even threw a reinstall of Win10 for free! My laptop was fixed and ready in three days, and he even delivered it to my house in the dead of night because I'm currently dealing with an injury. This guy rules. I guarantee you won't find a better deal or cooler dude in Baltimore City!

Juvix is an honest and skilled dude that will do whatever it takes to fix your device. Just one step into his shop will convince you this guy knows his way around tech. There's devices everywhere from phones to laptops to cable modems. If it plugs into a wall, he can fix it. I wanted to get my HTC 10 battery replaced, and Juvix was the first out of 5 or 6 calls to repair shops that took the job. Apparently, this phone is challenge to get into. But Juvix was able to open it up, replace the battery! He worked in a timely manner, and now my phone doesn't die every 3 hours! It'll last me another couple years which is totally sweet! Thank you so much for fixing my phone, Juvix!

Great experience! I was initially taken back by having to pay a $40 fee for the diagnosis, but after speaking with Juvix and learning that the diagnostic fee is included in the price of repair and would be taken off the total cost I was so relieved!! In the end I'm glad I got a proper diagnosis because the repair turned out to be simpler than I had suspected and I ended up paying less than I had been quoted elsewhere!! The place itself was a bit confusing to get to as I didn't originally realize it was inside The Mill Centre and Google map's directions take you to the back entrance. Inside The Mill it's a bit of a maze but I made it! Would just make sure to give yourself an extra 10 minutes to find your way around if you haven't been to the Mill Centre before. Will definitely be recommending Juvix to my friends with PCs and returning if I encounter any future problems with my laptop!

This was not just the best computer repair experience i've had, but one of the best customer service experiences i've had, period. I spilled beer on my macbook at 1030pm on a Sunday night and was freaking out till a google search found this place. The place is open 24 hours for real - I brought my laptop in at 11 and Juvix immediately set to work on it. Luckily the damage was minimal and he had it fixed up for me within 2 hours at a reasonable price. Juvix came out to bring me in when I couldn't find the place at first; he explained what's happening to the device and what he is doing as he did it. When my hopkins shuttle didn't arrive, he drove me across campus at 1am just to make sure I got home safe. Juvix is a great guy who cares about his customer's experience, knows what he is doing and clearly loves what he does. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This guy is a true genius, I don't often leave reviews, but I was amazed at him being able to solder melt wires thinner than my hair. I took my tablet all around the city and no one was able to fix water damage, then I Googled water damage repair and Juvix the tech guy popped up.I called their number and Juvix told me to bring it in and let's see what we can do. ( his shop is a nightmare to get you, definitely use GPS). After 5 minutes of him looking at it he stared at me and said it can be fixed. He put it under his microscope thingy and went to work. This guy is like a surgeon! He was able to fix things that was like microscopic small. I honestly can't thank him enough for bringing life back to my tablet. Phenomenal experience! If you want a great customer service at great prices, look no further. I could not have been more pleased with Justin’s knowledge of product, swift repair, and treatment during the process. I went in to get a phone screen replaced and left ready to bring him other devices I need repaired. I came to learn that his scope of craft reaches far beyond screen repairs which means this will from now on be my one stop shop. My PS4 had her HDMI port damaged and with the holidays looming I had to get my baby taken care of STAT. I called one repair place and they were talking about "it'll take 7 to 14 days" but that just would not do. I called my guy Juvix and he was like "I can do that in bout an hour" and didn't he? For a reasonable and flat fee, he had the HDMI replaced by the time i got something to eat in Hampden and came back. He even let me see how he did the work as he finished. felt like I was in a YouTube tutorial! If you ever have a problem with a piece of tech, I guarantee that Juvix has the solution somewhere in that laboratory of his. Recommend 100 percent.

Excellent customer service, guy knows his stuff. Very friendly too. My laptop charging port was loose, and no one around town was willing to touch it without charging an "arm and a leg", brought it to Juvix and he resolder it with no problem. Took 5 mins, only $40. :-) :-) highly recommended. 5 stars!!!

I had this S2 Galaxy phone from where I wanted all my beautiful memories! Somehow I could not charge this phone after multiple trail and over the time I have lost the hope of getting all those memories from this phone, I saw juvix the tech Guy who is excellence in repairing all kinds of phones,laptops,desktops and many more......located at the Mill center in hempden! What a great experience with Juvik from start to finish. I emailed one night about my laptop not working. He emailed back shortly that same night. And we made an appt for me to stop by the shop in the morning. He took the time to explain the problem once diagnosed including how long it would take and the cost, which was very reasonable. I picked up a properly functioning computer later that same day. I will most certainly be coming back for all my computer issues!
