Bought a laptop two years ago and second one a year later. The screen of first one became to pink just over one year when the warranty expired. The second one had black screen (thus cannot see if it's on or not) a month before warranty expired. Paid 33 dollar to mail it to HP to get fixed. HP says the laptop had an accident (liquid) thus is out of warranty and refuse to fix it. The laptop was used the night before it could not turned on and we never had any water pooling to it. The worst is that the representative said they don't care if you want to report the case to BBB.
