I recently offered to help a friend of mine fix his gaming PC, he had taken it to this place who charged him over 100 dollars for a diagnosis of the problem and they were completely wrong!!!!! They had concluded that the graphics card was broken, the only actual problem I could find was a dead cmos battery, a 25 cent fix,just so u noobs at ces know for next time some motherboards have an option to display from the motherboard or off board, my friend had built his PC off an old 2011v2 server and when the cmos battery died it reverted to trying to display from the motherboard rather than the graphics card, I simply went into the bios and set the display priority to off board and the problem was fixed, if you're going to charge about double what the other guys in town charge for a diagnosis you would think they could at least do it right, any tech worth his salt would've caught it and fixed it, if you have any honor you'd offer them their money back since u didn't do anything but tear the PC apart and hand it back to them in several pieces with an incorrect diagnosis! This is an almost unreal level of incompetent at best, at worst they could've been trying to rip him off, in my opinion they did!

The middle aged lady working the front is incredibly rude. Obviously knows nothing about computers and couldn't help me. Nor someone I would want representing my business. Very bad attitude.

Had problems with my fans and LED's shorting out. Took it to CES and they diagnosed and fixed the problem! I'm back in business. They have great customer service, very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Thank you CES!

I love this place. It's a bit of a drive but definitely worth it. They are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They have fixed a laptop and an all in one desktop for me. One was old and one was new. Their prices are very reasonable and the turn around time is pretty quick. I can't say enough. I highly recommend them!
