Terrible experience. Went with a cracked phone with messed up sensitivity. Asked the lady who worked there if they would be able to fix the sensitivity if they fixed the screen. She said that she would absolutely be able to fix it. She even gave me a brief explanation of why my sensitivity was messed up. Signing that contract was the biggest mistake. I went back to get my phone, and she said everything was fine. While in the store, it was working fine, but then she mentioned that the motherboard might be damaged, AFTER I PAID!!!! As soon as I left, I couldn't even send a text message. I would click on A and my phone would type t and w repeatedly until I locked my phone. I can't even scroll through the internet without my phone spazzing out. Couldn't get a refund because I signed the contract. Now I'm out $100 and furious because I was lied to. If your phone is broken, this is the last place you want to take it to get fixed. They'll do or say anything for a quick sale.

Horrible customer service! Despite having an appointment and leaving my devices at the store, when parts were received for my devices, the repair was delayed multiple times due to “walk-in” repairs. It took over a month to get my devices back, and one of my devices is still not fixed. It gets hot when I use it now and there are distorted areas on the display that were not present before. I refuse to take it back here to have it fixed, I’ll take the hit and pay to have it repairs by a reputable business.

i send my brother to fix my phone. the guy works there not professional. i fix my iphone 8+ lcd touch not works. and my home button stop works. i call them next day they says they are not response for that. bad service. and i go up starts gadget tlc tech show me what he did. lot of screw missing. screen quality is very bad. i recommend to go different place or up starts Gadget tlc. professional tech works there.

Beware of these Crooks. I had my ipad repaired for a wi-fi issue and the fix did not last 3 months. However being busy I went there 100 days after the fix. Not only did they refuse to stand by their work. They asked me double the amount they charged last time for the fix. Use them at your own risk.

This is the worst place ever to get your phone fixed at, I’ve had my phone fixed here multiple times and they always screw it up and they made it so now my phone freezes up on occasion and my live pictures won’t play. Today when I went in to have them fix it. the manager yelled at us, and the associate said she wouldn’t have any screens for my phone until next week. I’ve never been so disrespected as a customer in my life!! Do go to this store!! They are awful!!

This is probably the worst transaction I've ever made in my life. I brought an iPad and an iPhone - they had "repaired" the iPad screen less than two weeks ago and it cracked during use. When I relayed this information, the best they could do was give me a discount on a new repair. After I declined, the manager started yelling making a scene in the mall and told me not to come back. I went to another place in the area and they said most of their customers are previous customers of Cellairis. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING - READ THE REVIEWS!

Guys NEVER EVER go to this kiosk in front of PANDORA at Staten Island mall. I would give zero star if I can. Total rip off and scam. Worst customer experience ever. Paid over 150 dollars to get screen and battery replacement but does not work for water damaged iPhone, when i come back to them, they wanted to charge more. I asked full refund from them, refused. I wish i didn't have to give them a star. My screen cracked so I went to them even after reading these reviews hoping they wouldn't be true and by now they would've gotten themselves together. I ended having to go back because my screen would not respond to my touch and they put 3 different screens on my phone and it still didn't work. I went to apple they said it was the screen. I went to this place to fix my phone and get a new case plus a temper glass on my iPhone and they worked quickly. They also gave me a great deal. Both gentlemen were really nice to me and made sure I was good to go! Very satisfied with my service! There is no way I would pay attention to any bad review. My brother also went there and even though they did not have the case he wanted, they helped him find 2 cases he loved. I recommend coming here! They even put both of our cases on and showed us how it looked and how to take it apart. Most places just make you buy the case.

This place is possibly the worst place to repair your device. I went to the store with a cracked screen,and keep in mind everything was working before that. The speakers, charging port, and Touch ID. ( I had a iPhone 5s). After my screen was fixed I came home nothing worked it wouldn't charge the speakers won't work and the Touch ID also didn't work. I called them the next day and they said they had to charge me to fix everything even though it was their fault. This concludes my terrible experience with this scam company

There seem to be plenty of good reviews for this place, however I am left with a sour taste in my mouth. I will give them 1 star because they are polite. That's it. I travel back and forth for work. We live in Texas. Last week I had my daughter with me as we were looking at colleges. He iphone screen was cracked and we saw this merchant at the mall and decided to fix it since they could do it in 20 minutes, which they did. The problem is the screen went black on us 2 days later and she had already returned to Texas. Being that she was there, she had the phone looked at and we were told that Cellaris placed a defective screen on her phone. So I had the Texas merchant replace it for us. I brought the screen back to Cellaris last night and they refused to refund me. They advised that they would only warrant the screen by replacing the defective one, but no refunds. The fact that I would not want them to replace the screen again with another aftermarked defective screen and that she was 1200 miles away is of no bearing to them. I even was trying to hand them them the screen and they refused to accept it. Find a different place and be prepared to go round and round with them if you have a problem.

i have been coming to this cellairis a few times before and today i took my iphone 6 for a screen repair and my phone was ready in 10 MINUTES!!! This new employee, i believe his name is Jose. forgive me if its wrong. This guy is amazing. The last phone that i took there was an iphone 5s and it took them 30 min to complete which for me wasn't a lot of time. BUT 10 MINUTES THAT IS AMAZING DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AND GO ASK FOR MY BUDDY JOSE

She was right! Koreem put a new iPhone screen on my phone, for a reasonable price, and it’s better than the original. Thank you so much! Best place to go for cell phone repair I have been going to this place since 2015 and I love it so much. All staff is so polite honest and highly trained they know what they are doing. I always compare cost and this one is very resonable. I had problem in iPhone 6 and I went to apple they told me to buy new phone but I did not and I went to this place and wola they fix my phone in no time and it cost me less then 99$. My friend had problem in Samsun phone and they fix it too I have been using their cell phone case and it is protecting my phone every time I dropped! My aunt had blacked out screen and phone wasn't turning on so I took it to this place to get all pictures out and they help me with it too I also love their liquid screen Procters all over I love this place so much I will send all my friends and family here for their cell phone needs

I cracked my iPhone screen and went to my cell phone carrier to get it fixed. The manager at sprint sent me to Cellairis with a 10% off coupon and told me it would be cheaper for them to fix it. The gentleman working at Cellairis was super nice and said that he would troubleshoot the phone for free. He'd replace the screen, if the phone continued to not work, and there was internal damage, he would give me my old screen back - to then have sprint deal with it. He changed the screen and I paid $152 for a new screen and tempered glass cover. The issue seemed to be fixed until an hour later when I was using my phone and the scroll feature wouldn't work and the phone was "frozen". He told me 90% of the time it is a faulty screen and to come in the next day to have it replaced. I went back the next day only to find out that they did not have my screen in stock and that I would have to either wait 3 hours with my 14month old or come back yet another time. Mind you I live a half an hour away - one way. I come back a third day and get the screen replaced again. After a day of it being replaced with the new screen, it does not work properly. I cannot type properly, it doesn't pick up when I press on apps, I cannot zoom, and forget about swiping up. I took it back yet a fourth time to show the manager and of course anytime that I tried to show him how it wasn't working correctly, it strangely worked fine. He looked at me like I was trying to rip him off!!! I had an appointment with Apple regardless and here they would have only have charged me $130 with tax to fix my screen. Plus, they run certain tests that this kiosk cant to make sure that your phone runs properly. Next time I will be patient and only take me phone to Apple. It's not worth wasting your money on this kiosk. I couldn't stomach spending more money on this stupid phone, so I deal with my phone not working to its full capacity.

My iPhone screen was completely destroyed, when I first came to the store. I had dropped it on a rainy day, and didn't think twice before I tried to get an upgrade with my carrier. Unfortunately, due to my broken screen, I was told that I'd have to pay $179 in order to trade-in my phone. I was told to try the store next-door, and boy was I happy that I did. Not only did I receive a great discount from my referral, but my phone looked like it was brand-new! Even better, I only payed a fraction of the cost that my carrier was going to charge me. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone who needs their phone, or anything else, fixed.

This review is for screen repair kiosks. There are at least four kiosks located in different sections of the mall (it's not a store, they are located in the hallways). Came there with a dead battery. They replaced the battery. I paid $60 and took the phone home. At home I realized that the speaker doesn't work. Prior to taking it to them, everything worked fine. I took it back to them. They refused to do anything. I lost $60 on a phone that is now useless. Terrible service, obnoxious people. After they refused to fix it or give our money back, one of the kids that works there first showed me a broken screen (not sure why, a pathetic attempt to mock me?) then offered to sell a used iPhone X). Do yourselves a favor, spend your money elsewhere.

I am beyond annoyed with this place, i went in there today to purchase an iphone case ad had to deal with being helped by an employee who im pretty sure was going in and out of the back doing drugs. I was told to pick an iphone case and they would make it for me, instead i was given the display case that mustve been sitting there for months yet i was not offered a discount for the case. When i went to pay full price for the case the employee didnt even know how to insert my credit card and said it declined twice, mind you there was plenty of money on it. After five minutes of nonsense the other employee tried my card and it went through right away. I am even more aggrevatrd beverage the case does not even fit my phone properly!!!

I went to get my camera fix for my old iPhone 6 on Friday the guy who worked on my iPhone name is Zamin after he finished working on my phone I noticed a lot of deep scratches on my glass that was not there before coming to the business . Prior to finding this out I walked up to the kiosk to ask how’s everything going and he was telling me about it’s going to take a few more minutes because of the camera being pushed in a little I told him briefly I know the camera is messed up and I explained that it got ran over by a car but the only damages was the camera being Bent in I had a tempered glass when that happen and it was in the case there was no damage to the screen though . So when I questioned him about these scratches that popped up after he started working on it he left my screen on the counter without putting down a cloth prior smh . Zamin starts telling me that happen when the car ran over it trying to put the blame on me and then proceeded to say he’s not responsible for the screen but my response is why don’t you take precautions before you work on a phone and put down something soft for the phone to lay on it he continues to not take any responsibility for what happen and tried to tell me that it’s my fault then offered $5 dollars off my total of $40 for camera replacement which at this point I didn’t feel I should pay for since now the value of my iPhone has diminished I still paid even though I didn’t want to but I felt the need to give anybody in the area a fair warning ⚠️ about how these guys handle business very unprofessional . DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR PROPERTY THAT YOU LEAVE UNDER THEIR SUPERVISION.

Not very happy that I ordered a phone case over a month ago for my daughter's phone and still haven't received it. Forced to but a glass cover for my phone that didn't fit. Because according to the staff "a cover is better than no cover." I was also told to give a good rating instead of an honest one to get a discount." When my speaker had to be replaced due to an employee error. One of the other employees that wasn't trained to work on my phone ruined my screen and caused it to glitch. When they replaced my screen I didn't receive another glass cover and would have to buy another one for something that was not my fault. So in all honesty Do Not come to the West Valley location. I'm going today to see if I can get a refund on my daughter's case if not. I'll make sure that I will keep giving bad reviews.

This location is terrible! I brought my phone there to have a new battery put in it , and was told to come back in a hour and half and it would be done. When I did come back they told me they broke my screen , and they would order the parts next Monday and fix it when they come in next Thursday. Well needless to say I got my phone back a mouth later, and the manager said he would give me a 15% discount for my trouble! So when I hit him up about the 15 % discount he back peddled and said he got me new screen so that should be enough .mind you they broke the screen in the first place! So anyway to call this staff at this location incompetent would be a compliment .

Tech was friendly and got my 8 plus screen repaired in about 45 min. However, the screen is much lower quality than OEM. I have to press harder than I should to use the screen and 3D Touch, though I hardly use it, is unusable. And even though it’s in a case, with a screen protector, my screen cracked in my pocket yesterday. No drop, no impact that I recall of any kind. Just subpar parts in my opinion. They won’t be fixing my screen this time for sure.

So I went to the cellairis to fix my iPhone. They did fix the iPhone in the next 2 days there was a burning mark. Then we went to cellairis again and they fixed it and they did not give are screen protector back. And the next week it broke the phone was in my pocket and I opened it the screen was cracked. Awesome service! The volume button popped out of my Nexus 5 and I couldn't get it to fit back in properly. I dropped by to see how much it would cost and the Cellairis rep fixed it right there in about 30 seconds. When I asked how much I owed him he said not to worry about it. Came here to get my Apple Watch fixed and I was greeted by arrogant people who bragged about the cars they drive (and even lied about it) and then had a hard time fixing the watch. They initially told me it would cost $60 CASH and it would take 20 minutes. I Took a 20 minute walk around the mall and when I got back, they made me come back 3 more times. Over an hour, the watch was finally done. Afterwards, they attempted to poorly sell me some useless iPhone charger that I didn’t want. They then realized I wasn’t buying their product so they decided to charge tax on top of the $60 we agreed upon. The worst part about All of this is that after a month, the watch was literally falling apart into different pieces because they must have failed to properly reseal it. I was so angry and ticked off that I didn’t even want to argue with them over the $65 and instead, I’ll just leave this review so they can soak it in. As a fellow business owner, I’m really not sure how people like this survive for so long.

ZERO STARS !!!! Please stay away ! THEY REFUSE RECEIPTS IF YOU PAY CASH !!!Brand new iphone 8 with a little bit of cracks , decided to go to them being that they were right there in the front of the mall and quick , they refused to give me a receipt claiming I didn't pay tax and that if I wanted one I have to pay even more , sick of the arguing i got home realizing the recalibration was horrible and the phone was working terribly. I went back not looking for a refund simply for a fix . when I went back the second time I asked for my receipt again only to be pestered about fake taxes that supposedly I didnt pay. The owners son reassured me they can check the screen itself because he has stamps in all of his screens. The third time I came he pretended not to remember me but I quickly refreshed his memory with all of my frustration.. When going back they put a new screen several times but it was not working the same my screen was lagging. Sick of them switching screens I left and tried to contact corporate about the situation they only argued i need proof of purchase shortly after the half of my iphone screen did not work at all I couldn't even get into my phone I went back a third time and owner was so rude yelling and screaming telling me there were no technicians and to come back tommorow I proceeded to question what if you can't fix it the old rude racist owner shouted no refunds and a bunch of slurs in his language as well as to just leave . I got robbed and sucked it up and went to apple to waste more money to get the problem corrected. Clearly I brought this upon myself. Ps. They charge more than apple unless you talk them down there screens are all cheap there making a killer profit please stay away I wish there was some way to get our hard earned money back being that all these reviews are bad experiences.

Had an iPad and an iPad mini fixed about a month ago... The iPad works fine but the mini immediately began opening up apps on its own... I was informed this happens because the cable attaching the screen is loose... Went back to this store(albeit a month later as I don't have time to go and I have another tablet to use) and was to there is nothing they could do because the store changed owners... There are a lot of other screen repair places out there and they all do the same thing... This place has terrible customer service and you should look at another place for repairs..125 bucks down the tubes.. Returned with my broken ipad(I have a 2 year old ... The new owner couldn't fix the mini for free however he gave me a much better price on fixing both... The quality of repair seem much better (screen had a weird grid look on the old repair). Service was also much faster... Both I pads now work as if they were new

I am not one to write reviews but this place basically compelled me to write one after the worst service I ever received for anything. I went in to replace my screen thinking I’ll be saving 40 bucks with them. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Within 2 weeks, I had to go back to replace my screen twice. The second time I asked for a refund and to take his cheap low end screen back and the owner refused to give me my refund. He just replaced my screen with another poor quality screen and said we can keep replacing for a month after you initially bought the screen. I highly recommend anyone looking for a screen replacing to not come here. Cellerius is a terrible company with poor quality screens and awful service they don’t issue refunds they just keep replacing your screens with the same BS screen. Go to Apple or at least a screen replacing company that is Apple certified.

We thought these guys were good at first and spent several hundreds of dollars repairing phones. The last time they changed my daughters screen they put the wrong cover on it. They put a black cover on a phone that originally had white. They never asked my permission. When I needed to do a warranty exchange with my provider, they said they couldn’t do it because it has the wrong screen. I came back a month or less later and they wouldn’t make it right. They told me I had to pay again. They weren’t even willing to give me a discount. They lost me as a customer. They don’t care about their customer base. They clearly don’t care about being accountable.

I told the woman I only wanted the screen repaired on my iPad and I would decide if I wanted anything else when I pick up. I ended up picking it up downstairs instead and the owner added all this stuff after egging my kid into agreeing to get a case and when I ask him how much the price is he said I give you a deal. When everything was said and done he ask me how I was paying and I ssaid credit card but what is the total he says let me see you card so I can check if we can accept it and he swipes my card and charges me $293 but he tells me only $200. When I call my credit card company as soon as I left they told me the actual charge and I said no and explain everything to them and ended up filing a dispute. I did tried to go back and complain but the owner told me to go away there are no refunds and I yelled at him saying that he shouldn’t have been charging me so much for everything and just because he sees me with 2 kids doesn’t give him the right to take advantage of someone. When I ask for the price of everything I should have been told and not get brush off and I said he needed to take back everything and give me back a refund which he refuses and says to me we don’t take refunds. Then says to go away and don’t come back because he isn’t dealing with me since he has other customers. Which I then proceed to say loudly so that his other customers can hear that he shouldn’t be ripping people off when a customer asks for the total price of something don’t lie to them and tell them one price and charge there card another price.

COMPLETE SKELL OPERATION!!!!! Today in passing I inquired about a cracked screen repair. First thing he did was ask me how much I can pay him for a repair in ten minutes. He settled on 70 dollars. Once I came back, he claimed that my battery expanded and that he replaced it. I told him that I did not authorize a repair and asked if it was on the house due to my lack of authorization. He asked me how much am I willing to pay for it. I told him i'll give him an even 100 if he looks me in the eye and tells me that he is telling me the truth because I have a friend who used to repair phones that I would be contacting to verify that this is standard practice. My friend told me that he should have asked me for permission. So I returned to chastise him about bad business ethics.

Worst place to get your phone repaired. To start, the owner is a scam artist and literally took the phone out of my hands and would not give it back until we agreed to let him do the screen. He was bragging about the new Mercedes he just bought and his Amex black card. Too bad he got all that by scamming people. The next issue is he claimed the screens were OEM, after the repair the screen looked off so I went to Apple and compared it to the screens there and it was way off in brightness. Went back to him and suddenly the story changed and no one except Apple can get OEM screens but this was “as close as we’re gonna get” avoid this place at all costs, can’t even understand how this guy is still in business. ALSO, he doesn’t accept Amex because he knows people would file a charge back against him. You’ve been warned

I took a swim with my phone that had all of our firstborns pictures on it. I thought it was long gone. I decided to give this place a try. Two hours later, I had all of those pictures loaded on our computer and it only cost me $47 and was originally quoted $55. Jessica was the one that fixed my phone and she was awesome and friendly. Hopefully I won't ever have another reason to come back but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here.

I got my few IPhones and a Samsung screen, home buttons, and power buttons fixed here. They got the greatest service in Columbia. They are competitive with their prices as well, so if you are there, you know they got the best price already. They guys work there are polite and helpful all the time. They will be honest with the work they do. If you or Apple think it is not possible to get the phone fixed, they will still give a try, and you will most likely have a working phone back. Otherwise, they will not charge you for working on it. Well recommended!

This is the first negative review I have ever done. I find them petty and vindictive. I would like to consul myself with the thought that I am helping others and preventing them from the same miserable experience as me. However, the truth is these people make me feel petty and vindictive. I required a repair, called and asked if they had the necessary parts and how much it would cost. They confirmed they did and quoted a price. I showed up, they didn't have the neccesary parts but said I could call the manager and he could order them. I called the manager and he said to call back next week when the shipment comes in. I called back again and he said to try and call back again later. I called a fourth time he assured me that the parts were available. I then was told when I arrived that the part wasn't available but I could special order it with a deposit and coming back for it later. Of the half dozen discussion I have had with these people this had never come up before. They were always more than ready to help, just incapable of it.

West Valley location inside of Wal-Mart. Really convenient for me because I live near by, took in my LG G3 had an issue with the screen wasn't responding to touch. They did tell me it would take about an hour to an hour in half possible 2 hours at the most of it was something else that was wrong. But they got it fixed was really happy they could fix it for me and you also get a 90 day guarantee on parts so over all the staff are super friendly and funny and the service was awesome.. Price was good as well, i had gone to other places and they were charging more. So really happy I decided to go there! Will recommend friends and family!

They have 'closed up shop' with my new computer keyboard. I took my computer in for service and even though the personnel was very helpful and pleasant, there were issues created on my computer during the service process. These issues were NOT present before I presented my computer for service. I had to make repeated trips to get the issues rectified. But not all were!! One of the issues was that my attachable Bluetooth keyboard was ripped (at the connection point) during the time Cellairis had possession of my computer The service personnel did.claim responsibility and assured me that with their 100% satisfaction guarantee, a new, identical keyboard would be ordered and given to me, at no cost. I was also assured that, due to all the difficulties incurred during the servicing of my computer, I would also be refunded one half of the fees that I had previously paid for the services on my computer. But after waiting over a week, and still having phone contact with this store's personnel, I still had not received my keyboard, nor my refund. Then beginning 5 days ago, no one answered my phone calls at this location. And upon physically returning to this store, no operating store. Just a gated opening to left merchandise. SO, it seems it is easy to make promises when the store(s) are going out of business and there is no one left to answer the phone calls, or to be responsible. What a disgrace for a business to have such low standards and ethics in dealing with clients, customers, people who trust in the 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. and it is just not this location of CELLAIRIS. I have called the surrounding Las Vegas/Henderson locations and ---- no one answers the phone. (I did get one to answer the phone a couple of days ago, and who for no other reason except personal curiosity, asked what the problem was so he could 'possibly help me'. As soon as he heard the details, he abruptly proclaimed he could be of no help to me. When I asked for Corporate numbers, he stated that there were not any. This same person has repeatedly lied to me saying there is someone at 'my location' but hmmm, I call and no one answers. And when I call the Cellairis employee back, he doesn't answer!!) Imagine that -- a national and international business with no contact information! Now, I have to take time and locate Corporate information myself, if the entire company has not folded, and find out why their guarantee is not being fulfilled!

Wouldn't even give them a star, but I had to in order to rate the place. Worst customer service ever. Went to get a phone protector for my Samsung S8. They put on this thick 'screen protector' that wasn't completely attached to the phone, wouldn't stick and fell off after I touched it. The screen protector was so thick and defective that it wouldn't register my fingers trying to text or swipe anything. I had to do it multiple times and apply pressure in order for it to even work. I immediately asked for a refund and was told that they couldn't issue it without the owner present. He was called upstairs and refused my refund because I had 'already used it'. After some arguing, he insisted that it would work if I went to T-Mobile and bought an Otter box phone case, which I did and it still didn't work. Went back to tell him that he lied, to which his response was to use glue on the protector to make it stick. He ONLY gave me back my refund after I threatened to call the cops. Shadiest place ever. Don't waste your time or money there. ZERO STARS!

Disgusting poor service got a screen replacement and the screen wasn’t responding it was lagging ! Went back and they replaced the screen 3 times it was still lagging and jumping fed up arguing with the owner I left next day while using my iPhone 8 to be exact half of the screen wasn’t working I went back and the owner started shouting curses i assume in his language accompanied by racial slurs he told me to come back the next day because he claimed there weren’t any technicians which is a lie because how would they be open without technicians i asked what if they can’t fix it properly again he started screaming saying no refunds the situation is so frustrating I advise everyone to file a report to the better business bureau. This place is a rip-off please do not go here they charge more than apple !

The volume switch on my Verizon Galaxy S4 stuck causing the phone to always start in update mode so I couldn't send or receive calls or do anything else except watch the update menu. I called Verizon Tech Support and their solution was to sell me a new phone. I was shocked ;-) I have a Geek Squad protection plan so I checked with them next. Same solution--get a new phone. So I took it to Cellaris in the middle of the afternoon. The phone was fixed by that evening, total cost $25. Thanks Cellaris for saving me several hundred dollars and the aggravation of configuring a new phone.

Will never go back and will advise people to stay away. I had my screen fixed at one of the stands and the very next day the screen became loose and starting popping out. So immediately i went back and had to argue with the owner(some russian guy) because he claims he didnt remember me after we had a long talk that day; if it wasnt for his young employees i would of been screwed. He wound up fixing the bulging screen and i come to find the next day that my camera isnt working and the screen is still popping out. I am scared to even let them touch my phone again

Never in my life have I ever felt so robbed. Is it because you guys thought I wouldn't fight back or something? So my iPhone 6 plus screen cracked, and they even claimed they "took the job" because it was easy. They give you two weeks guarantee, now down to 7 days! Doesn't that say something? Quality is atrocious, they gave me a cheap display that flickers like it's having a seizure. When I went back, Francis said it was a motherboard problem, which Apple disagreed and said it was a display problem. Do not be fooled guys, it's all bull in the end. Don't make my same mistake when I actually trusted them when they said trust us we'll get the job done. The boss is the nastiest person I've ever met. What a disgrace to Staten Island, disgusting and I wouldn't recommend my biggest enemy to go through what I went through with this place.
