Richard was amazing! I had problems with my computer one day, called him, he did a diagnostic and it worked the next day like new. I had bought it from eBay and the warranty had expired. I am very happy with the service I receive from this company, and very happy to give my review, I been on a difficult relationship and my ex husband been spying me after he cheat on me, I been finding missing things and unlock windows and door also people checking the house time to time, I did call ABC Computers and ask for help, guess what, we remove different wifi devices, bugs, even spy cameras from the house, so we replace the internet security with our own cameras and internet from zero, finally we catch 3 people getting access to my house then we change the locks and re enforce the windows :-), so 250.000 dollars divorce was the bad decisions from my ex, Thank you Richard for the peace you give to my house and kids

I just TEXT ABC Computers Repair in Woodbridge 1:00 am because says will be close soon, Richard was in charge, my PC reboot in the middle of my game, now doesn't book it says missing boot device, they come to me and once the diagnostic was done they offer 2 options replace hard drive and do fresh install or try a windows repair, I didn't want to wait no matter to what cost they did windows repair and other things 2 hrs later they return the machine working like nothing was wrong from the start :-) very happy with the service 350 well invested for a rush emergency service

Richard is fully knowledgable of all computer related issues. But thats not where it stops with him, he is an honest person who will do everything he can to save you money. I was going to go to bestbuy to get work done on my laptop but they were charging a ridiculous price for just the service so I decided to give Richard a chance with his amazing reviews. He responded quickly and actually showed me how I can fix the issue myself and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY!! Not only that, I went back to him and he showed me what I was doing wrong and still didn't charge me anything again. A complete act of class! Richard is fantastic. He spent a lot of time setting up my computer and, believe it or not, showing me applications I need in order to be more valuable at my current job and any future jobs. He did not quibble over having to deal with my ignorance of certain necessary computer skills. When he left, I was more educated and inclined to take more chances on the latest applications. Honesty! My wife's laptop was (supposedly) damaged while we were on vacation. Geek Squad assessed that the LCD screen needed to be replaced.
