I have been to this place only a couple of times, but it has proven rather useful. First off, this is a small business, so doing business here is a great way to boost the local economy. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their customers, so they are willing to work with them to fix their devices. Their repair services are reasonably priced, and it is a pressure-free environment. It is one of the many hidden gems of the Westbank that needs to be shared with the rest of Louisiana.

08/02/19 Great service, atmosphere and knowledgeable staff assisted me in a friendly and positive manner. They listened to my needs and was able to help me in a very efficient manner. They are able to explain tech in a simple manner that any person that lacks a lot of tech knowledge can understand. The staff was awesome and I will comeback for all my computer needs. If you are purchasing a home desktop, consult with them to build your PC. Named brand or proprietary PC's are limited on upgrade options for the changes in future technology, a custom built system will provide more options for upgrades as technology changes. I am glad that I have found them.

I’m beyond happy with Wisp! Everyone is super professional, knowledgeable, very cool and honest. I brought in my laptop for a screen repair and to be updated; I was amazed on how fast they were able to repair the laptop ( it only took about hmm 5-7 days) Nick was the gentleman who helped me out. He was constant on keeping me updated on the repairs, the status of my laptop and what needed to be done. The pricing is amazing too! They’re very honest about pricing, unlike other places that will try to scam you. Love how they simply explained the whole process and I’m impressed on how they were able to answer my questions in an understanding term. My computer is running smoothly and like I said beyond happy. WISP is the BEST OF THE WESTBANK! I will only go to them for any electronic repair.

My mom bought a phone from wisp and John was super friendly and helped her out, teaching her stuff since it was her first smart phone! Fantastic service and would highly recommend WISP for all of your tech servicing needs. I've had a Macbook screen replaced, Iphone screen replaced, data transferred, and most recently the internal antenna controlling GPS and WIFI replaced on my Iphone 6S. Perfect! Great pricing and in most cases very quick turnaround. Add to that a very knowledgable and friendly staff and WISP is the place to take any computer, cell phone, tablet, laptop, etc. for any repair or servicing. I live approximately 2 hours away, and i will either ship my item to them if possible, or i will try scheduling my servicing, repairs, etc. when i know i will be in area. Can't say enough good things about the people and the service of WISP on Manhattan. 5 Stars for sure! HRZ

Wisp (especially John the pixel guy) is amazing!!! They first fixed my Google pixel speakers when they stopped working. Then when the battery was being difficult they replaced it as well. I didn't even hesitate contacting them when my Surface Pro 3 stopped turning on. After they worked their magic my tablet is back home working away for me like new! I tell everyone I know with electronics issues to go talk to Wisp!!

GREAT small business to deal with. Best service ever, they replace the screen in my HTC U11. Ordered on Tuesday, they went out of their way to track it and make sure I could work the repair into my travel plans, installed on Friday. You cant even tell the phone has been touched. They also sell NICE anker charge cables and many accessories.

This place is awesome. Fixed my Xbox One and more recently added a new battery to my iPhone that lasts 30% longer. My phone now makes it an entire business day on one charge. I dropped my phone off on a Saturday at 11:30. I went and had lunch and when I got back 45 minutes later the phone was done. Service reps are kind and knowledgeable. Now they need an Eastbank location - but it’s still well worth a trip to the Wank. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks John.

I wish there were more stars to rate this business! These guys are so easy to talk to (my first computer was the Commodore 64!). I was treated with much courtesy and respect. The shop´s atmosphere is very light and friendly just like the people who operate it. I was not intimated by a lot of 'tech talk'. Their prices are right and they solved my problem! Something was wrong with the power supply on my PS4. Took it to uBreakiFix and they wanted to charge me 150 and said it would take about a week to fix, found Wisp after seeing if I could find something cheaper and they only charged me 87 and fixed it the same day! Staff was very friendly too. Love this place already.
