I went here when it was still myphoneMD to fix my cracked screen & LCD. It was reasonably priced, but many weeks later my phone developed a random blue/gray stripe at the bottom of the screen (I haven't dropped it at all since I cracked it initially). It's out of warranty now so I doubt they will fix their own mistake.

Came in with a cracked screen, they fixed it in less than an hour, the repair was $160. Less than 2 weeks later the screen is cracked again, I had it in my pocket, and never dropped or bumped it. I take it back in to have them stand by their work or their product and they said "If we guaranteed our work, we wouldn't make any money." Now I understand we live in a capitalist society, and planned obsolescence is the new norm, but this was just obscene. They offered me a ten percent discount on another repair... yeah, so I'll be back in there a week later with another cracked screen? Don't think so. I'll give my money to a guy in an alley going "Psst, hey mister, you need a screen?" before I go back to these con artists. Avoid this place.

These are the guys. Stop waiting in line for appointments at that place in the mall just to be told you need a new phone. These guys will fix the one you have with a tenth of the bs you will be expected to endure over there and minus the pretentious attitude. They have fixed my family’s phones on several occasions when the other guys told me it wasn’t possible. And I’ve never had to wait longer than a few minutes to be served and have been able to return to get our fixed phones in less than a couple hours.

Love this place. Had a problem with phone's microphone and speaker. Turned out it was just clogged. They cleaned it quickly and for free. Even offered me coffee and water. Crazy part is that they didn't charge me a penny. I'll go back there anytime I have a phone problem from now on and I've told all of my friends about this place. Highly recommended.

I came in with an inop front/rear camera, flash and Ear speaker. Drew was great! He was patient and listened to my problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue once he opened the phone. I had stretched a cable while changing my battery. He brought the phone out and showed me what he found before he began the repair. Easy fix in less than 30 minutes. Both guys in the store were very friendly and attentive to clients. I watched them serve several folks while I was waiting. Well done!

I left work and drove there and they didn’t have the screen, so I left work for nothing. I got it fixed for $80 cheaper on apple, and I don’t have any kind of special insurance with them.

uBreakIFix on Magazine Street is awesome. Very quick service. I went twice for screen repair and then ear piece repair for my iPhone 8plus. The pricing is very upfront with no surprise costs. They are very knowledgeable and courteous and communicate everything. The two times I have dropped my phone off it didn't take more than two hours to be fixed (screen 2 hours, earpiece 30 min!). The pricing is a tad bit high but it definitely beats Apple Store costs and wait times for sure.

Fast effective service. Only reason I am not rating as 5 stars is that they have a location that is much closer to me but for some reason the screen repair had to go to this location. I don't know if it was decided by insurance, phone company, or the facility but any way you look at it it was an inconvenience to pass up one shop to get to this one.

Worst repair shop, if you have any other option I highly recommend you trying any other store. I have had problems with every screen I have brought in for repair at this shop. Now I’m stuck on vacation with my phone not working and can’t fix it until I get back, thanks for taking my money and giving me a broken screen, my cracked screen worked better than this!

These folks are AWESOME! Wife's ipad would only charge on one charger and others wouldn't even connect. They found in the "free diagnosis" that the end of that particular charger was stuck in the port. They removed it and tried to not charge me ANYTHING. I was so happy I bought a new otterbox and tipped 'em extra $$ for post work beers!!

Fantastic service, fantastic staff. I came here after I soaked my Nexus 6P. Neither my earpiece nor my mouth piece worked (for voice calls or notifications), headphone jack was kaput, and Sim card detection was intermittent. Put the phone in rice then brought it to uBreakiFix first thing in the morning. They were extremely polite and professional. They managed to fix everything except the headphone jack because it's a difficult part to get in and they didn't have any in stock. Since I have too many speakers and headphones to convert everything to Bluetooth, I called them every couple weeks to see if their vendors had restocked the part and after two months they called to say they had it. Brought the phone in and they replaced the jack and I'm happy to say my phone is 100%! The wizards here are always so friendly and take the time to explain what they are going to do and what your chances of success are. Can't say enough good things. I hope I never need them again, but I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Thanks, guys.

This place is a life saver. The staff and manager have top notch customer service. They really invest time to get your device back to working condition and provide great quality work. Everything I got fixed worked great, but if there was an issue, they give you a 90 day warranty to bring it back to be fixed no problem. The prices are good and the time it takes to get done is incredible. So if you need a quick fix with quality work, I recommend this place.

I‘m really disappointed with the quality of the iPhone X replacement screen. Response time and accuracy feels like half of the original but the worst part is that the screen has color shifts from greenish to purple tones from left to right and inclined „ghost“ stripes all over the place. Looks like a scanned image if you look at any screen or any picture you took. In addition it’s just too dim to read anything off it in bright sunlight. I will get it fixed again by sending it directly to Apple. I can send you pictures, you should give me at least a discount cashback.

My phone had trouble charging for a few weeks and then went kaput entirely. I had tried cleaning it myself with a paintbrush to no effect. I took it to them, and they had it running again in less than 5 minutes. The guy didn't even charge me. I will definitely go to them if I have more repair needs.

I went in with a cracked screen and they took about two hours to fix it. Everything looked fine, but I noticed my screen wasn't typing so they took it back and spent another few hours fixing it. When they came back, they told me my phone died on them and they didn't have anything other than a refund available for me. I had ubered to their location and since they broke my phone, I was unable to get home without much stress. I really did not have a good experience, I would recommend buying a used phone off of Amazon for cheap because that is a much less stressful experience, it's around the same price, and you won't have your phone broken by employees!!

Went to get my screen fixed and buy a new phone case cover and screen protector to prevent from future breakage and was told the price would be $120. I come back and find out it was actually $180 so I pay it and leave. This was Tuesday morning. By Friday night I had dropped my phone and EVEN WITH the screen protector AND highly recommended phone case that my sales guy told me to get, still managed to crack the glass, IN ONE DROP NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER. Two thumbs down for sure.

My charger would not properly fit into the dock. I thought my phone was broken and would require a costly repair. The gentleman took a small tool and pulled lint from the dock. Presto!! Went here because it was covered by my insurance the price was reasonable and the staff was nice but that doesn’t neglect the fact that they must not really know what they are doing first issue with my screen repair was if u looked at it it didn’t properly fit the screen and looked cracked or not cut properly on the edge also later that night once I got my phone back I noticed the ear piece also didn’t work anymore ... I never had a problem with my iPhone till I let these ppl take care of it. That won’t ever happen again I would rather risk the chance and pay for a professional service that’s not gonna break my device once I get it back.

Fixed my cracked screen though AT&T insurance, fixed it quickly, said “we guarantee the screen as long as it’s not broke.” Go back 5 days later and tell them it’s not working correctly, and they tell me “you have to go back through AT&T”, so basically they aren’t responsible for their own work. Feels like a scam, definitely horrible customer service.

I even had to resort to getting something repaired without using insurance, and the prices are not too bad depending on what you need. Some people are just sour, so bad reviews like the one below (queen) are usually just from ignorant slugs that have no understanding of human behavior. If these guys make a mistake or give poor service, I guarantee that if you kindly voice your concern, they will go to the end of the earth to make it right again. If you are having problems with your iPhone.....get an Android, silly!

The lobby is comfortable and is a nice place to relax while waiting, but there are several awesome restaurants and bars nearby which make this a painless repair and replacement experience. I came here because of the good reviews. There were several customers ahead of me and I was informed it would be a two hour wait. I didn't have that much time to wait so I decided to come back another time. Then I asked if I could just buy the screen and conduct the repair myself. The rep told me he can't do that. I asked why and was told that he just can't. I asked if they stocked the screens. He said yes. Then asked why I couldn't buy one and said the boss makes the policy not him. I guess it's their policy to turn down business. I'm sure they are great at what they do, just not so good with customer service.
