From my two visits to this establishment it simply serves as a mystery as to what they actually are capable of doing or are there to do. They hang signs advertising such as cracked screen repairs yet don't work on phones or tablets at all. They are well misinformed on the difference in rooting something such as a tablet and jail breaking a cellular phone. I would guess they simply take the shock jock web headlines and run with it as the gospel despite actual truth of the matter, especially on Android devices which has prided itself on open source status and personal developer changes to the system. Circumvention of DRM is what’s prohibited by the DMCA, NOT rooting a device that is not under any provider or carrier contract nor circumvents telecommunications provider access. In conclusion, if you are completely incapable of downloading virus protection or after the fact, Malwarebytes to scan and remove viruses or in worst cases completely wiping and reinstalling your own OS which now is all easy click operation then I would suggest not wasting your time here.
