They claimed they would repair my laptop. Withheld it only to say they couldn't fix it because it was a touch screen. Got a refund but had to come back to get the right power chord. Seemed disorganized. Maybe it was difficult to fix my touch screen laptop as it was a year ago and it was a relatively new model.

Wide selection of parts on the shelf. They don't stock the high end stuff (understandable a $500 video card/CPU just sitting there), but they will special order. Ask about the return policy before you buy and ask them if it what you need/want. Staff is direct with answers. Like it or hate it, what they tell you is the truth. The used item are nice. Saves me alot of money on cables, adapters, and drives. The one down side is organization. Be ready to dig or out of stock to happen. Sacrifice for having low cost parts with out shipping. The best parts shop hands down in this area.

Acted like I was stupid and tried to scam me, would not recommend. The sales person tried to sell me a GTX 1060 and told me it was a GTX 1080, they thought I didn't know anything about computers and yet I do. They think I'm lying but recently people have been treating me bad. I don't know if it is my skin color or if I look gullible, but I feel attacked. I really did enjoy this place before their bad service, since it was the best pc place in New Orleans. This one salesperson had to ruin it for me.

Doug at PC Tune-Ups has built 2 computers for me over the years that are still running strong! He recently replaced my laptop hard drive with a new solid state one that ended up being defective. He spent time trouble shooting the defective hard drive before deciding to swap it out for a new one, but didn't charge anything extra for this issue...they totally stand behind their work! They also gave me a 960GB drive I stead of the 750GB I paid for...a nice little bonus to boot! Thumbs up to Doug and Stephanie at PC Tune-Ups!!! I'll be back there for all my computing needs again and again!

Amazingly professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff! After searching for nearly 2 months with no luck and little help for a simple, small cable, I finally located it at PC Tune-Ups. Every other store I visited in search of this particular cable did not carry it nor did the employees seem to care very much to offer me any help in finding it, whereas the entire crew at PC Tune-Ups became involved in assisting me, and they helped me locate the cable by dumping out an entire box of cables on the floor to assist me in locating the cable! Wow! All employees were very well spoken and neatly dressed, they were all more-than-willing to assist me, and the store itself was professionally laid out and was extremely organized and clean. I highly, HIGHLY recommend stopping at PC Tune-Ups for anything you may need in regards to PC's, audio cable, etc, before stepping foot into any of the other local and/or big brand stores. A very gracious and sincere thank you to the employees of PC Tune-Ups!

As a local nerd I don't need anyone for computer work so I can't speak to that, but they have tons of old and new parts to pick from and all of the staff are super knowledgeable. Every time I go in needing an odd power supply adapter or video card power splitter or old ram, they immediately know what I am asking for and where they have it. Great local service!
