I brought my iPhone to get my cracked screen repair. once I got it back (almost 3 hours later, when they originally told me 45) everything seemed fine. Went home & noticed I couldn't hear when on the phone & it was getting super hot where the ear hole is. I brought it back & they changed my speaker part for free. Worked great for 2 weeks now I can't hear a thing & my phone gets unbelievably hot.

They wouldn't stand behind their product nor their work.They dont call you to give you an update on the phone weather they can or can not fix. So when i dropped my phone off to get it fixed they broke the back of my phone, my s pen no longer works when it was the only thing that would work on the screen when i brought it to them, the inside seals under the screen we cant see were hanging out, and theres stuff all over the inside of my camera lens. So you tell me ......i wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

They looked at my phone which had a headset piece broke off in the headset jack, told me the options and risk, really examined the issue and came up with a great solution for the problem that didnt require any extra purchases for parts. Terrible customer service. I bought a otter box case and a screen protector. The screen protector had bubbles in it after they installed it. The manger told me that my brand new phone was warped and could not do anything about it. I went to Verizon the same day and had 1 installed and there no bubbles at all. Will never do business there again.

They are always really nice and friendly. Their prices are low compared to there high quality of work. Do not take it anywhere else in Slidell. They may be cheaper but you will get cheap parts to fix your phone that will break or crack after light use. Trust me.

I won't go anywhere else but iSupply in Slidell. Ellis and the staff at iSupply are so much more inexpensive than other places both in the city and even surrounding places in Slidell. I hate being pushed to buy extra things like cases and unnecessary stuff and they next do that here. I trust them to fix my personal phones but also my business phones that break it malfunction. I haven't bought them a phone that they couldn't fix.

Quick Service and fair pricing. I went in to get my daughters screen replaced and I left with it replaced and a cover and a case for the same price that I thought I would just pay for the replacement screen. They told me it would be ready later that same day and it was done as promised. Can’t ask for much more than that. I’ll be returning next time I need anything done to any of my electronic devices. In a world where customer service is not what it used to be these guys re-define customer service.

I called them at 4pm with a broken screen on both my work phone and personal phone (worst day ever) and they made me a happy client by closing time that same evening. Sorry I kept them open for 15 extra minutes past closing time, but they made a me appreciate their hard work for sure! And scored a phone case at 40%off which I was happy with so I didn't opt out to order online and wait a week for it come in.

Initially they were able to order and then replace the glass on my LG phone pretty darn quick. But after getting it home, my wife was having all kinds of trouble with it. We had to switch back to her other phone. We returned to the store and someone looked at it and said they would order another screen and then call us when it was in. nearly 2 weeks later I went to the store and found that the replacement replacement screen had not been ordered. A different person then preceded to stop all the services - which we'd never had an issue with it's functions other than the glass was broke, then test it to see what was wrong. Well, it turns out the glass was in fact defective and, we had to wait for yet another glass to be ordered. I took it in and, now knowing what I needed to check, did in fact thoroughly test the screen. It was fine - finally. 23 days to get it right. At least one person knows what needs to be checked and in the end it was good work at a reasonable price. Just 23 days seemed a bit much.

Great service, friendly, but do not trust the person doing the repairs. I have taken my phone there twice. Reasonable prices and fast service. What I didn't expect was my credit cards on my phone were compromised shortly after I had my phone serviced bot times. The second time cost me thousands of dollars. It took me a bit to figure out what was going then I notices the illegal activity started about a week after my phone was serviced. I was seeing charges from ICSOLUTIONS, Grand Strand Water&Sewage, Prepaid phone services such as AT&T and T-Mobile. Word of advice they do great repairs at affordable rates but do not give them your unlock code to your phone! Don't be a victum now that many people are using there phones as electronic wallets. Never ever give out you unlock code to your phone!

After a technician, sent by the insurance company, to repair my phone completed his reapir my cell phone would not work ,and the new screen was black. "Nothing"!!!! I was told they (the other company) would replace my phone, but they could not retrieve any photos or data from my old phone. "I supply" worked wonders and save over 5000 photos from my old phone and installed them on my newer phone. They also saved my videos on a portable flash drive. They did exactly what they promised and I would use them again. They also work on computers and other devices. The fee for their work was very fair. Best deal I have had in a long time and they even called with a" follow up call" and asked if I needed any other help. Five STARS

I was so shocked to find that Mr. Nick set out three options for me to choose from and didn’t just try to up-sell me another phone !!!!!They were so friendly and helpful that I felt as if I had gone back in time to when this level of service and commitment was the norm .I left the store feeling like I had just won the lottery , I just can’t say enough about how great these guys were to me ! Omggg i thiught my baby iphone was dying!! it didnt charged and i fought a lot with the cable, i asked if they could change the port, and the gentelman told me it might just need to cleaned it, sooo we try to clean it and now works perfeclty! best service ever! good replacement of screens tooo! Thank youuu i promise i will take care more of the phone :D
