Replaced fractured screen on my iphoneX while I waited-took less than 15 minutes. Checked other iPhone repair stores for screen replacement-average estimate was $250. ICE did replacement for $139.99 plus tax!!! Staff was very pleasant and informative. Will surely return if I have any more iPhone , computer, or electronic problems. By far, the absolute best experience "EVER', for Computer repair ! So glad that we found 'Ice Computer Repair' . I totally screwed up my HP Gaming computer, trying to download a new Bios update. The owner Scott, and his technician Llyod, got me repaired and up and running , I was given several options, and could not be any happier with the results. They can also build you 'any' kind of Computer, and/or get you 'any' kind of upgrade for your existing Computer . The honesty is so much appreciated, and the repair costs are 'Super Reasonable' . We cannot recommend Ice Computer Repair enough ! Thank you for everything !

I brought in 2 phones to repair. One needed a new screen and other one we thought needed a new camera. The phone took hazy pictures. The guy took a quick look and cleaned off the camera and it looked clear again. I was slightly embarrassed but very glad it was such an easy fix. Prices are very reasonable. Wait time isn’t bad. While I waited, I went to nearby cafe for lunch. You can also pay to use their computers if you rather, but we were hungry. Plus, he didn’t charge me for fixing the camera lol.

Took my iphone to get repaired and I must say it was by far the best experience I have ever had. Owner was very friendly and inviting, kids were entertained the whole time I was there. Can definitely tell he uses good quality products. Phone was like new when he was finished! Definitely recommend and will be back.

Took my IPhone for a cracked screen to get an estimate for a replacement. These guys quoted me almost half of what my other estimates were. Needless to say I had them to replace the cracked screen. In about an hour my Iphone was as good as new. Looked just like it did when I took it out of the box. Scott and CJ are both top notch in my book. Also had them replace my screen guard. And the charge was way less than I have ever paid before. Highly recommend them for all types of electronic and computer repair.

Went there twice First time was charged and no repair was done Decided I’d give the place one more shot Brought in my phone to fix a cracked screen Screen was repaired then before I can pay and leave the tech tells me my camera is now not working on the screen they just replaced so of course had to pay for another camera Two days later screen cracks in my pocket ( note never dropped ) to find out there was trash from the old screen left in the phone causing it to crack again of course no warranty provided ( Horrible place to do business!

ICE Computer Cafe & Repair Center is the best in my book. I didn't know, this business exist around my area in the early 2000's. The place look kinda awesome with a scifi-retro theme to play your pc games on their computers. They finished my laptop within one day from a nasty virus that corrupted my hard drive. My system is now running smooth and fast for my college assignments. The price was super suitable for my budget. The staff was understanding, professional, and friendly to me. I'll tell my friends and family about them.

I have had 4 birthday parties for my sons at different ages at ICE and each time has been a pleasant experience. I had previously not needed their repair services but when my screen broke on my LG I called them first. I do not own an incredibly popular phone. The representative took my phone information called me back with a time frame for the screen to be ordered and and for the phone repair. I was able to put the deposit on their website easily. It took one day and I could not be happier with the repair and the service provided. Thanks, ICE!

Absolutely amazing service.Very helpful, quick, and informative. I had my Iphone SE replaced by another company only to find out that the touch functionality would not work(repair person also got glue stuck on the inside of my front facing camera). Dropped it off at the store front and ran out to do some errands, a little after I left the store Scott(founder and owner) calls me to inform me that the previous repair person never hooked up the touch function; charged me only for labor. Super upstanding businessman, he could have easily charged me for a new screen without actually replacing it. Well worth the trip from Orleans Parrish and half the price of phone md on Magazine. Also repairs computers and tablets. Give them a call and they can get you fixed up in no time!
