Not only was Kevin great at fixing my original problem but was able to clean up my desktop and eliminate unknown problems that I was unaware of and successfully increase the speed of my computer- all within the one hour that he was there. The one thing that I think sets Kevin apart from other technicians is the time he spent explaining and answering all my questions concerning the difficulties that I had with my computer . Kevin did an excellent job and would highly recommend him to anyone with Computer difficulties.
