I have owned my laptop for many years. If there was any problem with it, big or small, the only place that I brought my laptop to is Formosa Computers on 9585 Airline Highway, Baton rouge, Louisiana. Mike at Formosa Computers has many years of experience in service and repair. He also has a very strong computer science background. From my description of a problem with my laptop, Mike could always pinpoint the source of trouble and fixed it very quickly. He is very nice, honest, and dependable. The best thing is that his fee for service or repair is very reasonable. I highly recommend Formosa Computers for any service or repair.

I have been doing business with Dr. Liu at Formosa Computers for the last 20 years and over that period of time he has built and repaired every computer I or my family have owned. Likewise he was the business I sent our business work because I knew it would be handled responsibly. He is very humble, honorable, and man of integrity given his intellectual capacity and abilities to diagnose and resolve problems. I never shop the box stores because it not worth my time and peace of mind to not know who I'm conducting business. I've even called him close to closing and he told me go ahead and bring my computer in; try to get the box store to do that! If you never tried Formosa Computers, once you do, you want go anywhere else!

I never knew how good Mike at Formosa Computer was until one of those remote companies got into my machine to do a proprietary change on a software program. "Where the heck did you get a computer with this kind of power?" he asked me when I told him it was a custom build by a local company "here in little old Baton Rouge." Funny anecdote. One if Formosa's upgrades was "too good." I was used to waiting briefly for the machine to buzz and churn on a certain command. With the new hardware Mike sold me, and installed it, the speed was so fast that I didn't realize the program was doing its thing in a blink.

Great quality work for a decent price. The owner told me what was wrong with my computer in just a few hours after i dropped it off. He gave me a few suggestions on what he could do to fix the issue and how much it would cost depending on what I decided to go with. He will give you a fair price on the work needed to be done. Ill be going back here when ever I am having computer trouble .
