Professional, neat, and well organized establishment! My laptop screen was broken and I needed a reliable place to fix it. They quoted me their prices over the phone and gave me an estimate of how long repairs would take. Their technician, Daniel, kept me updated on the status of my computer throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went to get my computer fixed when my os was corrupt. Turns out my hard drive stopped working. Gave me a good deal for a much better hard drive and saved almost all of my data. Glad I went to this place.

I brought my father's desktop, since it would no longer connect to the internet. Daniel, the technician, answered when I called. I told him what my issue was, and he told me what he thought the problem was. He told me he could check it out that same day. He repaired my computer for HALF what other places were quoting me! I appreciated his integrity, helpfulness, and customer service. I highly recommend this place!

I brought my laptop in for repair. When i got it back it ran FAR better than it did out of the box. Service was quick, professional and competitive and reasonable on cost. Im a computer guy myself and they impressed!

I called the location to inquire to if they had a charger for my Acer laptop, upon talking to Daniel, the tech that works there he tells me I would have to bring the laptop in to be able to see if he has a charger I do not drive so I begin to make the two-mile walk to the location on Fern Avenue. I arrived there and tell him I'm the guy that called and he said he will check through their Chargers to see if he has one for my laptop he opens up a closet door and laying there are about a hundred Chargers and one big pile. He looks through them for all of 10 seconds comes back and tells me that I would have to wait a bit which I'm fine with. What I am not fine with is the fact that I had a line of sight with said closet and not once did he look through the pile to see if there was a charger that would match my laptop but he still had me sit there for 45 minutes then came back and told me I'm sorry for wasting your time but we just don't have one for your laptop. This is completely unacceptable, the guy never even TRIED. He did take the time to LIE to me and tell me he had (even though I had my eyes on the chargers the entire time I was there.) When I get up to leave, he doesnt even know where he put my laptop (if he had been comparing chargers like he was supposed to be doing, he would have known where the hell it was. DANIEL offered very POOR customer service and lied to me as well. This is a DISHONEST company and I strongly reccomend to all reading this review, if you are smart, you will take your business elsewhere! I will reccomend to my friends that they do the same!
