Wouldn't recommend anyone here. Dropped my phone off June 23 for screen repairs screen went out completely black in a week and they wouldn't do anything saying the phone is finished and there is nothing that can be done mind you there's no water damage nor was it dropped.... thanks screen pros your awesome

I had my screen replaced here while I was in town visiting family. Service was quick and the guy working there, at that time, was nice. However, I noticed that when I zoomed in to take a photo, all you can see are cracks across the screen. By this time we were back in SC. I don’t use the zoom terribly often so I figured I could just bring it by, on my next family visit, for them to fix it. I called yesterday to see what my options were and the guy was SUPER rude! Cocked an attitude the first time he opened his mouth. Sooo forewarning.. if you go in there for your screen to be fixed, don’t leave without zooming on your phone because they don’t check that. Apparently the one second it takes to zoom is too time consuming. He kept saying that they don’t fix it unless you ask them too. How the hell am I supposed to know what parts of the screen/camera or anything else inside this phone is broken? I will never use their services again. Customer service is obviously not their top priority. P.S I would’ve gladly paid for them to fix it had he not been such a douche bag.

I went in today to purchase a new screen protector for my Iphone SE, The new protector was installed promptly, I went to pay for the new protector and installation I was told I purchased an unlimited warranty when it was installed years ago, no charge! You don't see that kind of honesty very often. Thanks

this has to be THE WORST work I have ever recieved. I had to go back FIVE TIMES over the period of 3 weeks because the crap job they gave me would leave my phone freaking out and opening apps when I wouldn't even touch it! The last time I went in, they gave me a second rate crap screen that I had to apply a good amount of pressure to if I wanted the phone to register my touch. In the end, I had to go to Verizon and upgrade my phone because I was tired of dealing with these people.

Fast and friendly service. However, I regret having my screen replaced here. The fit on the new screen was never quite right, and it's almost completely peeled off after 6 months. I had to get it taken care of at an Apple store, which I should've done in the first place.

I had been dealing with my phone having a poor battery, and spontaneously dying, for MONTHS. I couldn't even use the camera or open an app without my phone shutting down. I had to keep it charged to an external power source in order to use it reliably---VERY FRUSTRATING!! But then, I remember an acquaintance of mine, Kylon, told me that he started working at Express not too long ago. And, quiet as it's kept, I had seen this place for years but never had an interest in going until they employed Kylon. So, considering the changed circumstances, I contacted him and asked if he could fix my phone. And long story short, he FIXED IT!! It's such a relief to be able to freely use my phone like a normal user should! And by the way, Kylon has great customer service. He was attentive, pleasant, solution-oriented, and knowledgable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my phone just based on my complaints! Express made a good move by hiring him! So I appreciate Kylon for his expertise and whomever the manager was that hired him. Great job!
