Great service in person and even over the phone. I was on a photography assignment where I needed to print on site. My computer would not "talk" to my printer. I called Dot Calm and one of their techs figured out the problem over the phone and by remotely accessing my computer. Have used them in the past and will use them again.

I came in at 1:35 pm on a Saturday just before closing time expecting just to drop off my Dell desktop pc for service the following week. They took my laptop in and gave me a pick-up date, when I called to pick it up it wasn't ready. I told the lady I needed it for work, to which she rudely replied there was nothing she could do for me as her boss was "out of town." When I began to ask why they gave me a pick-up date they couldn't guarantee, and tried to explain to her I had clients that relied on me having a computer on the date promised, she offered to sell me some other laptop. I asked for her bosses number, she said she couldn't give out his information, and then hung up on me. 3 days later, I went to pick it up, and it still wasn't working properly, and had to bring it back (only because I had already paid for it to be fixed) I talked with the owner, and he was a nice enough guy. He had my laptop fixed and was apologetic. However I will say the lady working the phones was exceptionally rude, right down to hanging up on me and my wife on two separate occasions. I believe customer service is a huge part of every business, and I was rather dissatisfied with the service I received.

First of all I hate to bad mouth minority businesses but this place had my computer about a month, most times I called no one anwsered the phone and when someone did it was always a lie about my computer. Finally got tired of lies and picked up my computer all in pieces. If you like I know you would be much better off at another computer shop.

Best tech support and service EVER! After the Geek Squad totally screwed up my laptop for what should have been a simple OS reinstallation, I took my laptop to Dot Calm. They are everything they claim and more! I brought my laptop at lunchtime, and by lunchtime the next day, I was good to go. Before I could not access my MS Office file or my Acrobat files. They got everything all back to normal, and at an extremely competitive price. Do yourself a favor and take your phone, computer, game box, or whatever device you have to these guys! They will get you straight in no time, and at a price that won't break the bank.

Second time using Dot Calm to fix our computer due to power surge. The first time, everything was fixed promptly. This time, took weeks. No return phone calls, I went to the store on time/day it was promised and was not ready. When my computer was finally fixed, Claud took an old piece of junk computer, looked like he found it in a dumpster or on the side of the road, and tried to give it to me as my fixed computer. I brought it home and took it back the next day. This was not the condition my computer was in when I dropped it off. Another week went by. More delays. Promised it would be fixed and it wasn't. Finally called and said it was fixed. I inspected the outside of the computer and seemed to be in better condition. When I got it home, plugged it in and turned it on, it was then I noticed a 2-inch crack on the screen. The computer I dropped off did not have a crack in the screen. I don't know what kind of games Claud is playing, where he takes parts from one client's computer and gives to another, but I will not be wasting my time or money with this rip off artist. I made a huge cup of coffee and it spilled all across my laptop, keyboard and everything. I brought my laptop to these guys. Jessica at the front counter told me not to worry and that they see this type of stuff a lot. I dropped it off and she told me the technician would take a look at it the next day. The next afternoon they called me and told me what was wrong, and fixed it that day! I picked it up (same day) and everything was in great shape. I was expecting to pay a fortune because my motherboard was corroded but Dot Calm is very very reasonable! The security deposit you pay when dropping off your PC is also put towards your balance. Great Service, Great Prices and Quick Turnarounds!! Would recommend anyday. 10/10

Dot Calm greeted me, frazzled as I was by the willful destruction of my computer by Microsoft's persistent upgrade process, with an atmosphere and friendliness that immediately began to calm me!! Lance diligently labored to bring my computer back to life, kept me informed throughout the process, and ultimately offered to recycle the old pc once he (and I before) got all my rescued data off of it and my backup drive. The establishment has a very nice atmosphere. The inside was emmculant and welcoming. The associates are hands down the best and they work as a team which is nice to see. They are very clear as to what the steps are for complete service. There was no surprise charges as the young lady let me know all the possibilities and the steps that would be followed if additional problems were found. She also gave me an estimate on when the work would be completed and work was done a whole day early. They kept me informed step by step via text message and email which is cool because I'm not good at answering the phone during my busy day. The end result was a replacement of key board for a lower cost than everyone else who quoted me. This is the most professional repair establishment hands down. I highly encourage any one who needs electronics repair or accessories to come here! Two thumbs up!
