Do not go!!! Went around November of 2015 to get a new screen. It looked great until around January it started popping out again so I left it. Now I took it to another place in town and they said it wasn't put on correctly and that there were screws and important plates missing from inside my phone! I will never go to In &Out repairs again.

So I walk in & im immediately greeted... (I’m a sucker for a good greeting)! I tell the guy with the ponytail that my screen is cracked and he says let’s take a look. “This is nothing, we can get you fixed up in about 45 mins” he says. So I’m thinking... “hmmm the google reviews I’ve read about good customer service were pretty spot on”. Now I ask about the payment... “can I just go ahead & pay?” He says we prefer the payment AFTER the service, so that you can check your device and be sure it’s working properly for you”... LORD! I nearly fell out, this place has good customer service, refused my money until I’m satisfied with their work

I will gladly edit this rating from one star when the manager, "Mr. R," fulfills his promise/duty. I just spoke to manager who says he will have phone by Friday of this week. Check back. This is only a part of the nightmare experience. I'm Continually given the run-around! GREATLY inconvenienced! While replacing the screen, they broke the antenna on my 32 gig iphone and said it could not be repaired. They (temporarily, they said) replaced it with a 16 gig (much too small for my information stored) with a promise that I would be given a 32 gig. It's been about 3 months, and each time I call, I am told the same thing: They are still looking for a 32 gig. I am calling again today. My 100's of phone numbers- nothing is loaded onto the temporary 16-gig phone I am using; and it won't all fit on a 16 gig.

If I could give this place a negative 100 rating I would! I took my ipad 4 to them over a month ago woth a Crack in the screen thats it. Ipad worked fine. The said they could fix it but in trying to do so messed up the lcd screen lighting. They never once called to update me about it. They gave me the run around the next 3 weeks saying they were gonna fix it and did not. My wife went to pick it up today because it was supposed to finally be ready. It was in pieces and still did not work properly. She said give her the printout and the iPad so she took it to another store. They stated the several parts were damaged by forceful entry because obviously these jackals repairmen have absolutely no idea what they are doing. This is the absolute worst service experience I have ever had from a company and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! I told them to have the owner call me which they didnt. After about 7 trips by there I still to this day haven't received one call or an I'm sorry. I hate this place and me or no one I know will ever give them business if I can help it.

I went in there with a Samsung S6 that wouldn't charge under a USB cable. The fella behind the counter began by telling me that to fix the charger he would have to remove the screen which is known to crack due to being adhered to the phone. After quoting me a price (which was reasonable) he then proposed another solution which was to purchase a wireless charger ($30) from another source which would allow me to keep my current phone, save me a ton of money, and have an immediate solution. So instead of taking my money and possibly cracking my screen he gave me an option where they didn't get paid at all. This review is my way of saying thank you for being professional and having the customer's best interest in mind. Highly recommend these people for your repairs, they aren't out to screw you.

Not to mention, I didn't tell them I had a broken speaker, but they went ahead and fixed it for free! Excellent service, fantastic staff. My new favorite place to go. (I break my phone A LOT.)

I came in with a damaged iPhone 6s screen. The staff was very courteous and kind. They all had very upbeat attitudes and fixed my phone within the estimated timeframe. I repaired the phone and gave it to my nephew for his 13th birthday. They assured me that if the phone’s screen malfunctions (not damaged due to water or cracks) they would replace it because it is under warranty. I live in Dallas and was skeptical about getting the phone repaired in Shreveport (where my nephew lives) but they assured me that he could bring it in and they would be able to look up my information in their system and honor the warranty. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of cell phone repairs.

A friend recommended CPR to me & I will definitely recommend it to others! I actually called first to see if they could work on me Apple Watch series 1. They were so nice & helpful on the phone and told me they could take a look at it & probably help. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, was greeted as soon as the nice lady working the service desk saw me. She took my watch to the back & was back in 1 minute letting me know the issue & that they can fix it. And it was WAY cheaper then Apples repair price! And I’ll have it back in a few days instead of a week+.... PLUS they give you a 6 Mo warranty on their work! That’s awesome!

I just left this place the customer service they offer is far better than any other place I have been to. Matter of fact I waited at simply Mac for 30 min before leaving and not being helped. I stumbled upon cpr. They cracked my screen during repair and without a second thought replaced my glass protector , screen and cleaned my phone without charging. The only thing I was charged for was the original camera repair. 5 stars all the way. Will never go anywhere else.

My phone crashed last night due to some sort of software issue. On it were pictures of my dad's 92nd birthday celebration, that had not yet been backed up.
