Had screen replaced on my iPhone 6S+ for a whopping $311. While installing they broke another part and supposedly ordered it over three months ago. Since this, I dropped by three different times to be told the part still hasn't arrived yet. My phone is STILL broken. Unacceptable on EVERY level. I will NEVER go back to this site again.

They stand behind their work and the components-- Due to an issue with the new part from the manufacturer, she had to replace the component twice!!! I highly recommend in and out for any smart phone or tablet repairs.

Hands down the best place to get any phone repaired in the Cenla area! Brought my phone in for a screen repair, prepared for it to break the bank and look "refurbished", and deal with rude owners and techs since this has been my experience in the past with other local cell phone repair shops. Much to my surprise this wasn't at all the case with CPR. The prices are very reasonable and my phone looks good as new. The young lady who worked on it was eager to help, knowledgeable, kind and patient with me, for i had many questions regarding the repair due to the mentioned prior bad experiences. She even took all of my info, including the name of who would be picking up my phone. Made me feel that my device was finally in good hands. Hopefully i wont need to go back for a phone repair, but if i do you can bet it will be to CPR! Thank You!

The service here was ok fast and easy. But when I got my iPhone screen fixed here it made everything else much worse. When I received my phone back after they were done it looked fine but within a few minutes I realized my home button was not work correctly after I played with it a few time it worked but the button is not popping back up like it’s supposed to and it constantly activated Siri. After all that the phone back lights are visible through the screen on the edges so when the phone is on a darker background there is a bunch of white dots all around the phone. I’m really dis satisfied with how my phone came back UPDATE: I do have to say this store has some of the best customer service. The manger advised me to bring my phone back and have it looked at. They replaced my screen a second time free of charge and it is much better. They fixed everything and even replace my tempered glass cover I had on my phone. Honestly I would recommend this place to anyone. They fixed their mistakes. 10/10

Brought my phone in for cracked screen. Went to pick it up. Nothing worked as far as WiFi and viberate button. We 2 two different repair shops and they said it was messed up by them. They had 3 screws missing . I wouldn't recommend them to no one.

Had a cracked screen, and family members thought they would surprise me and get a new screen from CPR. The first time I got it back, the phone’s screen responsiveness was super glitchy and random. Would press buttons when I wasn’t even touching it, and would not press the right things when I did. Home button was also super loose. Took it back again because I got their warranty (would HIGHLY recommend getting this) and the next time I got it back the responsiveness was better but the screen had a strong sepia/yellow tint. TLDR: they are nice enough, but would have rather kept my slightly cracked screen than deal with the random issues of replacing the screen multiple times.

My boyfriend phone wasn't charging so he brought to these people and paid 77$ to get his charger port changed. They had to order it so he left the phone with them last Thursday. Well today is Wednesday so it has almost been a week and they have not called me not once. So I called and (Dalton) said it's been done we forgot to call. Then he said there was nothing they could do about it THAT IT DOES NOT WORK. I said well what doesn't work he said he doesn't know. I asked to speak to the person who looked at it and he said he don't know that either and I was again so you don't know who looked at our phone and said "please come get your phone"!! Ohhhh I got so mad!!! So I went up there and I asked the lady Tiana I think that's her name about the phone again. She said nothing worked. I said did u change the charger port we paid for she said "I don't know , I think they did"!! REALLY PEOPLE DO YALL KNOW ANYTHING!??? I took the phone quickly to APPIE PIE REPAIR and they fixed it on 30 SECONDS!!! In and out didn't even change the port OR DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT THE DANG PHONE. Only thing was in it was lint that was stopping the phone to charge easy fix. They didn't even replace the dang thing. I am trying my best to not use explicit language but come on! Had our phone for over a week for some lint that apple pie noticed in less than 30 seconds. They did not just lose our service but my families service as well! Only used them cause they are down the road from us. From now on we are using nothing else but APPLE PIE. I never had that bad service in a very long time!

My daughter cracked the screen on her iPad so I took it in for repair. $208 I thought was a fair price considering the retina display of the screen blah blah blah. I was told it would be a week because the screen had to be ordered. Well 1 week passed by with nothing, so I called on week 2. I was told the screen ordered was defective. I was okay with that but it would have been nice to get a call, you know. So they re-ordered a screen and I get a call towards the end of week 2 saying that the screen is the wrong color (black instead of white like the iPad). Since the only thing that affected was the home button would be a different color, I said that's fine and was told that I could pick it up in a day or two. So I went to pick it up and was told that the guy that was supposed to repair it DIDN'T. So now we are on the week 3. I get a phone call telling me that the NEW screen won't turn on but that they were working on it. At this point, I think I am being more than patient with them trying to work out the kinks. Week 3 and 4 go by with NO phone call. So once again, I call and was told that the screen was finally coming on BUT it isn't fully working yet. So again I said okay, because what else am I going to do. Week 5 and 6 pass by with NO phone call. So I call again and I was told, oh we just got it finished. I was so excited because finally after 6 weeks, I would be getting it back. Well.... I went to pick it up and the iPad I was given was very beat up with bent ends and scratches all over the back. Mind you - my daughter's iPad was in a case as soon as she opened it. So I turn on the screen and the home screen image is a muscle car. I told the worker that this iPad belongs to a 10 year old GIRL that isn't into muscle cars. What a shocker - it was NOT MY IPAD. So the manager, Tiana, is called and she says, I had to send it off to our technical people to work on it. I am told that I will get a FULL REFUND as well as the repaired iPad. Although that is awesome, I still don't have my device. So with a week as the possible return date, I am beginning to get frustrated. So week 7 passes with NO phone call so I call and they haven't received it back yet. Week 8 passes and I call and I speak with Tiana and she says that she is pricing to purchase me a new one. So now we are on week 10 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DEVICE OR A REPLACEMENT DEVICE YET!!!! I finally got my device back on November 1st. I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AS I WAS TOLD I WOULD. I was given the device with a new Otterbox case already put on it, so I guess that was some sort of concession. However, I wondered what it was hiding, so I took off the case when I got home to find that one of the corners and the sleep/wake button were all dent.

Horrible rip off. The installer screwed up the installation and broke my son's phone. Now they will not fix it without an additional 100.00 fee. They screwed up, they should fix it. Avoid at all costs
