Beware Military brothers. Incompetent repair shop. Claimed they can not provide a phone diagnostic because their "system" wont allow the input of the phone serial or IME, the system being a simple word document. Also claimed they were not able to diagnose a cracked screen without having to gut the phone. All the answers provided by their representative were incoherent. CPR is the true definition on professional laziness.

I recently just bought an iPhone 6 and was very excited about my purchase until I dropped it causing my screen to break. I didn't have insurance and knew getting a new one would be outrageously expensive but then one of my military associates recommended I come see Mr pipes with dreads. I talked to Mr pipes and he assured me everything would be fine and reasonable. The service was great and fast. I recommend to anyone who is need of a screen fixed in the area. Especially if you want it done right !

They are 100% reasonable and respectful! They told me the repair for my battery would take 2 hours and they had it done within 30 min! They are fast and wonderful people. They will help you out as much as they can and will not deceive you. They told me that the people who fixed my phone before damaged it and that that’s all that was really wrong with my phone (aside from the screen being cracked) and that they would replace it and it only costed me 90$ I highly recommend them for all your phone repair needs!

Terrible! Had a note 8 that worked fine and I put it in my drawer for 3 weeks it wouldn’t turn on so I took it to cpr and they said water damage by looking at the charge port but it’s never seen water and they wouldn’t look at it because they said they can’t fix water damage. So I took it to another shop and it was the battery, thanks a lot CPR. For wasting my time , the management should do a better job at who they hire. Don’t go there

Worst service I've seen I took my iPhone 7 plus in for a cracked screen the next day I could not make phone calls or open Apps took it back the young lady in the store said she didn't have enough experience to work on an iPhone 7 plus and was told to take it in the Fort Polk PX and speak with another lady that worked there and maybe she could fix it. Not only did the lady in the PX didn't fix the screen she broke the home button as well. I suggest to anyone please take your phone somewhere else.

Took my iPad to the PX location and was told they could fix my cracked screen it would take about a week. Got a call and was told the screen wasn't going to sit right because of a dent at the power connection and would need a good case to put it in. I got there and the screen was coming up not only around the bottom but up the left side. They said because Of the dent it will never set right mad there was nothing they could do. So know I'm stuck with a iPad with dead spots and today won't even power up! Thanks for your expertise!

Fixed my screen after "they who shall not be named" who were down the road messed it up so bad last month. The other place wouldn't answer the phone and looked closed when I went by there in the middle of the day to get it fixed so I called In and Out.. Awesome service and fast.. I will def spread the word.
