Terrible. Brought IPhone in to get screen change, then my camera wouldn't work so I returned to have that repaired and then the head phones wouldn't work along with I now had to use my phone with speaker phone only. So unless you want your phone to be in worse shape than u brought it in for about 150.00 bucks then I suggest you just ask around, no doubt you can find a friend who can fix ur screen/ lcd for about 50 bucks. If your lcd is still good it will only cost you about 5 bucks. Total ripoff. Also every time I went it was definitely not in and out. More like in and out 3 times, they tell u come back in 3 hours or what ever time it is and when u return they have yet to touch the thing. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIPOFF.

Absolutely terrible service terrible time my daughter needed the screen on her iPad changed I brought it in to them they told me a few hours to a day they did not know when the repair guy was going to be in later that day I got a call they told me when they were trying to pull off the glass screen they broke the LCD screen so it would be a week till we get it back then two weeks later I called they told me when they were trying to put it back together as something else broke on the iPad but they had to send it off when I went to go pick it up the other day it has been over a month also when I went to go pick it up the home button did not work anymore it worked when I dropped it off he told me if I brought it in in a couple of days they would fix it But the service and their attitude made me not to want to deal with them ever again

Had 2 of my children's iPhones repaired here. Both times they went through multiple screens to get one that works. They charge top dollar and replace parts with the cheapest they can find. After a battery change that cost $77 dollars the same thing happened. Multiple cheap parts till one works. This caused the phone to fail, which they replied we're not responsible for that after they destroy the phone. Be wise and chose another vendor!!!

Honestly pretty bad service. Muy husband paid 149.00 to fix the screen on my ipad. A week later the screen completely quit working. Took it back and they said give me a few hours. I dropped it off on Monday and I've yet to hear from them. Today is Friday which is when they told me it would be ready in Wednesday when I called them and they haven't even touched it yet. Will never pay them to fix anything again. Extremely rude and sounds like they hate their job when they answer the phone. Now I have to wait the whole weekend after basically waiting 3 weeks for something that was supposed to only take a few hours or in the case a few days!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Never open on time, and the times I have gotten a chance to find someone there it's been terrible service. They fixed my screen but the panel has never been the same. I went back the next day to try to get it fixed and they wanted to charge me again for a new screen. This place truly needs new management and better products.

terrible quality when it comes to parts. they use very cheap eBay parts instead of apple aprroved parts. i do not recommend anybody to bring their phone here for repairs. their replacement screens do not work like they're intended to. i ended up having to return to the actual apple store to get both of my phones fixed properly. 0 stars
