I would give this place zero stars if I could. I brought a Droid mini in to the store and got the screen fixed. Not even a month later the screen started coming up in the corner. I brought it back in and they said the battery was getting too hot and melted the glue and they would not fix it. The screen ended up worse than it was before I got it fixed because the whole screen went out. Thought nothing of it until I read other comments on here saying that the same thing happened to them. These people are crooked. I don't know how they are still open.

This business has poor customer service skills from there employs not the management. There response to repair things is not in the time frame they claim they will have a job finished by. They are not consistent on anything they say or do from a consumers point of view. Plus I feel as though were going to over charge me for a battery that I could buy from the manufacture for a cheaper price then they were going to sell it too me. I would highly suggest not using this business. If you do BEWARE

Called to have battery replaced in my phone, was told they didn't have a battery for my phone in stock and it would be better if I brought my own new battery in with the phone. Dropped off my phone and new battery and picked up repaired phone about 4 hours later. That night (about 5 hrs. later) phone shut off and would not restart, returned the next morning and was told it was my problem because I brought my own battery! Went home and removed the battery myself, cleaned the ribbon cable plugs and contact points, re-installed battery. Has worked perfectly ever since, should have done it myself the first time, would still have my $54.00.

Terrible service. Left my phone at 11 AM to have the charger port replaced. Came back for it at 5PM to find they did nothing to it. They not only did nothing to fix my phone but spent 6 hours trying to break into my finance apps. I know this because all of them were locked down because someone entered the wrong password more than 5 times. Took me another day to get them all straight and back online. I also see you edited this part of my review out so I am putting it back in so people can beware. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Went in to have my sons phone waterproofed! I had a meeting about a mile away! The service tech was friendly,courteous and very knowledgeable! I left the phone came back in 30 minutes and it was done! Best of all I was expecting to pay $70 and it was only $50! Would highly recommend this location of In and Out phone repair

I'm sure they do a great time most of the time but I had a terrible experience. 12/7 - I came in and ordered a new battery for my phone. I even paid the extra $30 to have it overnighted. 12/8 - I tried coming in but the store was closed due to some snow. Coming from Denver, a few inches was comical. 12/9 - I came in again and the staff informed me that they did receive some packages that day but my battery was not in there. They blamed it on the shipping company and the snow, however, if it was overnighted on the 7th I would imagine it would show up with all of the other packages on the 9th. 12/13 - I show up again expecting for the battery to be there after another 4 days. The staff is looking for the battery and trying to contact the shipping company and the tracking order, however, it is nowhere to be found. The staff finally informs me that the person who was supposed to order it on the 7th actually never placed the order. What a waste of my time.

Walked in near the end of the night to get my phone screen fixed. The associate at the desk was very friendly. Gave me a no nonsense quote. Long story short .... the phone was fixed in 15 minutes. The screen works very good. They seemed to have used quality a aftermarket screen on the phone as it works like the Apple one. Best experience I’ve had at a phone repair business.

Total ripoffs. I bought flex cable from them and asked specifically “does this work with iphoneX” the guy says “yeah”(it did not) i return the part ONE hour later and guys says “no returns/no credit no nothing. The store doesn’t have any “no returns/exchanges” signs up. NEVER again

Brought in an ipad mini for the screen to be replaced. when I got it back it had trash and fingerprints under the screen and the back was all scratched up. days later half of the digitizer went out on the screen they replaced. brought it back to be repaired and fixed correctly. Received a phone call saying the screen had been cracked on the inside, and it would not be covered and that I would have to pay them to replace it again. We did not crack the screen! The ipad never worked right since we got it back. its not a lifetime warranty, its a not past the door warranty. he did offer a $40 discount off of the full new installation price if I wanted them to fix the problem they created.

I was preparing to leave the next day on a trip when I dropped and shattered the screen on my 6plus . I had a very expensive screen saver and did not drop it on the face . It shattered all the same . In and Out fixed it within a couple of hours . This professional and reliable business is stellar in my opinion . Took my Samsung Galaxy S5 in for a digitizer replacement. About a week later I noticed the bottom corner of the screen was coming up. I called the store and they said, "Oh yeah, bring it in, we'll take care of that." Later that day, however, the screen actually FELL OUT OF THE PHONE. When I brought it into the store, they told me that physical damage was not covered. I explained that the "physical damage" was caused by faulty installation and the response was, "We use adhesive. I can't help it, physical damage is not covered." He offered to install a new one for me for just the cost of the screen but said I would still have to pay that cost. Given my experiences so far, I chose not to take him up on his offer. Instead, I purchased a new digitizer and some 1 mm adhesive on Amazon for $100 less than what they charged to do the repair. When I opened the phone up and really started looking, I realized there was no adhesive added at the time of the repair. The only thing holding the screen in was a few remnants of the original manufacturers adhesive. Frankly, I am surprised the thing stayed in for a whole week. I installed the new adhesive and screen I had purchased in less than 10 minutes and my phone has worked like a charm ever since. No problems. These guys are crooks as far as I'm concerned. They half-a$$ed the job I paid them to do and when it broke they tried to imply that it was my fault. That being said, some people seem to have a satisfactory or even positive experience. I'd say, if you decide to use these guys, you're taking a real gamble.

Customer service was spot on. Above and beyond. They replaced my screen. Then had a couple other issues the next day nothing to do with their work. I'm a local fireman so my phone takes some abuse sometimes and my phone frame was slightly bent and the screen came loose. I had an old phone that was broke but frame was not bent. They offered to do a frame swap and had me back up and running again by the end of the day. Fast service and very professional. I would recommend anyone to go there and I will definitely be back when I break my phone again.

Dropped my Ipad off on Tuesday Fed 16 for a cracked screen. Was told it would be ready Thursday Feb 18. Just left there with my Ipad still broke. It has not been touched. The tech made a call to someone overheard him say he had never replaced a Ipad screen. We all have to learn I get that. In and Out needs to learn to do what they say and to properly train there employees.

I would not recommend nobody to these ppl, I have a galaxy s5 phone and they messed my phone up worse off than it was ,they "fix"my USB port but made my phone worse. I haven't been able to use that phone in months, 2 to 3 months.
