I looked into getting a USB port on a scanner fixed with Fujitsu, they wanted 70% of the purchase price to fix it. After calling around to a few places I thought this thing was done for, that is until I brought it to Walter. Not only did he fix it at a great price, he also got it back to me the same day, like 3 hours later! I never would have thought I'd be getting it back so fast. He even lets you track the repair progress. The service here is second to none. I will definitely be bringing back my business to Walter.

Walter and team went the extra mile for my little boy. His iPad screen was shattered and the power port was long overdue for repair. Another CPR location (Siegel Ln) had done the work previously and these guys honored their warranty. New power port was on the house! 4/3/19 Update: I didn’t want to but had to downgrade my rating. The warranty I was given on a separate item (screen protector for iPhone) was not honored. I was told twice that a new one would cost only $10. Upon arrival, the price changed to $40 since the screen protector I had was no longer carried by CPR. Replacement will cost $10 if my new one breaks though I do not have a record of this arrangement, just their word. I’m still happy about the previous visit but concerned that their warranties are not honored.

Contacted this store for a quote and estimated time of repair. Based on the price and a repair time of 1 hour given to me I decided to use this store. I ordered and paid for the part at that time and was notified a day later that the part arrived and I was to bring my tablet in for repair. Due to distance and time of travel it was 2 days later before I was able to drop it off. My one hour repair time turned into 6 hours. When I questioned them about it I was told they had used my paid for part to repair another tablet and had to get another. I didn't even get a courtesy call. The only thing they offered for my lost time and using my property for another repair without authorization was excuses. The two stars are simply for the fact that the unit was working when I left.

Walter went above and beyond to get my phone fixed when anyone else would have written of my phone as bricked. Ordering and installing new parts all for a excellent price considering the hours he spent on it. Even going so far as swinging by and dropping off my phone at my work when I couldn't go to him due to conflicting schedules. I would and do recommend (I work for a cell phone company) others with broken devices to go see him. Really a top-notch operation Walter as going on.

Went in a few months ago when my iPhone 8 was continuously resetting itself, but would not turn all the way on. Was told they could look at my phone (for $40) and it would be a few hours before they could tell me anything. A few hours turned into a week, with me having to constantly come in or have someone call in to check on my phone because they were giving me no updates about it. By the time I got the phone back (which they could not fix) I took it to Apple (where I should have gone in the first place) and was told that when they put the screen back on my phone they put it on improperly, leaving the screen cracked on the inside (which was very noticeable when I finally looked at the phone). And no one at the store said a word about it. Garbage service.

This reviewer is from a hard drive recovery perspective. Generally, they did not deliver on their promises and are extremely under performing in communication. You will have to hound them for any sort of update and the updates are not clear. It’s always “oh well it’s going to be another 2 weeks”. Disappointed in their service

The other reviews did not lie. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and they are good. I brought my poor shattered iPhone to them. I was told 20 min so I waited. I watch the interaction with other customers. Never did I see any attempt to up sell or charge for what was not needed. Very professional. If I need phone repairs in the future this will be my shop.

My cracked screen was I initially replaced with a faulty/used screen. The “new” screen was noticeably dimmer, and it proceeded to glitch and randomly press buttons. The phone disabled itself several times, and caused me tremendous inconvenience on a trip, as I was locked out of the GPS. I returned the phone, and they installed a CLEARLY new screen (plastic was still on as opposed to the first one), and I haven’t had any other issues. When I called and asked for email address to the owner (the email address that is on the counter), the person on the phone wouldn’t give it to me and said he is “one of the owners.” He proceeded to explain away my concerns, first saying the phone was probably glitching bc the new iPhone is coming out soon, and he assured me the initial screen was new but they probably took the plastic off so I could hear and not think there was an issue (as if the plastic cover isn’t clearly noticeable). Beware of this establishment charging “new” prices for USED parts and hiding behind the “lifetime warranty,” when those used parts are faulty. He showed and assumed zero responsibility for their role in severely inconveniencing me, which was all I was expecting. No apology, just excuses. I didn’t ask for anything, and he sure as heck didn’t offer to make it right. SHADY BUSINESS!

I went in to get my shattered screen on my iPhone 8 Plus replaced. The repair was done in 30 mins and the screen looked great; however, the screen cracked under my thumb while using my phone later that day. Although there was no way to prove that the crack due to a manufacturer error, the kind employees took my word for it and not only replaced the screen but they also applied a tempered glass screen protector on the fixed screen only charging me for the labor! I’ll continue to give them my business and I’d recommend them any day.

These folks are wonderful! I accidentally burned out the charging port and regulator chip on my iPhone, and I was working on a Saturday and dropped it off on my lunch break. At first they thought it was just the port and said they'd have it done in an hour or so. Then later they called me at work to say they had changed out the port and it still wasn't working, so that meant it was likely the chip as well. They told me what it would cost, and said they would deduct the cost of the charge port because that wasn't the problem. I was very appreciative and told them to go ahead and change the chip. They close at 5:30 on Saturday so I swung by at 5pm to see if it was ready, fully prepared to have to wait until Monday for my phone. There was a flood of people coming in right at closing, either picking up or dropping off phones, and the staff stayed well past closing to make sure everyone was handled, and I got my phone that afternoon. I was very grateful that they stayed past closing on a Saturday and were accommodating to my schedule and problem. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of phone repair!

Although the customer service was very good and they were one of the few places opened on labor day, I will NEVER take my phone here again or suggest them to anyone. When I received my phone back it took me a day to realize that my phone speaker and front camera was not working. I would not recommend this place if you need an iPhone 7 screen fixed. Their screens are not the same quality as Apple, so the difference in color was quite noticeable. Eventually I decided to just go to the Apple Store and have them put an official Apple screen on it (which I believe will be cheaper than In and Out). However, the staff at In & Out were very nice and generous to offer a partial refund, but I think they really should have mentioned that it would not be the same quality.

Wow! They exceeded my expectations!!!! I went in because I was having an Audio IC issue with my iPhone 7. My speaker button was grayed out and I couldn’t hear anything and no one could hear me. My phone only worked if I was using Bluetooth to speak. Of course when I went to the Apple store with the issue, they just wanted me to upgrade and get a new phone. No option to fix it whatsoever. So frustrating since the phone is only 1 year and 3 months old. So they wanted me to spend anywhere from $399-$1,000 on a new phone when it was a known hardware issue that they had!!! I am so grateful I went to CPR!!! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. As soon as they saw my phone and the grayed out speaker button, they knew what the problem was. The told me it would take about a day to fix, which was a perfect turn around time because I was going out of town the next evening. Well when they called me the same day I dropped it off to tell me that the phone wouldn’t be ready until 6pm the following day, I asked if there was anyway it could be available sooner since I was going out of town. They stayed LATE that night working on my phone to make sure I had it in time before I left out of town. Amazing customer service!!! AND it was only $189 to fix when Apple wanted me to just get a new phone! I highly recommend them and I will definitely go back if I have any other phone issues!!!

From what I researched, this is the only place in town that can fix a Sony phone. My Xperia is very difficult to repair due to the way its put together, but they were able to do it in 2 hours or so as soon as the touchscreen came in. Of course, it's very expensive for the part ordered through the company ($120 or so and then $59 labor vs. buying on your own online for $40) but it comes with a 30 day guarantee/warranty in case the one they ordered malfunctions. My screen was fine, but the colors are a bit off now... not sure if it's the screen itself or the repair, but overall very satisfied.

This is the worst store ever. I had gone to have a screen protector installed and they literally took 2 hours and were unable to complete the job. I left without getting the screen protector installed because I could not afford to wait any longer. The person at the counter was also very rude and was seeing customers who came after me before me. Have they heard of a line? ------ Update: I did bring my Zagg screen protector because Zagg told me they can perform warranty services. They (Zagg) were wrong. The employee told me that they do not perform warranty services but I can try to get their custom cut protector for $10. I agreed to that and it took them 2 hours to cut it and paste it to the screen. They did a poor job that I had to return to get a refund because their protector was literally sliding off of the glass. Essentially I wasted too much time and didn't get anything done. The service is not First Come First Serve. They will see ladies first even if you're there for a while. Dont bother complaining because it will fall on deaf ears.

Walked in with an iPhone 5S that seemed to have a battery on its last gasp, as it was having difficulty connecting with the charger and taking a charge. Walked out with a free repair and a phone that is still working fine. Turns out a piece of lint had gotten wedged way up in the slot and I couldn't see it. The guys at In & Out fixed it for free and sent me on my way, effectively saving me $600, because I thought I was going to need to buy a new phone. I will definitely be going back to them the next time I have an issue.

I recently had had some water spilled on my computer and I thought I was in a ton of trouble. I called a few places with a few telling me "oh, it's definitely done." I stumbled across PCSolutions through a recommendation and I had a great experience with them! The first thing I was told was that this is an issue they've dealt with many times, so there's nothing I need to worry about. They were Incredibly professional and straight to the point. They clearly know what they're talking about and prices were definitely reasonable. Also, it was a VERY fast turnaround! I got my laptop back as good as new about 3 days after giving it to them. I would not use again. I brought my phone in for one issue and while repairing it they broke my screen. I was told I would only have to pay half price for the screen to get my phone back functioning again. Not a way to earn repeat customers or even a recommendation.

My daughter recommended I try this place out. Walked in the door, helped me right away, they were very friendly and told me it would take about 30-45 mins to replace my shattered screen on my iPhone because it looked like the phone itself was bent from me dropping it. WITHIN 20 minutes I got a call that it was fixed and all done! VERY impressed! Not only fast service but at a reasonable price. Other places were about $20-$40 more for the exact same service! This is the second time I have used CPR. The first time, I brought my MacBook Pro laptop to them because I was not able to boot it up and access any programs or files. I brought it to them with the intention that they would only be able to retrieve my files so that I could transfer them to a new machine. Well, I left the computer with them while I was on a trip and when I returned expecting to pick up my files so I could go and buy a new machine and hopefully restore my files on the new machine. To my delight, not only had CPR diagnosed the problem (i.e., bad hard drive), they replaced my hard drive with one that was double the size of the original. And, they transferred all my files from the dead hard drive onto the new hard drive without losing a single file. And the most impressive thing was that the file structure was exactly the same as the structure on my old hard drive. And, their fee was unbelievably reasonable. Not only did I not have to buy a new machine, I now had a machine that was better than when I bought it new. I was so thankful for their expertise and skill. And, they communicated with me all during the process to update me on the diagnosis, repair options, costs, and to secure my approval. Today, I had a problem with my iPhone 6. Based on my assessment, I thought it was a battery problem. I certainly did not want to fool with that myself. So, I immediately thought of CPR and I was surprised that they were open on a holiday (July 4th). So, I went to them without an appointment and dropped off my phone for a diagnostic. They said it would take 20 to 30 minutes so I took care of some errands and came back. Not only had they diagnosed the problem as a bad battery, they also found that the charging port had to be replaced. And, they were about 10 minutes from having it fixed! So, I waited and sure enough within 10 minutes or so, the phone was repaired and again, the charge was extremely reasonable. I thought I was not going to have my phone for a day or so---but, CPR had it fixed within an hour! CPR has truly professional technicians and they treat you politely and professionally. They are amazing at being able to diagnose a problem with a phone or computer and to fix it properly within a very short period of time. And you cannot beat the cost. After these two experiences, I will always return to CPR when I need service on my electronics. I highly recommend them.

Towncenter location is absolutely wonderful. It's all you could ask for in phone repair and good old fashioned customer service. There's no run around, no illogical shenanigans, no long waits. They repaired my phone, just as I asked, in less than 1 hour. The cost was 1/5 of the Apple Store repair cost. This was nearly one month ago and my phone works like nothing ever happened. This is pretty exceptional considering it got run over at least 5 times in the roadway. I'd go back tomorrow f I needed anything at all. Thanks guys!

My Nexus 6 screen cracked straight across the bottom - I looked up the screen replacement job on the Internet and decided that I'd rather have a professional fix it than try myself. Let me tell you before you even consider- maybe they can fix your phone, but DO NOT BRING A COMPUTER HERE. I brought my desktop in for a diagnosis for which they charged me $40. Other places may do a free diagnosis, but I figured that this price was there to compensate for professionalism and experience and thought it was worth investing. I was wrong! It took them over week to call me back about my desktop. This would normally be an acceptable length of time, but considering that the diagnosis was completely wrong and they didn’t even consider all the options, it shouldn’t have taken this long. When they finally called me back, the repair tech told me it was definitely my hard drive that was failing and that the cost would be anywhere from $150-$400!!!! I’ve never heard of such an unspecific gap in price. I am a student and obviously could not afford this, so I took my computer to get a second opinion. This other person that looked at it took one day to check it out and let me know it was ACTUALLY NOT the hard drive failing and instead it was power supply that needed to be replaced. All I did was I order a $50 power supply off amazon, installed it myself, and now my computer is completely back to normal! Imagine if I had spent $150-$400 dollars here. I don’t know if this guy is just inexperienced or trying to con me but DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR COMPUTER!

I went to them to get my cracked screen fixed , somehow , when fixing my screen my battery was messed with and a day later my phone started to shut off on high percentages like 32% or even as low as 10% . Now my battery is enlarging to the point that it making my phone screen separate from the back & I crack my screen & my SCREEN “PROTECTOR “ trying to push it down and back together . I went from a battery life of 97% to 92 % and now I have to change my battery . I paid $200 for this ? Just get an insurance claim on your phone because it would have costed the same amount if I would have .

Just stopped by this business based on reviews posted. I have an old Samsung 5 and I can’t get it to charge. I recently upgraded this device, but didn’t get all my info out of it. So, I really need device to work. I explained my dilemma to the employees on duty. I was quoted a possible fee which was out of my budget to pay for a phone I won’t be using any longer. They didn’t try to force me to purchase a charger or let them repair device. What was offered by them was let them plug phone in and see if it’s just my charger. Then, get this that’s what the problem was. So, they kindly offered to charge the device for me. OMG, it’s so rare and unusual to find genuine people who truly are out to give customer service and not just make a dollar. Customer service is impeccable here at CPR Repair. They were a blessing and if I ever need to get my current phone repaired we’ll definitely consider returning here.

This was the first time that I've had a phone repaired and the experience was great! Phone looks like new! It was repaired in less than a hour and cost about half of what the deductible would have been if I had had insurance (plus it's still MY phone and not a refurbished phone).
