This place is great! I came to the store frustrated after Best Buy telling me my LCD screen needed to be fixed, and to bring it here. An employee looked at my computer and told me the screen was fine. He fixed the problem in about 5 minutes and taught me how to keep the problem from happening again. 10 out of 10 the best customer experience I’ve ever had at any place. Steven helped me throughout the whole repair process on my tower, he called in to check on any suggestions or recommendations for my computer. Timely manner for what had been repaired and looked at. He kepted me up to date with any suggestions he had or questions he had for me. He did way more then I could have ever asked for, considering I don’t know a lot about computers. I only went in for a repair and will most likely have a full family back into gaming. Steven was VERY polite and even checked in on my computer just to make sure everything ran properly the next day. He has all the knowledge about anything you need to know about computers. I’m personally not one to do reviews but I was so extremely happy that this was really another way to pay him back for hooking me up with a computer that runs any game I choose. They are not expensive, and I’ve even heard they can try to work with you if there’s some way. I couldn’t recommend computer heaven enough. Also everyone that I talked to over the phone or in the store was JUST as polite and helpful. Once again computer heaven, thanks for ALL the help!

Initially, I was VERY impressed with Computer Heaven. After being tired of dealing with Apple to get my Mac screen repaired I was in seek of a computer repair shop. I stumbled across Computer Heaven, checked out their reviews online, and was impressed. There was 120+ mostly positive reviews. I decided to give them a try. I gave them a call and explained my problem. They gave me an over the phone estimate and I decided to go with Computer Heaven. They had reputable reviews and offered a 90 day warranty on the part I needed to have replaced. I went in to their store, and again... I was impressed. The customer service was excellent and they worked with me to try to find the most affordable option to get my Mac repaired. I ended up having them do the repair. They said it’d be 3-5 business days to have the part ordered and installed. I believe they had it done on the 4th day, which I was happy with. Upon pick up, again, I was pleased with the friendly staff. I inspected my computer and the screen seemed to look good. It lit up. There was no lag. The camera worked. Everything seemed great. I was happy. Later that evening I was at home, checking out the laptop even more. I pealed off the plastic film that the laptop screen/ top lid came wrapped in and noticed 2 slight scratches near where the hinges are. I assume this happened during the install. They are faint and only about a half inch long. Upon even further inspection, I noticed one of the screws holding the bottom plate of my computer on was missing. Now I know a minor scratch and a tiny missing screw is minor, however when I pay $500 dollars for a part and $150+ for a professional installation, I expect professional work. And a missing screw is not professional work in my option. When you take your car to get new tires, I’m sure one would be VERY unhappy if the installer scratched ones fancy wheels or forgot to put a lug nut back on. It seems careless and rushed in my opinion. Again, these complaints are minor. However, I expected near perfection when paying a premium for a computer repair. I hope that the company will see this review, as I don’t know when I will be able to make it back in to get the screw replaced. Their location is a little inconvenient, being all the way across town from my location.

We own a small family business. Several weeks ago I received a frantic call from my husband stating one of the main computer’s monitor wasn’t working. The monitor worked when attached to other devices. After performing some routine troubleshooting I took the computer to Computer Heaven. I described the problem. Jordan & Mitch looked at the back of the computer & diagnosed the problem immediately. I made them test the solution & it worked. I asked how much for this service? They smiled and said “a high five & good review on Google”. Here it is!

So-so place for computer repair. They could not diagnose a problem with my wife's laptop even after I have a detailed description of the failure, and could not manage even to copy over her hard drive successfully so she could get work done while they worked on it. We ended getting an inexpensive refurbished replacement from there which has been working well, although I had to spend a while day installing a number of updates. More frustration than I would have preferred, but it all worked out okay in the end.

The service was amazing. I had questions about cpu comparisons both between intwls different products as well as amd and comparing them against each other. They even pointed out that next month and that I should wait. He oojnted out the difference in cost between efb and standard components and which offered the most rgb for the least increase in costs. Mr. Tylor prevented me from spending over 70 dollars for a Dell charger and battery by testing another charger that is rated higher than the Dell charger. Terrible!! First they told me that if I paid the $45+ fee for them to inspect my laptop that it would reserve my place in line and that my computer would be looked at within 3 days if I dropped it off on Friday morning. I drop my computer off at 8 am on Friday morning and I'm told I should hear from them later on that day no later than Monday. The weekend goes by still nothing. I call monday afternoon, I'm told it will be looked at that evening, once again I wait. Tuesday evening arrives, I call again and my computer hasn't been looked at yet. Wednesday they don't answer the phone. Finally on Thursday, a guy calls me to tell me that my laptop(that is used for school and less than 2 years old) needs over $600 worth of work and I should just buy a new one. I go to pick up my computer the following Monday because it took them 4 days to get it ready. I call HP the next day, because my computer is out of warranty they tell me I will be charged $196, HP fixes my computer in a week in a half. These people are SCAM artist!!!

That was until the replacement laptop charger they sold me stopped working within a month and the one they replaced THAT with also stopped working. I had to eat the 80$ they charged me and find another place that sold my original laptop charger. I then brought them to it to look at my mouse pad which had stopped working. They charged me just to look at it before telling me it would cost hundreds of dollars to replace the mouse pad. No thanks. Ill spend the extra money for quality service at Geek Squad.

the hard drive on my computer completely crashed without warning, and I lost all the pictures, files, and documents stored on it. Usually to retrieve that kind of data back costs several thousand dollars and sending your laptop to germany, but they were able to find a replacement hard drive chip for my computer (something more rare than organ donor matches) and restored all of my information for MUCH MUCH cheaper. Super nice guys, always called to let me know about the progress. Had my computer back and fully working less than a week later. Would give them more stars if I could.

9/19/2019 ( THIRD TRIP) After all my e-mail from att shut down googled att email support addressed in india they took control of my computer/ hacked it and attempted to extort me out of hundreds on the phone, actually captured pictures of the scam, tell me when i want to get the computer back to call them. got in contact with att fraud was told i was hijacked with ransome, Immediately went to Computer Heaven with computer. manager Jeremy said don't worry your Veeam recovery we installed will wipe out the corruption. Went home ran Veeam recovery and wiped my computer clean recovered to day before perfectly leaving no corruption what so ever. I was extremely fortunate to have this company to install Veeam on all my computers. my norton/ malwarebytes did not stop this incident, Veeam did in the end. KUDOS TO COMPUTER HEAVEN..... /2019 (SECOND TRIP).Getting such great service on my first service i opted using these guys to install additional Ram,"Veeam recovery on another new computer, MGR. Jeremy took time to explain how too's. which helped me greatly. Well done crew.David (FIRST TRIP)! After trying to get the best recovery software i could find I ended up calling Computer Heaven, baton Rouge,la. Super friendly people who installed VEEAM RECOVERY on my large computer. They did an expert install. After coming home backed up fast and did a recovery to test. Performed great. absolutely no problems. They gave me a quote and was only what i paid. I saved so much and am so happy. no longer "worry about depending on the cloud" as i now use an external recovery. Given em a call and get good tech support/ installation with no surprises. I visited the store based upon previous good reviews. I had a very specific need for a boring, refurbished computer for work at a reasonable price. Didn't want to purchase sight-unseen online. Didn't want any dealings with Best Buy (corporate and flashy w/o know-how). I was immediately tended to in a warm, kind manner by Shaun who had me taken care of in minutes. A day later, I texted the business convinced I'd made a mistake, nervous about my purchase. Had I done the right thing? Hansen responded quickly on a Sunday and understood & received my irrational fears without condescension. He listened, took in exactly what my needs were again, and recommended another model/gen for a smidgen of a higher price (to which I agreed). He even offered to meet me earlier than opening hours to make the exchange and then he would check in periodically to make certain we had a firm appointment. Personable and patient the whole time. Due to family illness, he couldn't meet me at the appointed time. He offered to meet another time, come to me, or meet with someone whom he had complete confidence. I chose the latter. Hansen passed all info necessary for the exchange to Jeremy, the sales manager, who got me in and out in 5-10 minutes and back to work. And the difference in price was comped. I don't know if that was supposed to happen, but I appreciate a nice surprise. Note to Computer Heaven: If that wasn't supposed to happen, I'll pay the difference. Gladly, as this model is definitely meeting my needs for a great price, ya'll are great, and nobody was wary of my curious 9yo walking around the shop (<"little stuff" like that matters). All that to say, I'm incredibly content with my purchase and experience. Thanks.

Imagine this: You are 1 week (PLUS) deep into running your expense reports and running numbers to finish your tax returns. You turn on your 10 month old computer to finish filing taxes and YOU HAVE THE HORRIFIC BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH IN YOUR FACE I tried every option, except restoring the machine, with no luck. I brought the Laptop to Computer Heaven on Monday morning and they had it back to me on Thursday morning. Hansen was able to get the data back off my corrupted hard drive **which means I can complete my taxes after writing this!! I am so grateful for all of their diligent work, and skill set. Hansen really made this scary situation as painless as possible. He was very patient with me and took the time to answer any question I had with a very knowledgeable, yet easy to understand answer. It was a no-brainer that I am now using the virus protection they offer that comes with a warranty. I truly do trust them, and I would not want anyone else working on my computer!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of breaking (through my own fault) an external hard drive that was 12 years old. It had vital documents, pictures, videos, etc. on the device and I was worried about the recovery of the information. I spoke with Hanson at Computer Heaven about my issue. He took the device and gave me expert consultation and informed me of all options, both best case and worst. The worst case was that since the device was so old, the part needed would be very difficult to find, and so it could take more than $1500 to retrieve the files through a more complicated route. However, Hanson worked on the problem like a true, friendly, and even sympathetic professional. Through his diligent work, he was able to locate the exact part needed to recover the information and it only cost me $160. A FAR CRY from the worst case scenario, when he could have easily gone the easier (and more costly for me) avenue. Not only will I be going only to computer Heaven and Hanson personally from now on for any of my IT related needs, I will be sure to pass along business to them at every opportunity I have. It worked fine I had a issue with the screen and took it back and they fixed it with no problem. They will charge you a diagnostic fee for to see what's wrong with your computer and they seem like all they care about is making a quick buck then they'll laugh at you. Went to buy an Ssd expansion for my desktop. They had a good selection, showed me how to connect it to my motherboard and even checked to see if I needed the connecting cable for it(which I did). Great selection of quality parts for anyone wanting to build a custom rig and I will be back for all my future upgrades. This review is based off of my in-person experience. I just bought a samsung chromebook from there for $100, along with a $30 case and $8 screen wipes that the employee added on as she was ringing up my items. They have a warranty that states there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. There's also a part where I guess I was supposed to sign. Well, I'm going to try to return the case (which the employee removed from the package) and the wipes and see how that goes being that I really didn't want either and was pressured into buying them. If they allow me to return without the fee, I'll add a star. If not. I'll take one off. Just a heads up, don't allow the employees to pressure you into buying something when they have a 15% restocking fee.

I would like to praise and thank the techs at Computer Heaven for the work they did on my machine. My computer was compromised by a massive virus attack and had been running slower and slower until finally it would no longer boot. Not only did the techs remove the viruses, they gave me a really great new install of the OS, and this machine has never run this fast, even when new. I greatly appreciate the time and the consideration taken to protect my data as well. I was able to restore even third-party applications that I had downloaded. But the very best thing done was the new setup, which was obviously done by a skilled tech taking time and consideration for the way that I personally use the computer—best setup ever. Thanks again.
