Never came or called. Showed up for a wiring estimate and tentatively scheduled for the week after. 8 BUSINESS days later, no call back. They emailed me on business day 9 wanting to come out the next business day. When I told them I changed my mind because they did not contact me, they chewed me out. After a discussion, I agreed to let them do the work on the day they requested, business day 10. They never called, emailed or showed up. Too bad because the guy providing the estimate really did know what he was talking about. I had to call another wiring company because of the very poor customer service.
