When I brought my Note 5 into BITS, it was pretty much a paperweight. KJ was super friendly and gave me an affordable quote which I immediately agreed to, and was extremely quick about repairing my phone. The screen is more responsive than I ever remember it being. I would rate this place 10/5 if I could. Top notch customer service and workmanship, I will be using them for all my computer and phone repair needs!

My 5 years old iMac has numerous big problems, so I take it to BITS. I am totally expected to be informed that it is beyond repair and just replace it with a new one. To my amazement, BITS fixes all problems and upgrades it! Currently, my iMac looks, feels and functions like brand new. I am so (so so so) happy with BITS, awesome!

Went to B.I.T.S PC Repair today to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced . Very friendly customer service and fast replacement. Got my phone back in 30 min looking brand new and working great!!!!!! Price was also right for screen replacement . Yay Hopefully I learned my lesson and never break a phone screen again, but if I do, I'm definitely going back to B.I.T.S. Highly recommend this place !!!

I didn't actually get anything repaired here because I couldn't! My Samsung Galaxy s8 is in need of a new screen and since I can't afford to go get a new phone this would probably be my best bet, w r o n g. . Ended up sending in 3 price estate requests over the span of 2 weeks, nobody ever got back to be! Found that kinda unprofessional.. So today (11/30/18) I decided to call and just do it that way since I wasn't gonna get anywhere trying to do it online. So, I call and a nice guy answers the phone, he asks me what model phone I have, blah blah, then puts me on hold so he could look up how much the replareplacment glass would be He puts me on hold for about 3 mins and then tells me it would be $250 PLUS other fees Uh I think not.. . Samsung Galaxy s8's are pretty small so the glass should be cheap for them. The whole process shouldn't take more then 30 - 40 mins! And yet people claim they're cheapest in town! On their website (oh yeah, they only have prices for iPhones on their website, how dumb... ) the prices are actually super cheap, not sure why that changed on the phone- Basically, if you want your device fixed fast and cheap, just go somewhere else... I'm super disappointed that I spent 2 weeks trying to get a price estimate just for them to give me a ridiculous price!

Brought my droid turbo 2 into store today (01/26/2018) and asked if they could replace battery, they said they could. but didn't have a battery, no problem as I has a new in the package battery, they took my personal info and told me to come back in 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Returned to store around 6:00 p.m. to pick up phone, young man brought phone up said there was a small problem as the phone would not power on,( little more than a small problem to me) but he could order a $20.00 part to fix, I asked why should I pay for a part that they broke, and his reply was are you ready for this...his answer was it's the nature of the business...not really sure what that meant...I paid them $55.00 picked up my phone and left. Now that my friends is A-1 customer service. The only reason I gave you 1 star is because no stars was not a option.

Had an issue with my port charging (Samsung s8p plus) so I had them clean my port. My phone charger connects way better now and has no issues charging. The service probably took 10 mins but they didnt expect any payment. Loyal business and I can tell these guys will fix your electronic if they are able to and seem very honest. Thanks yall
