I went to Apple Pie Repair with a corrupt hard drive thinking I lost thousands of pictures and files that meant everything to me. Instead, they insisted they could repair it and they were so right! Not only were they able to retrieve all my files but they did it in a VERY timely manner and for a cost that was easy on the bank and a fraction of what another company tried to charge me! Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. I am so glad I brought my hard drive to Apple Pie! I will never go anywhere else for my tech issues and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on any device!

This store was super nice initially, but when I started having problems with the my screen (which was what I got fixed) shortly after I picked it up, they told me that it was likely not their fault because they do "prestigious" work and that it was just a coincidence that I started having problems again. When I brought my iPhone to a different repair shop they had told me that a defective screen was placed on my phone and was affecting my camera and draining my battery, causing my phone to not work. I will NEVER go here again and will make sure to tell anyone who is looking for a repair to avoid Apple Pie Repair. I am very displeased with this store. I work hard for my money and it was a waste of $120.

I had a great experience here! I was referred here by a family member. I was skeptical at first because I've been to an Apple Store and thought, "What could this company possibly offer me?" I was blown away! They offered first class customer service. Short wait time. The technician was very knowledgeable about my iPhone. She was quick, professional, efficient, and she talked at a level that made me comfortable (none of that fancy "techy" stuff). But what I loved most was her determination to get the job done. She was in no rush to give up on the project, which made me feel good that if I need more work done in the future, this company will exhaust ever measure to resolve my issue. Thanks Apple Pie!!!

The reception staff is rude. And if they have a week of computers ahead of you in the queue, they will require that you leave your computer on their shelf for that week. That is, you cannot take the computer home and bring it back when you are at the front of the queue. Rather when you bring it back, you will be placed at the end of the queue again. This is a very bad system. And the only purpose it serves is to make a broken computer more of a problem than it already is. The only purpose I can see for the policy is to cause more pain to people who are already in a tight spot. I will never go to Apple Pie computing again. After they told me I would have to leave my computer with them on their shelf for a week before they could diagnose it, I left and went to Doghouse computer repair and walked out of there an hour later with a computer that works.

A great experience, 100%! The staff were super helpful with any questions I had in addition to quickly helping clear up my computer issues. I will be taking any of my mac products for maintenance or repairs to these guys from now on. Also, they offer some other services I didn't know about such as graphic design and photography to help with website design. Reponse: (Before you even read the response you should know that I acknowledge that this is the best place to repair if you don't play high intensity games. And yes, you've been very kind in store, but "all the times you've helped me out" were indeed warranted, not warrantied, but warranted. You're repairs were the reasons I needed more.) Yes, you have helped out, but the repairs were all necessary due to you. I left this review to express my feelings, but you have responded unprofessionally. I left this review for people like myself who play games that require a high power draw from the device in general. You're "OEM Quality" screens have had many ghost touches, and your employee even admitted the bending was from your repairs when I came in. The statement of me being rough is not true, either. The last time I was in was from getting up from sitting, forgetting it was in my lap. Other than that the first repair was the last time any "rough" activity has occurred. I am someone who sits at home making money off of video games.. I don't have the time or energy to go out and be "rough" with my phone that I keep on a stand. First off, I want to say that if you do not use any apps that stress the power of your device in the slightest, then this is the best place to repair a phone. Have had 5 repairs from this store. 4 being free due to their inability to take repairs seriously. They are some of the nicest people I've met at any electronic related store, but that can't change the fact that 4/5 of my LCDrepairs were "ghost touching" (basically just pressing other parts of the screen without me doing anything, registering my thumbs somewhere else on the screen etc.) so I have to give them a 1 star review. Their waranty covered the 4 repairs I got until they used a good LCD screen on my iPhone. I make my living streaming games online, and when I wanna stream a cool new mobile game I experience issues x100. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PC OR TV IF THEY CAN'T BUY THE PROPER PHONE REPAIR MATERIALS.

Had an issue with the Touch IC on my 6+, apple said they couldn't fix it and that I would have to buy a new phone for $350. I decided to mail it into Apple Pie Repair in Lafayette and they fixed up my phone good as new for $150. I had the phone back in less than a week (shipping from CT to LA) They even included a tempered glass screen protector for free! 5 stars, absolutely recommend for any iPhone repairs.

Buyer Beware! I don't understand how they have so many 5 star ratings. They repaired the motherboard on my daughter's IPhone on April 12 for $150.00. Every thing was fine for 2 1/2 months, then the screen just went blank. That was on June 20. We didn't get around to bringing the phone for a until July 25 because I honestly didn't think about it possibly being covered, so my daughter was saving up her money until she could afford to get it repaired again. They told my daughter that the mother board was under warranty, but the guy wouldn't be in until next week to fix it. Today is Aug 1 and when she called to check on her phone, they told her is wasn't repairable. Then they went on to tell her that it was 2 weeks out of warranty and the warranty was voided anyway because their seal on the inside was tampered with. I called them myself and they said that someone must have opened the phone and tampered with it. That's ridiculous, this is an IPhone 6S. You can't open it! Then she said we must have brought it somewhere else. Again, ridiculous. Why would we bring it somewhere else when my daughter was saving up the money to get it repaired again and we brought it back to them. Then she said it was out of warranty by two weeks because it is only under warranty for 3 months. I could show her my phone records that show the phone has not been used since June 20th, but it really doesn't matter because their website said the warranty on boards is 6 months. After getting her to get on their site because she kept telling me it doesn't say that, she finally saw where is it did say that. Then she said that it was only for Mac books. It didn't say that at all. It only said Apple. She said she would talk to her boss, but didn't think there was anything she could do. Do not go to this company! They do not honor their warranty. Oh, and by the way, an hour later when I logged into their site, they changed it to a 3 month warranty. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: The original issue was not a back light repair. My daughter dropped her phone and it stopped working. It just wouldn't come on. We brought the phone to you to see if it could be repaired. There was an issue with the board and you guys said you soldered it to repair it. It worked for 2 1/2 months. Yes, I brought it in a week after the three month period but you website stated the boards were warrantied for 6 months. When I pointed that out to you guys, you changed it. That's not the point. If the mother board went out and it was not related to your repair, I understand. You could have said that. Instead, you ACCUSED us of tampering with it thus voiding the warranty, and that is an out right lie. The phone was NOT brought anywhere else like you claim after I pointed out that it isn't possible to even open up an IPhone. And I am the owner of the phone. I am the one who paid for the phone and the service as well as paid for the repair; my daughter just uses it. She didn't have the money to bring it elsewhere. Like I said, the issue is not that the phone cannot be repaired. You told me that the repair he did in April was still good and I'll take your word for it, but you could have just been honest. Instead, you accused us of wrong doing and that was simply to get out of refunding her money. Which we would not have expected if the problem wasn't related to the original problem.

Apple Pie Repair is the best! I started using their services when the AppleCare expired on one of my products. They've been so helpful, professional, and reasonably priced, I couldn't be more satisfied. Although, what really sets them apart is their integrity. Working with someone you trust is paramount. Even though I live out-of-state and the shipping prices from UPS and FedEx can be a bit high, the peace of mind I have when I send something to them is invaluable. I even once sent an old MacBook Pro to them that wasn't worth the cost to be resuscitated and they helped me find a buyer for the decrepit shell. I was so impressed that Matt went above and beyond to assist me with the sale of my laptop. That sealed the deal from me going anywhere else in the future. These guys are legit and I'm so glad I found them!

He is very patient dealing with my lack of knowledge of my own computer. Andrea is so helpful as well. The repairs were done so quickly and were reasonably priced. They even helped me over the phone. I have been back since my repair and will continue to do so. I've recommended Apple Pie Repair to everyone. Love the branding of the company too. So whimsical.

After receiving a very quick reply to my initial inquiries regarding pricing and repairs, I sent my #bendgate iPhone 6+ in for what I expected to be a touch IC replacement. After Apple Pie Repair received and inspected my phone, they judged that it would, in fact, require repairs that would cost more than replacing the phone through Apple's replacement program, due to the uneven backlight problem. Rather than perform the repair that I had ordered, they informed me of this, charged me ZERO for the inspection, and then sent the phone back to me; even paying the postage on the phone! Now, after receiving the phone, it works (at least for now, it was previously unusable). I imagine it was probably a chip that was not seated well because of the bent frame, and their technicians must have reseated it during the inspection. I am very satisfied with their service; all of my messages were responded to within fifteen or twenty minutes, and in my view they exhibited good integrity and top-notch technical knowledge. I will be using them again, and exclusively.
