Bad experience, I went in to purchased a iphone 7 for a friend. The lady that help me is not friendly but also have an attitude. I work at retail as well and the way she serve me today is not acceptable. Apple needs more work because their sale is already under. Continue like this, I rather has my business else where.

the worst customer service ever!!!! Drove 221 miles because this location was the closest location with phone I wanted. I ordered it online so I shouldn't have needed as appointment but the store insisted that I did.

I completely agree with Adam C.'s review of this particular Apple Store. The system set up for reservations here does not work at all. Why should people who reserve a time slot be pushed back to accommodate those who stop by for an appointment? It seems counterintuitive... Anyways, I had to wait over an hour for an appointment and my problems with my Macbook Pro 15" were not solved. The Apple genius told me they would run tests overnight to diagnose the problems which they could not find. (I can't believe I had to wait an hour for me to just drop my laptop at the store!) I have been at the Apple Store at the Magnificent Mile in Chicago and several locations in New York as well and all the geniuses I met there had diagnosed the problem without me having to leave my laptop at the store overnight. In addition, I never had to wait over an hour with an appointment scheduled for an Apple "genius." On another point, whenever I call this Apple Store and my connection breaks in the middle of the conversation with the apple specialist/concierge, he/she never calls back even though they ask for my phone number in case something like this happens. Go figure! I thought Apple had excellent customer service, but I guess not. *As an update, I contacted the store's manager, Garrett S. and he was very unhelpful in providing any solutions for my Macbook Pro. He told me to buy the Apple Care insurance after my 1 year warranty expires in case my Macbook Pro encounters the same problems....Why would I buy a warranty that costs 300 dollars after I spent 2 grand on a laptop? I thought Apple sells quality products... It seems like Apple is only after your money. Apple Customer Relations over the phone was more helpful than Garrett! If you must have your Apple Laptop, iPads, etc. repaired, save your time and have the store send your equipment to the Apple Depot to be repaired.

Unfortunately I have been on hold for 36:51 minutes; and this is the second call in. First call into the local store successfully landed me a human being who went to check on the status of my computer repair; but, I was then mysteriously disconnected! I then called the local store back and cannot get a human on the phone . . . any advice would be greatly appreciated! Customer service needs significant improvements!!

I've lived in Baton Rouge all my life. I went completely apple and mac in 2007. Just because I'm older than in my 20's, and don't look like a Benetton brat or an Abercrombie & Fitch snit....doesn't mean I need to be "introduced" to apple products....nor need salespeople to condescend to herd me through an apple product tutorial. I've watched the climate in this store change from welcoming and warm....to very young, muchly rude and only mildly knowledgeable. Give me a plain Jane or John who knows their stuff any day. Maybe one day the pendulum will swing back.....here's hoping. The three stars are because I love apple products, and this big box store sells them.

Omg the worst experience I had far as costumer service at this location drove 310 miles to this location do to fact my iPhone 8 plus wasn’t reading the thumb print and making a noise on the speakers they found every excuse to not to give me a new one I’m stuck with a $1000 phone and it’s still doing the same thing their excuse is apple isn’t responsible after this moment it’s att’s phone bc I did a payment plan thru att it was pathetic to hear that excuse I asked to pay the phone off so they would let me return it and buy a new one they said that was impossible I only have 2 weeks to do that bc I bought the phone 15 days ago WOWWWW what a big deal like really ???? Looking to get rid of all my apple devices including my iPad and MacBook Pro for horrible costumer service I have been a apple costumer for 10 years since the iPhone 1 ! NEVERSHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION the employees here are very arregent and have attitude when they talk to their costumers apple needs to replace whom ever not taking care of their costumers !

To start off, I am a customer experience manager with a focus on branding. Our company needed to purchase 3 Apple watches on a company card. Below is our in-store experience 1. Asked to buy 3 Apple watches and was told that’s fine and that we could show the drivers license and card for the person and we would be good to go (after waiting for 15 minutes we were switched between sales persons) 2. The second sales member who was wearing a android watch then told us this was not possible so we had to order it online and could grab them from the back for us. While we were filling out the online order we noticed he had an Android Watch. We asked why he chose android in which he risky replied “unlike some people I like to save my money” we placed the order then he said he would check back with us... he never spoke to us again. 3. Now the 3rd representative we asked to check the order he just said that it was not ready and walked off before we could ask “why” since the first representative said he would just grab it from the back. 4. Now the 4th person we have talked to has said all of the above solutions were inaccurate and the only way we can pick them up is Apple Pay. Over all we have been here since 10:30 am and it is now 1:30 pm. We have still not received Apple watches and at this point have left for Best Buy and have had an amazing experience here with a sales rep named Arron! Word of advice either follow the advice of the 2 nd Apple representative and get a android watch or go to Best Buy. We have contacted apple’s corporate office and have filed a complaint.

I have been there a few times and everything was great, but this last time i switched out my phone and they didn't make sure to disable the old one and I can not set up the system on the new phone. I have tried calling twice and I have been waiting for someone to answer for about 20 minutes total. They really need to answer that phone I payed over 300 dollars and I want to use my phone.

Absolutely a chaotic place. Not possible to make an appointment the same day and when one does make an appointment, I ended up waiting for two hours before a technician was able to assist me. Overpriced and unprofessional service, if there is such a thing as service at any Apple store. This is my third and LAST Apple laptop!

I dislike the business practices from here. I asked for an upgrade with a trade in for my phone to receive their “deal” to receive an XR for a discounted price. Well, only half way through the process of getting my phone set up was I told that you cannot apply that money to your new upgrade, but it’s in store credit. Not only that, but they automatically add Apple Care to your purchase for an extra fee. They are not transparent with all the “catches” there are to purchasing from them. The only good thing about the experience was that the workers were friendly.

They have been "repairing" my phone for almost two weeks after telling me it would take 5-7 days. They are never available when I try to call them to see what is going on. When I went to the store originally, they were extremely helpful and assured me it would only take a few days. Now, I guess I will have to go back into the store to get an answer out of them. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service of the store.

i originally went in and felt like the genius guy was far from genius and didn't want to help us at all. He looked at my phone for about 2 mins and told me it was bent. Well of course I wrote a horrible survey. Thinking I would just take it to an I Fix It place and take the cheaper route, I was horribly wrong. After spending 400 dollars and still wasn't fixed I was about to cry. Then the store manager just happened to call to see if there was anything that could be done to check out the phone and apologized for the horrible service we received. We went in took my sons phone in and our genius Andrew was a genius. He told us exactly what was wrong with our phone, and replaced his phone of course for a charge, but apparently my son had gotten it wet, so I didn't mind paying for a new phone. It was cheaper then the 400 which I should have just taken the original offer that day and all the headaches would have been non existent. These people are human. You get good help and bad help. If I had been closed minded I would still be dealing with these scam artist trying to get my phone fixed. But I must say apple has saved our day, and our phone. Had to go in today for a different phone and the problem was fixed in less then 5 mins. I will never go anywhere else but apple! Thank you to all the managers, they were all very accomodating and to our genius worker!

I will never go back to that store, I will never own a apple product (for fear of having to go to this store), and my boyfriend will probably get rid of his apple products (until yesterday he was a apple product man). We went to find him a pair of wireless ear buds. We walked in and were met by the door person, she only pointed to where the headphones and ear buds are, but didn't ask if we needed help. When we got to the headphones we were amelessly looking while 2, count 'em 2 associates were standing behind us playing with tablets. Literally, playing with them. One of them was a girl who had her arm and head laying on the table while she was drawing a frog on her tablet. They never spoke to any other customers so I know they were just sitting there doing NOTHING. Apple needs to bring there apple "geniuses" back down to size. They are just customer service associates. Nothing special. They should be more concerned with helping customers and not playing with products.

Some people are confusing this with criticizing their phone rather than reviewing the actual store. This particular apple location is amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I have been to different apple stores all over the country and this is by far my favorite. Also regarding the phone complaints - remember many people complain but they are often times the problem.

Workers seem to really dislike their jobs to the point of being super rude to all of their customers. Went in with a very basic question about the workings of some of their software and the guy just looked at me like I had horns then replied with “you’re lucky I’m at work today—get in line and see a tech.” Last time I’ll spend any money with Apple.

Got my iPad fixed in a timely manner, but I was never told of the charges that I would incur..... I was never notified of any charges at all. I simply had to have my iPad reset, which took only like 10 minutes. Has anyone gotten charged like this without being notified the charges?

This store is a joke. Tell me again why I have to make an appointment and come back another day when I see twenty employees standing around. To add to it, I didn't even need customer service. I just needed them to tell me how and where to send my iPad in for repair. I'm very aware it's broke... I don't "need and appointment" for you to tell me what I already know. Everytime I spoke the only thing the lady could reply with was, "our next available appointment is tomorrow blah blah blah," not even listening to what I was asking for. I am lucky to live in a city that has an Apple Store. I’ve been dozens of times and it’s always for free service/help with my phone, I almost always buy online or used for bargains. The service is exceptional nearly every time. Anyone giving a 1 Star rating either had unreasonable expectations or bought something they couldn’t afford or have the skills to operate.

Made appointment for iPhone 6 battery replacement like the rest of the world and drove 70 miles to hear they were out of batteries and would let me know when they got more. The most technologically advanced company can’t even notify loyal customers to reschedule when the have batteries to save a trip. Not very green for customers to burn all that fuel and time for what an email could have prevented! Even my local auto dealer contacted me to say they were out of a recall part to save me the trip. Very dissatisfied and looking for a replacement.

I came in at 9:30 in the morning, the door was open but I was told they did not open till 10. Went home to make an appointment which was unsuccessful, returned at 11 and was told the next appointment was at 5 the next day but if I wanted to, they take walk ins at 9:30 am. I asked why I was turned away at 9:30 this morning and Aldo says "I guess there wasn't a line". No Aldo, I was the line but your lazy tech who turned me away just didnt feel like dealing with a customer. This place is a joke now. Seems like ever since Steve Jobs passed, customer support and Apple Care died with him. They literally removed the “Genius Bar”. After being a loyal Apple customer for 15 years I’m done. If you visit Apple for any kind of support or repair, expect to wait at least an hour, to accomplish nothing. Very sad

I went to get a new battery for my macbook pro. The staff was extremely rude. I was told I'd be seen in 3 hours and I'd get text notifications (one would tell me to be ready in 30 minutes and the next will tell me to go check in). I got the first text after an hour and 20 minutes. I rushed over there as fast as I could, but 10 minutes later I got a text saying to check in. And 6 minutes later they told me they skipped me. I was given 16 minutes instead of the 30 minute window I was promised. The man I spoke to said it was error and they would see me very soon. I then waited an additional hour and 45 minutes when I got there to be seen about my macbook. I finally encountered one nice employee, Matt. I left for them to fix my computer. I then spoke to Lindsay on the phone. She told me a new price to fix it and suggested that I pick it up to back up my files and then drop it back off. I went back to the store (hadn't even made it home yet from leaving). Spoke to Lindsay again. She was incredibly rude and lied to me. She gave me another price (even though when we first spoke it was a flat rate of $700, but now she told me it was a flat rate of $756). She told me when I pick it and back it up I can't drop it off because I need to make a new appointment and wait another 3 and a half hours on another day. When I asked her why she was lying to me, telling me 2 different prices and 2 different things, she rudely avoided it and sounded like a broken record saying the same thing over and over again. I was tired of her being so disrespectful to me, so I picked up my laptop and said forget it, I guess I have just wasted my day thanks for lying to me, and then noticed that 3 screws were missing from my laptop, causing the bottom corner to be open. She said they couldn't put them back, and they wouldn't give me the screws back (because at this point I didn't even want to bring my laptop back to be fixed because of how rude and disrespectful Lindsay was being and for her lying to me about it all). So now, I have my macbook, still needing a new battery and missing 3 screws. Now, it'seems actually more broken than when I dropped it off. Now instead of just not golding a charge, it'll turn off randomly if I slightly move it or put too much pressure on it, even slightly pressure does it. Now, I can't even backup my data because it keeps shutting off. Thanks, Apple. For ensuring that you broke my laptop further so I'd HAVE to go back. Also thank you for having RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL employees, such as Lindsay, who lie to your customers.

After reading the other reviews on here I went to this Apple Store expecting to be beaten with faulty IPhones at checkout. To my surprise, I had a really great experience. I didn't make an appointment, just walked in and needed to purchase a new Laptop. The last time I bought a laptop was in 2007, so you can imagine the questions I had, and the customer service guy, D'Quinton (sp.?) was patient and awesome. I went back and forth for about 30 minutes between models and he patiently and proactively helped me pro and con models; even brought the Tech guy over to give me a better answer on processor specific questions (M core vs. i7 ). So my advice is to go when D'Quinton is working, walk in.

Arrived 5 minutes after 7 pm the store hours posted online said they were open until 9. I was meet by a angry (person in charge)employee who was arguing with a customer that they were wrong about online posting of hours. She suggested that they should update times online His response was that they were listed correctly online and she was wrong. I was having a problem with my AirPod charging case. Called Apple tech support. Spent 15 minutes on phone and they scheduled an appointment for me. Arrived 20 min early and was seen at exactly my scheduled appointment time. They replaced case under warranty. No real complaints.

I think its nuts how you cant walk into the store and have your products serviced. I've been through the store multiple times and have been told I cant be helped unless I make an appointment. In most cases the next appointment isn't available for multiple days. Every time this happens there are millions of employees standing around just greeting customers. I understand that the volume of customers coming through the store is high but in certain cases they should make exceptions. Its a huge turn off to be talked down to considering how much apple consumers spend only to be turned away.

I brought my laptop in because I spilled some coffee that had gotten under the mousepad. I couldn’t click, but I could type and move the mouse. The technician took it to the back to wipe under the mousepad to see if this would fix the problem. He came back and told me that I would have to pay $288 to replace the mousepad and keyboard. When I got home, I noticed the mouse wouldn’t move anymore and the keyboard wouldn’t type at all. This is the second time a technician has messed up my laptop. The first time they replaced everything except the monitor and drive free of charge.

Arrived, waited at a decent amount of time. When I was serviced I was told what was wrong with my phone. A few pixels were out. But the lady told me they could not fix it only get me to buy a new one? Seriously. At least they sent me a link with a home tech that could handle their job efficiently!

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I went into the store and purchased a new cellphone as well as sought to get my older one replaced due to a hardware issue with the phone (6Plus). I purchased another 6 Plus in the store at that time (to give to my daughter) and brought it home to use. When I tried to use it at home (3 hours later), the phone did not work. Essentially the same reason I had to purchase a new phone (8 Plus) was happening with the new 6 Plus I had purchased for my daughter. When I called the store they told me to bring it back and they would replace it. So off I go on the 40 mile trek back to Baton Rouge to replace a new phone I had purchased hours earlier. When I got there they indicated that the new 6 Plus that they had just given me was flagged and they could not simply replace it; it had to be sent off for diagnostic review and they would mail it back to me within 3 business days. Well I didn't understand why the new phone they had given to me merely hours earlier had to be sent off instead of replaced; but I stomped away to await the 3 days. It's now been over a week they have been "repairing" my phone after telling me it would take 3 days. They are never available when I try to call them to see what is going on. When I went to the store originally, they were extremely helpful and assured me it would only take a few days. Now, I guess I will have to go back into the store to get an answer out of them. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service of the store. I would not go to this store if I were you. Honestly, I only want my money back at this time and my old phone and will go to another apple store for the time being. Later I will change out our apple phones and move to Android because this is ridiculous.

Did not like the fact I had to make an appointment. Made the appointment, the fellow whole helped me had excellent people skills and replaced our iPhone without issue since we had AppleCare. It all depends on who you get so you really can't judge a store by a few bad Apples (pun intended). Bottom line, get AppleCare, make an appointment and positive attitude will get you the best experience from the Apple Store.

Clean and very Apple in presentation, but not fast. There is almost always a line, since it feels like it is the only store in the state or surrounding area. Everyone goes there and travels for the experience half the time. Make appointments. Apple would do good to open another location elsewhere in close proximity.

Arrived and waited 40 minutes while others received assistance before me. Instead of having so many employees to sell, maybe it'll be better to tend to those waiting for repair options or to teach them how to repair a screen. I checked in before 11:30am but it was after 1pm when I left. About 4 months ago, I purchased a 12.9" iPad Pro with the smart keyboard. Starting the end of June, beginning of July, I started having issues with my iPad where it would freeze and lag. Let me say this first, THE PROBLEM IS NOT RELATED TO A SPECIFIC APPLICATION. I MASTER RESET, ON START UP, BEFORE ENTERING MY APPLE ID, IT FROZE. I WAS TRYING TO SELECT UNITED STATES AND IT FROZE. The agent that helped me was rude. One of her friends or someone she knows came in the store while she was waiting on me, so no matter my issue, she was trying to get me out of her hair so she could talk to her friend. Nevertheless, I explained in great detail my issue and what I'd already done to resolve the issue since I work for a phone company. She told me that she had to do a master reset and update my firmware again. After she did the reset, she told me that they couldn't reproduce the issue so I had to take my iPad back home and if the problem happens again, to record it happening and then bring the iPad back. Now, from my home to the apple store, that's 34.3 miles so imagine my frustrations when I'm told to take a defective device back home and make a video of the issue and then bring it back. I told the agent that the issue was intermitted and does not happen all the time and that I lived far away. I told the agent I would like to speak to a manager. She went in back and got the rudest person that I've met in a while, Chris Navarro. He was very rude. While she was gone in the back, while I was playing around with the iPad (that was restored as a new iPad with no 3rd party apps loaded to it) and it froze again. I showed her the 2 videos that I'd recorded and she not Chris cared about that. He told me that it's a software issue. I was in Safari, I typed in a web page, it loaded then I had to hit "search" about 10 times to get it to go to the next page. Chris was able to duplicate that issue and he was able to see the video I showed him and he said it was a software issue. Before exiting the store, an agent apologized for the issue and told me to speak to a different manager, Melanie and that was also a waste of time. She didn't listen to my issue, she asked me who helped me. She went to that agent and came back and told me it was a software issue. I showed her the issue, she said she didn't understand my problem because she was trained for something else. I asked her if she purchased a Lexus and it had an issue that she was aware of and had taken it back to the shop and was told to keep coming back with no resolution, how would she feel. Horrible service!!!! Trying to leave this review, wouldn’t you know it froze, again.

I had purchased an iphone 4s and experienced problems with dead areas of the screen not letting me type certain characters. I brought it back in without an appointment and I had to only wait 1 1/2 hrs for a genius to look at my phone. After finding the problem they immediately swapped my phone and gave me a new phone no questions asked. I am satisfied with the service and quality.

Not all of my information came back right away but the apple rep said that if my text messages didnt restore in the week then I needed to call my service provider to get my text back. I called them and they said that they do not hold text records and no way to get the text back. Very dissatisfied at the information that was given to me and was lied to.

My husband and I came to upgrade our iPhones at 8pm before they closed. They stayed to help us set up our new phones, played with our son while we waited because it was past his bedtime, AND, when we were about to walk out the doors, it started raining hard. We did not have umbrellas with us, so one employee went all the way to the back to get us an umbrella!!! They took care of us without hesitation. We will 100% continue to use their services and recommend others!!

Customer service is terrible. The employees are very rude including the manager (Melanie). I went in with a phone issue and was told a replacement device would be order and received within 3-5 business days. It's now been 7 business days and still no device. I went in on the fifth business day and the incompetent staff could not give me an update on the status of the order. If you can tell a person it'll be in in 3-5 business days, the why is it that you cannot provide a status update? I was lied to and the rude and incompetent staff was not helpful at all so I'm without a phone for 10 days now over an issue that is a flaw of the device that I own. I called today after attempting to reach the store for three days and was told the device is still not in. When asked why I was told 3-5 days? "Oh well that's how long it normally takes but in this case......"Well if you knew there were instances where there could be a delay, then why quote a 3-5 day turn around? Lies....I cannot imagine a company of Apple's magnitude not having any way of checking the status of an order.

I arrived and was immediately told I would have to wait around 2 hours to be seen. That wait turned into 3 hours. My phone was broken so I had to wait in the store this entire time to make sure I didn't miss the appointment. After such a long wait, I was told I was going to have to send my phone to the repair depot, and they quoted it to be returned in 3-5 days. However, that was not the case. 6 days in, I was yet to be contacted once. I called the Apple Store to find out what was going on with my phone. After 20 minutes of being put on hold over 7 times, I found out they had sent an email to the wrong email address, but hadn't contacted me otherwise. I was told to expect the email to arrive, which it never did. 9 days in without my phone, I call again (30 minutes of frequent holds) to find out that they never sent me the email that was necessary to move the repair process along. In fact, I found out that they never fixed the incorrect email address that was in the system. So the first 20 minute call was for nothing. They claimed to have found water damage in my phone, even though they didn't detect any at the Apple Store. The email I had never received was a re-quote, saying I would have to completely replace the phone. This entire time they were just waiting for me to approve a replacement, which should have been simple. The Apple Store truly wasted my time. If they were properly equipped I could've known over a week ago that my phone was hopeless from the beginning and could have replaced it immediately instead of struggling with a temporary phone & the repair depot. Not only that, Apple's extreme lack of communication within the company left me in the dark over my own phone for over twice the quoted turn around. I gave them my email address THREE times and I still never received the re-quote email. With the first call, the person I was on the phone with was obviously incompetent, since they obviously did not fix the issue they claimed to have fixed, effectively lengthening the time it took for me to find that my phone was just sitting in the repair depot waiting to be replaced. With the second call, I had to go through at least 2 people before I found someone who knew what they were talking about (Thank you, Matt).

Not necessarily the store's fault, but Apple has the worst possible customer service of any product ever invented. You can't even PRE order a product unless it's IN STOCK. The purpose of PRE order is to order BEFORE it gets to the store to reserve it.... Apple has gone downhill in the last year. They make good products, but it's almost like you have to be in a "club" to get them. And I guess owning every model of iphone since they came out doesn't get you in that "club." May end up going to something else.

Had an appointment for genius bar but stood around for 10 minutes trying to get an employee to check me in and ended up leaving after being ignored and cut in front of by a bunch of random people. For a technology company with computers and iPads available all over the place that could be used to check-in the fact that I have to have a person check me in seems unneeded and a waste of time. Apple should be able to recognize when my device walks thru that door anyway and alert me to what I need to do, checking me in immediately and not wasting my time.

Made an appointment for 1 pm. Came in and they couldn't find my name even though I just talked to them to give them all the info, so I had to wait almost 2 hours just so they could get to me. It took almost 2 more hours just to fix my issue (faulty battery) and so most of my day was wasted after driving about 100 miles to get there. Employees were nice, but the way the store's managed is horrible.

Nobody knew how to help out my icloud issues. I spoke to the manager who was the tall bald man, and when I mentioned that I have an appointment with their customer service wall, he responded with "then what do you need me for?" I waited for roughly 2 hours for some help. The customer service consisted of only about 4 people while there were 30 people in there seeking help, in the middle of a weekday. I advise anyone to make an appointment if they would like some help but even then you would still have to wait. I was very disappointed in this store.

Worst Experience of my life. So I purchased an apple watch for $399 and I changed my mind and went to return it the next day. When I returned it, it came to realization that they had made a mistake and had given me the $499 watch instead. They apologized many times and since I'm honest, I didn't mind. After returning the watch, the employe tells me 2 times that if I purchase a Laptop I was looking into, she would give me a $100 discount on it. I looked at the Laptop and waved her over to tell her I want this one. She then says to me that I will not receive any discount today. I confronted her and asked her why she lied to me. She continued to deny saying what she did to me. She continued to constantly lie to me over and over again. To my face. I called the manager over and explained everything to her. She apologized to me. I could of stayed there and continued to create a scene. But I am not that type of person and I left. Apple of Mall of Louisiana, PLEASE teach your employees not to lie. Not to give false information to customers about discounts. I went to Best Buy and bought a Laptop on which I am typing right now. It was actually cheaper at Best Buy. In conclusion, next time please record your interaction with the employees if they offer you a discount or something of that sort.

I'm very out done with Apple and changing our cells. 3 weeks ago my husband brought his iphone to the store because it kept turning off and saying it was not charged when it showed fully charged. The guy at the genius bar told him nothing was wrong with cell and it had a bad app icon. So they removed the app from his cell. while his cell kept doing the same thing but just not everyday. He woke up this am and it wouldn't turn on. The cell kept showing it needed to be charged. It had been on the charger all night. so we hooked it up to the computer. Still the same thing. I brought it in to Apple store today. 1st thing out the Genius's mouth was it just needs to be charged. I told him it was on charge all night and even hooked it up to my computer to change! I mean how to make a person feel stupid!!!!! After that he still wanted to charge it. So i waited a hour nothing happened to cell. So after that it was my appt time. The other Genius walks up gets the serial # out of the cell. Tells me my cell is over a yr old. And nothing they can do for me. It would be a $199 service fee for a new cell. I asked if he could fix it or tell me what was wrong. He couldn't!!!! HERE IS THE KICKER IF THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED IT 3 WKS AGO WARRENT WOULD STILL BE GOOD!!!!! Apple has no clue how or what they are doing. WE NEVER BUY APPLE AGAIN!!!!! DRIVE AND WAITING THERE WAS A WASTE OF TIME! IT WAS BAD ENOUGH THE 1st TIME AND NOW A 2ND TIME!!!

Never go there. Ship it to Apple, or order directly from Apple. The manager at this location said I couldn't leave my computer, and had to come back 3 hours later, but I had to be at the doctor!. I explained that I was very ill, and when I tried to balance my self(I was near fainting) He jerked his arm away and said never touch me again. I said "are you being an jerk? How cruel!" Then he told me to leave. He also said he did not care if I was sick. The poor kid who helped me first looked up when the manager said"I don't care if you have cancer!" I asked the boy "Did you hear what he just said?" Fortunately Apple sent me a box to my store when we opened the very next day. Like I said, call. That is where the real Apple employees are....
