Aprompt saved the day again! I picked up a new virus called the CryptoWall virus. Thank God I had there off-site backup. They were able to remove the virus without me having to reinstall all my programs. Also, all the files that got encrypted with the virus, they were able to restore to the day before the files were encrypted. I didn’t even have to go through the restored files to pick out the ones I needed. Aprompt’s Off-site backup already knew what files were encrypted, so they just overwrote the encrypted files with the good ones. I would highly recommend Aprompt for all your computer needs. They are the best! :)

I been with A Prompt for about eight years; that ought to tell you something. Anthony is very knowledgeable, explains things so you can understand them, and always delivers the solution. I've had a problem in the past with outside IT firms which didn't survive long enough to get to know my network and needs, and I wasted a lot of time and money seeking replacements. A Prompt is here to stay. After eight years, I've never been disappointed, and kyou won't be either.
