This is a My Quick Fix now. I came here when it was under the previous name as well. Absolutely stellar team. These guys are great. I have an older HP but just upgraded the hardrive and they beat out bestbuy by a longshot .This is the only place I bring my computers, but they do phones and tablets as well.

Personal-IT. I dropped my laptop onto its head and ruined my hard drive. Took it to “Laptop Fix” aka “Your Quick Fix” and had a definitive answer within two hours. I decided to purchase a used laptop they offered at a very reasonable price and have also asked that they replace my hard drive with a working SSD, again at a very fair price. The staff does not work for commission so there was no hassle with getting the cheap model I wanted. They are very knowledgeable and will help to point you in the right direction if you tell them what you need. I will be coming back to this store if I have more tech problems.

My family and I used this store quite a bbit in the past because we always had good service and good prices on their computers. Yesterday I went here to buy a computer and I explained to the salesperson to talk in laymen terms about the computers, he may as well spoke French. I asked him again to stop talking like a doctor and tell me which is the best one for the money I wanted to spend. He showed me a couple but one would not even come up, the salesman said it takes awhile. I am so sorry but I left and went somewhere else,they did talk to me in terms I understood, so they received my money. The young man did not smile one time! I felt like I was a bothering him. I wish it was like it use to be where my business meant quite a bit! We had purchased at least 7 different labtops and PCs from this place and also had quite a few repairs done. I won't be back any time soon. Also they stopped military discounts on purchases . Supposedly if you have repairs done you can receive a discount if veteran status.

Prices are a joke don't go to them $100 for a dc power jack to be installed the part costs $10 and is a 5 minute job. Plus they don't even call you for weeks to let you know they're done and it's because they hope you leave it at the store for a month that way it becomes their property. Biggest joke in all of Florence

My Lenovo IdeaPad (originally Windows 8 and updated to 8.1 and then to 10) stopped working after the “April” Windows 10 update, which occurred in May, 2018. Ken and Mike recovered the data and did a clean install of Windows 10. A few minor adjustments were done to get my Lenovo back up and running. The price seemed fair and they continue to be helpful. Check out their prices on used laptop PCs, which seem to be a better buy than a new ChromeBook to me. They also have used desktops and Apple computers. I am very happy and recommend LaptopFix for repairs and used computers. Great service quickly; my computer was done within a day.

Only place I go for repairs. Plus I have bought a used laptop and desktop computer from them and have not had any problems. So this year they had a sale going and I bought my 11 year old his first computer for Christmas. It has a very nice warranty on it.

Went in to look at laptops and ended up placing one in layaway. This was 2yrs ago and it's still going good. I've never had a problem with it. I did have to replace the charger but the guy's were great and got me another one. I will never go anywhere else but Laptop Fix.

My mother recommended Laptop Fix. I called ahead to ask about Mac desktops, and I was informed of their inventory. They answered all of my questions promptly and kindly. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Stephen, and he showed me the computers I had asked about on the phone. He answered all of my questions and seemed very genuine and honest.
