So glad there’s a place like Fox Ridge to take my cell phone or tablet or even my computer if something needs fixing. Needed a screen protector for my new iPhone & tablet. Good, high quality repair. My hard drive which contained all my archive files gave up the ghost. I first took it to the geek squad at Best Buy. They told me the disk was totally blank and that they couldn't touch it without an upfront payment of thousands to their data recovery shop in Lexington. Then, a friend recommended Fox Ridge in Murray. They were able to read the disk using some Linux software by the end of the day! Recovery took a couple more days because they were in the middle of relocating their shop. And they only charge $99 for recovery of a failed drive! So, compared to the Geek Squad, Fox Ridge saved me thousands of dollars and their work was quick and error free. In the future, anytime I need computer work, Fox Ridge is my "go to" place. They worked to get it repaired and back to me as quickly as possible. I will return if I ever need tech repairs!
