I couldn't be more pleased with the service Mike provided. I expected my repair to take a while (more than a day) and Mike called me that afternoon telling me it was ready. I haven't had the first problem with it since. He went "the extra mile" cleaning and setting everything back up for me after a very bad "Hacker's attack" that probably included a BIOS change (above my skills). He was on top of his game and his repair fee was fantastic! Thanks Mike!
