My boyfriend purchased a computer to play runescape on and as soon as we got it home it stopped working. My boyfriend calls and tells him what error the computer flashed before shutting off and the owner apologized and made a promise to fix it. We bring the computer in and I am a computer science major so I did some research about what could possibly be wrong based on the error message because I was interested in how he would go about fixing. I understand that he has real experience working with computers and mine is mostly textbook based so I could very well be misinterpreting someone else's explaination of the solution. I just mentioned what my research had provided and after that he was defensive and rude. He has had the computer for over a month now. When my boyfriend went in to just get his money back, the owner was rude and informed him that they "don't do money back." Which is probably a good policy for their business since they are selling computers that break after the first few hours of owning them. The computer was purchased on July 5th and it's August 15th and still no computer or an update call.

I needed a security camera in my house and asked this guy to do it . They said it would cost $450 and I’ll have it done in a week, I said ok and paid the money. After postponing it for about 3 months he told that he couldn’t do it , and will return my money. Imagine my disappointment and here I am another 3 months pass by I. Didn’t even get my money back. I am taking this matter to the law but just be aware people. He won’t even answer my phone calls, I’m extremely sorry about how I am being treated .

Let me tell you straight up.. I havn't bought anything from them in a couple years now but here is my experience with them.. Bought a computer for my son, cheaper one for under 200 bucks to play minecraft, nothing fancy. Power Supply took a dump, They replaced the power supply, as well as other parts (without my knowledge) which rendered the computer useless when it was returned to me.. Probably assumed we were too stupid to notice.. After being confronted they made right and put a decent video card in it. New power supply took a dump a month later, I replaced myself and it continued to work for the next year until I finally built my son a computer myself.. My mother bought a computer during this time from them, has had nothing but problems.. They basically recycle junk parts and sell them for whatever they can get.. (makes sense) I am not bashing them for this.. just word of advice, build your own, or have someone build you one with quality parts and not the junk they use.. If you are looking for something cheap to get by, this is probably a good choice.

This place is amazing at customer service. The guy literally helped me over the phone while I was in another state and had my order shipped to my house. He put in the extra effort to get me a laptop charger that had to be special ordered. I sent him a few pics of my laptop and what the charger hole looked like, the laptop and all and he quickly figured it out. Genius and hard working. You can't find people like this just anywhere. Give this man a shot you won't regret it. I want him to succeed because Ive never been helped like that in my life with any company. Thank you sir if you read this.
