I spent an entire night trying to fix my daughter's computer. When I couldn't fix it on my own, Tim took on the task of repairing it for us. With it being my first time having to take a computer in to be repaired, I was a bit nervous. Within 48 hours of drop-off, he called me with his diagnosis, cost estimate, and cost to replace with a similar, refurbished unit. His diagnosis was in line with what I had already suspected, his cost estimate was very reasonable, and the replacement cost he quoted was in the same range that I had seen online. Just one week later, my daughter has her computer back and in like-new condition--just in time for college classes to start back up! Thanks for the great service, Tim!

Tim was a great guy to work with. Unfortunately my computer was fried, so there was nothing he could do, but he figured out the problem and didn't charge me a dime. Tim was very helpful over the phone when I was having trouble with my desktop. Afterward, I had to bring it in for a better diagnostic than my own. Tim was VERY thorough in his testing and knew what exactly was causing the issue (bad power supply AND a bad motherboard). Tim didn't charge me so much $$$ like the other local places do.
