First time visiting and Customer service was AWESOME!!!!! Had made an appointment and was like 30 min late walked in, it was packed, found a tech and was immediately taken care!! I was highly disappointed in my experience at the Apple store in Indianapolis IN. I purchased a MacBook Pro, Magic Mouse 2, a Case, and spent approximately 2500.00 in total. My sale rep was awful. Essentially handed me my bags and sent me on my way. Didn't ask if I needed help setting up my device, didn't ask if I needed any additional software, didn't ask if I had any questions, nothing. I chose to go to an Apple store because I wanted to personalized experience, enabling me to have someone there to walk me through setting up my $2,200.00 machine, but I definitely didn't receive that. I could have ordered my merchandise online, and had a better experience, which I will do in the future if this experience doesn't cause me to choose another brand completely.

Wonderful staff. It was a very busy Saturday but the employees that assisted us were very helpful and patient and took the time to answer all our questions. I would definitely make a return visit to the store, though perhaps at a less busy time so as not to add to everyone's wait.

I went there to exchange battery for iPhone. Their service is excellent, but very slow. They said the process needs 2.5-3 hrs, actually they used 40min more than that. After the exchange,the battery is much better. When the phone is charging, if I keep using it to play games or watch videos, the phone will be very hot.

Always crazy busy in here. I’m local and only live about 15 mins away, but I dread going to the Apple store because it is never a quick trip even if you know what you want to purchase before heading in. However, most everyone is extremely nice and helpful. As busy as this store is, I can’t believe they haven’t opened another store on the south side of Indy. Just seems like it would make sense. The store is located on the far west side of mall, I suggest parking on that side if you would prefer to get in/out faster. Free parking on southwest side of mall, sometimes you have to cruise up and down until someone leaves, but it’s better than parking across the street or in parking garage.

Was in this store with my son on 7/6/18. They promised to replace his battery in his phone and that he was to come back at 9:00 to 9:15pm. We had never been in this location before. My son had to be back in Dayton Sat am and they would not open the Dorr with all the guys walking around in there they would not come to the door to give him his phone or talk with him. He had to leave for Dayton without his phone with all his business information on it, Would never recommend this store to anyone ever!! In this age when technology is important and a business such as Apple shows no regard is sad and unacceptable!!

Going off of many negative reciews, going into the store works 100% better than calling! Just show up and be ready to explain what you need. Met with very polite, patient, and well trained staff, our girl was easy going and quick to suggest all our options including a chance at getting a better deal (ironically) by calling Apple support. I'm not an Apple person but they do do their customer support nearly well enough to justify crazy inflated prices on their products and repairs.

Very disappointed in my experience at the Apple store first I was told over the phone that my iPhone 6 battery qualified for a free battery change and would take up to an hour so I made an appointment for 7:30 got to the Apple store at 7:20 keep in mind my first time ever being to an Apple store and there was no one to greet me no one to ask if I needed help so I just stood there not knowing what to do then wondered the store came back around to the front and stood around some more until finally someone came up to me I checked in then sat and waited for 30 mins for someone to come find me then tell me that it was going to cost $30 for the fix and would take 2 or more hours so would have to leave the phone there over night and come back the next day to pick up which I live 45 minutes away from the store very very disappointed and upset that I wasted my time and my gas to get there had i know it would take longer I would have came sooner or a time I knew I had more time but was wrongfully informed took the phone back and taking to I repair today to have fixed in minutes for 40$ 10$ more but 4 minutes from my house!!! Don't think I will be returning to the Apple store again.

The Indianapolis Apple Store has really helpful and knowledgeable staff, with expert technical assistance from its Geniuses (appointment recommended). They offer free workshops for their consumer customers and also cater to businesses with special workshops. Apple is a highly successful company with a lot of excellent, highly sought after products, so obviously the Indianapolis store in the U.S.' eleventh largest city is going to be crowded consistently and very busy from the time they open to close, every day of the week. So I really enjoy being able to get in and get out quickly when I need to, with the ability to pre-order and also checkout online. When I have time to peruse the store and check out the products I'm interested in, I never feel rushed and am able to get my questions answered competently and quickly.

No Happy with Apple because if your a long haul truck driver you can’t go into any Apple Store in the United States and buy the iPhone 11 Pro Max. They are sold out. I can’t order it because I drive truck long haul delivering food around the nation so people can eat. I’m on the road for 3 months at a time. Deeply saddened that Apple didn’t think and make enough phones to go around.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I checked in with the person at the door she said to step over to the table and she would help me after she checked in the person behind me. She did not check me into the system. Forty minutes later she is still checking people in. One tech and another apple customer tried to take my charger during the wait. No one asked if I was being helped or would make eye contact. So I am taking my $2,000 paper weight home and will be spending my money elsewhere.

Today I had the worst experience at the Apple store! I’ve been many times before and had to wait for awhile even with an appointment, but the staff was always so friendly and helpful that it was a good experience in the end.Today however was a different story. I walked in to pick up my new Mac, and the guy I walked up to asked to see my confirmation email. I pulled it up, and he insisted that it wasn’t the right email after barely glancing at it, that I couldn’t pick up my Mac until I received an email confirming that it was there, which my email quite clearly did. I told him that was the email I had pulled up and even scrolled down to show him. He became quite rude and dismissive because I wasn’t giving up especially since I drove 40 minutes to pick up my new Mac. After several minutes, he finally gave up and looked at the email I’d been trying to show him that said my Mac was in the store and ready to be picked up and realized he was wrong. Instead of apologizing, he became more rude and said “Well I am not used to seeing this email through the Google app.” I almost gave up and drove home but thank goodness I didn’t.

Worst experience with two different set of AirPods. I have make 6 trip all in regard to the second generation AirPods. I would not recommend products at all. The store always has long wait and all staff can never help you.

Every visit to this store ends with one thing: A satisfied customer. Products fail, especially something that is in your pocket / purse and tossed around. Every time I’ve gone in to get my phone or laptop fixed, they’re quick, professional and resolve my issues. There’s things you need to know... Don’t go in without an appointment. This isn’t Best Buy. They are extremely busy, especially since they are the only Apple Store within a hundred miles. If you go in without an appointment, you’re going to have a bad day. Also, there are hundreds of combinations of applications and hardware you can install. No one can know everything, you go in there having an issue with some obscure third party app, don’t expect them to know how to fix it. The majority of time, they only have the same information about a app that you can find yourself. Don’t fault them for not knowing everything. Overall; its a great store with friendly staff, and after visiting this store a few dozen times, I’ll continue to go back.

Wait over an hour for a technician to tell me that I will be getting a refurbished iPhone and I still owe the full amount for the one they are replacing. It’s 6 months old. So I’m still paying full price for a phone that has been owned by someone else, broken, fixed. And with all the calls to T-Mobile, gas, 45 minute drive to the ONE STORE IN THE STATE, and wait, this is how I’m treated. I will NEVER own an Apple device again and I’m also done with T-Mobile and their inability to help anyone. What a JOKE.

They need 504 stores in the US to support their terrible unreliable products. I just paid off my phone last billing cycle, i updated my phone on 8/23 and it crashed my phone. When i went into the store to have it checked out the first thing the worker said was "are you interested in upgrading the phone" i said "hell no, do you remember when Apple was sued for slowing down phones, is this the same thing?'" I'll never buy another product from them. Absolute garbage. The store was packed and had 30 people in line who needed their products looked at.

There's something to be said about this Apple store. It's quite large and comes off like a hangout more than a tech store. This is a far cry from the original Apple store in this Mall which was a tiny hole in the wall sort of store that was always crazy crowded. It's a great way to get a feel for the products. The only reason I dock a star is because I never was approached by a store representative. It wasn't terribly busy that day so there really wasn't an excuse for it.

Customer Service is 10/10. I bought AirPods yesterday and the staff was very friendly and created a fun environment. That day, I ran into a problem with my AirPods not pairing with each other, so I went in the next day and they were very understanding of the issue I was having, so they gave me a replacement set and I was in and out in no more than 5 minutes. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have an iPhone 7 model a1660 that is under the recall from apple for “no service”. This iPhone was given to me by this apple store 6 months ago because another phone problem. When I took it in they had it for 2 weeks to tell me it has unauthorized parts on the inside. I’ve NEVER had this phone serviced. So either apple is not standing behind the recalls or they themselves put in unauthorized parts. I did my research on this and I’m not the only one saying this. I’ve been an apple user since the 3. Well apple you have lost my business and many others due to this. Including my whole family the the company my parents work for that have 25 lines.

About 2 years ago this store was pretty hectic but it’s improved drastically since then. If you make an appointment you should be in and out rather quickly. For repairs I would recommend using a 3rd party repair shop like ubreakifix considering it’s cheaper and quicker but as far as retail and customer service they are 5 star for sure. My most recent experience I wanted to return a MacBook Pro I got. I just wanted the bigger screen size. I ordered the bigger one online and went to take my current one into the store. Even though I dented the corner they returned it no questions asked. I was amazed they still accepted the return even though I damaged it myself. Awesome customer service. To clarify I ordered the new one, got it in, and then my girlfriend knocked mine off the counter and damaged it. I thought I’d be stuck with the one I didn’t want. But they accepted the return.

If i could give negative 5 starts I would. I had a chat to set up an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Greeter informed me he can’t find my appointment and was giving me absolutely inappropriate advises about my personal life that he has no business in to talk about . He made me a new appointment. I found my confirmation and asked a different greeter to see why the other person couldn’t find it. He said my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t show up (WHILE IM IN THE STORE and was arguing with a different greeter that I had appointment). Apple chat support couldn’t help to figure out why store can’t find my appointment. Waited one hour to be assisted by technician because no one knows what they are doing while I had an appointment that was cancel for me not being at the store WHILE I was at the store arguing that I have an appointment. Unfortunately this is the only store in Indy. Great motivation not to buy Apple ever.

This place is pretty busy when I was there. Most of the people there is because they have problem with their iPhone and so was I. The place is really nice and they got a huge screen in the back was awesome. Too bad, they didn’t fix my phone so I end up getting a new one from my insurance carrier. It was not very productive day for me. I wasn’t a happy camper.

I visited at a very high traffic time (late Friday afternoon), but the staff were still friendly and did their best to be helpful. The staff wasn't as good at showing as they were at telling. They were sure that they could do whatever I might want, but they really weren't sure how... They're probably right, but I need to be a bit more comfortable with that before I spend $1k+ on a device. The store was very crowded, but it still felt comfortable. It was well organized, so traffic flow was good and customers could see most of the devices easily enough, although a few items had waiting lines.

Boyfriend and I went into the store. Was told when we walked in while setting up the appt that his phone replacement would be $150. Actual cost $300+ they moved the Sim card and neither phones work now. Pretty sure they broke the card. No one acknowledged this. Manager didn't bother coming over to talk to us even after asking for the refund. Extremely upset and angry at their unprofessionalism and unhelpfulness.

I want to thank Corby for his patience with my son and I,last week, as we tried (and successfully) were able to confirm my photos from my once in a lifetime trip were saved and accessible on the icloud.. It was a struggle to retrieve my email and login info, but he stuck with us.He provided a tablet and 800 # and a comfortable area where we could converse with a service tech. He continually checked on our progress, but didn't hover (thank you) Then he was able to reset my phone from the black screen of white Apple death. I needed a 360 camera replacement and Texas did not have any in stock,at all in any of there stores. I was about to go on a flight to Indianapolis on for a business conference. For my wife. So she suggested calling the Apple store in Indianapolis. Wow! They had one in stock but better yet they had a couple of them . I was amazed.❤️ Apple staff said they can hold for one hour. Policy. Well my wife said what if I pay for it. They said not problem we’ll tag it and hold it for you. When you fly in tomorrow from Texas on business you can pick it up. On the way to your hotel. Super unhelpful- long wait and then told me to buy a new device since it was “unrepairable”- an iPhone 7 that lasted only 2 years despite pristine condition. If your iPhone 7’s microphone doesn’t work- a common defect in those produced from October 2016-February 2017 then this will be your answer. (During a call, the speaker option will be grayed out and call will fail.) The employee was not nice at all telling me buy a new phone because of an Apple defect. I’m disappointed in the treatment she gave on top of the situation. She felt really boxed like there was a prescribed solution to every known problem and not understanding. I’d say googling your Apple device problems give you better and more thoughtful answers than meeting a robot in person. Even if you have warranty watch out folks cuz I’ve heard the end of every iPhone 7 will happen the same way.

Just know, if you ever buy a refurbished device from your carrier, the Apple store will not be able to help you with that device, it will be “out of warranty” your best bet would be to buy a new device only or you’re nothing to them. You’ll get sent right away.

After being ignored by numerous Apple Team Members, I stood 20 inches away from one, who was doing something on one of the display MacBooks with no other customer anywhere nearby, for a full minute or more. She finally looked up (annoyed) and asked, "Are you John?" Really? That's your customer greeting? She begrudgingly stepped away to ask another Team Member to assist me. He, in only a slightly less unfriendly manner, obliged. I eventually received the product I was there to pick up. For the customer service experience, and the fact that Apple Stores are nice to look at (especially the North Michigan Ave. location in Chicago), I give one star. I've been a loyal Apple/Mac user for many years, but I have no desire to venture into an Apple Store, again.

This company is ridiculous I made a purchase online for in store pick up and everything went smooth I received my confirmation and went to store only to be told my transaction was canceled so I check my bank and the money is gone and they say that’s between me and my bank but the transaction says Apple so no one knows where my money is and I can’t have what I paid for so customer service says you missed a call to verify your purchase if the called ID said Apple or some local number I probably would have answered but you didn’t need my confirmation to take money which is crazy or at least follow up with an email so I don’t go to the crowded a** store for no reason so I’ll just report the transaction as fraud and have my money back then guess I’ll grab some Samsung wireless headphones to go with my Apple phone instead time to switch devices obviously

Went in to buy a MacBook pro and was in and out in 10 minutes. It was a little too easy to drop that much money but I was really glad they made it easy. They didn't try to up sell me either which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Keystone mall Indianapolis Location - walked in this afternoon. No friendly greeting, just a “you can go over there & someone will be with you” First of all Apple is a multi billion dollar business you should invest in training your employees simple etiquette. Very rude customer service & a majority of the employees are socially awkward. Disappointed as a costumer that was planning to spend at least $1300 & they could care less about making a sale. Anyways waited 40 minutes until I asked an employee what is going on. He shrugs it off as no big deal. told him I’m leaving and he didn’t even look at me in the eyes and asked what was wrong. He was to busy having his nose in his phone. He didn’t care. If your planning to buy something save your time & money in taking a drive over there and just order it online. Your better off getting it faster than waiting just to receive rude customer service.

Nice Apple Store, but it is nearly impossible to get in without an appointment and appointments fill up nearly a week in advance. Indiana definitely needs another Apple location. Edit: We had a terrible, terrible experience with an online Apple purchase, to the point that we drove an hour and a half just to speak with an Apple representative in person. We spoke with a staff member and a manager, and both were extremely helpful. They provided us with information to be part of the business program, and I’m really looking forward to taking advantage of that service later down the road. Side note: If you are going to purchase an Apple product, buy/order it in person! Our experience with online purchasing was heinous.

When you go into this store make sure you know what you need and do not, under any substances, allow the employees of this store "shop" for you. Over the 10 years of using apple product and using this store any repairs, dongles, or accessories, I have only had three negative experiences. 1. in 2012 I received my first MacBook. With this, I also received a prescheduled meeting with the genius bar, to this day I was never able to redeem this meeting due to failures in "their schedule system." I arrived and waiting an hour and a half past my prescheduled time without a single employee checking on me or informing of what the hold up was. 2. In 2015 I ordered an iMac for my office. While making my order, the employee assisting me kept making suggestions as to "what I should do" with my iMac configuration. Being a rather tech savvy individual, knew that the CPU, RAM, and Storage options would be suitable for my needs, this didn't seem to fly for the employee. After numerous declines of upgrading to higher RAM and More storage (offering that 2TB is not enough and that 3TB would "best work for me"), the employee became very rude and made me feel bad for the entire purchase. 3. This is I received an iPad Pro, apple pencil, and keyboard case as a holiday gift. As I opened the gift my parents informed me that everything is compatible, but upon further inspection, they were not. For it seems that the Apple employee was more focused on hitting and meeting the sales goal for the day, they sold my parents a keyboard case for a prior generation since they were currently out of stock of the new smart keyboard folio case. Due to this, I had to return the case and order the folio case, which is still out of stock, on one of the busiest days of the year, December 26th. Ever since the first two experiences I have been very wary of having any employee assist me with my purchases or even make recommendations.

Always busy (standard at Apple) got on the list and it only took about 5-6 mins for someone to help me. Two weeks ago brought my MacBook in to be looked at and that took a bit longer, but only about 10-15mins. Back of the store is the tech support area and front is more of the sales area.

Want a Tesla or a Mrs. Field cookie? This is the mall for you. This a tough place to park street level, so just save the time, and head to the parking deck. Not a vacant space. Clean, and nice to look at. No vendors in the kiosk tackling you to get you to try samples. Retail places like this mall have a future. The mall isn't dead.

Never want to Apple. Parking is horrible at The Fashion Mall. Had a delicious meal at Season 52. Why isn't there more parking available? We were almost got by a extended car "backing" in to a parking spot next to a handicapped spot. If people need to drive such big cars they should have a special spot in the perimiter for them. I'm not handicapped, but we could have been hit by the moron who parked next to the main drive by the handicapped spot.

Great new store layout if you haven't been in a while. The classes are great too. It is amazing what you can learn about photography with your iPhone. It truly gives you a new perspective of the world around you and how to interact with it. I have enjoyed interacting with the staff every time I've been in. I definitely recommend setting an appointment as this store gets quite busy at times.

It was a good experience for me but my sales agent seemed to not care about my purchase. It was very busy and I only waited about 20 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted so it didn’t take much. The store is really cool though, tread on the inside coming up from the floor and stuff like that.

An absolutely awful service. I had a small problem with my AirPods; ended up spending 90 minutes in the store with no resolution to my problem. Also, my AirPods got mixed up with the store's AirPods. I still don't know if the AirPods I have are the ones I bought, or the store's display ones.

I made an appointment online showed up and was checked in very quickly! Although the problems with my 2012 laptop were going to need repairs everyone was very helpful explaining the process and what seemed to be the problem. The cost of repairs were around the same cost as investing into a new product so with all my questions answered and great support I am now a new iPad owner! We scheduled an appointment and arrived on time and checked in... only to wait 50 minutes to be assisted... after we asked four times for an update. Meanwhile, we watched a guy walk in without an appointment and be helped within five minutes who stated he had a similar issue to us (unresponsive phone). The queuing system makes NO sense. If you must come here, I do have some advice. Enter from the parking lot side vs. the mall side. There is no line and you will talk to someone sooner. Being “helped,” though, is a different story... On the bright side, once we finally got help after flagging someone down, he was super nice!

I came in yesterday to have my computer looked at. I was absolutely sure I lost everything on it and that it was completely broken. Sonya not only helped me fix my computer AND saved all of my data, she was very patient with me for FOUR hours while we backed everything up and fixed my computer all while helping other customers. She was amazing, everyone else was very kind, lighthearted, and fun to help you through the wait as the place is very busy. Absolutely a great experience.

My daughters iphone crapped out and had to make a quick run to Apple store. Michaela helped us out and she was AWESOME!! She really related to my daughter and explained the whole processes of what she was doing. They found out the antenna was bad and were able to send the phone back to be fixed at no cost to us. Then they gave her a loaner phone because her life would cease to exist if she had to go 10 days without a phone.

I brought my Mac to the store to repair a tiny horizontal line on the display. This was at opening time on Monday. I was told wait would be 1 hour, but it was about 30 minutes. The technician was helping me and another customer at the same time and doing a good job, being responsive, etc., so no complaints with the store personnel. Perhaps it's not fair to this store, but Apple should do a better job of this, which is why I deducted 1 star. Apple charges a premium for their products AND I purchased Apple Care also. There are precious few places that can do repairs like this. God help you if you live outside of Indianapolis, plan to spend all day I guess? The store wound up sending my Mac off for repair-- which is a 7 day process, even though I purchased the product new in Dec-2017. You'd think they would have repair parts on hand for recent models. To their credit, the Apple store was the busiest place in the mall!

This is for Keystone and the online Apple store. They have terrible online service. I was guaranteed my phone to be picked up IN store on August 3. I called three specialists during the day and they all said it was in store and just needed to be proceed through the actual store I was picking up from (Keystone). I called again to check on the process, I got transferred to a rep. at the Keystone mall and they told me they didn't even get the order yet. You don't guarantee a pick date if the customer isn't able to pick up anything. Also don't tell me on the phone it is in store when it is not even in the area. So someone needs to work the on communication. If I could give less then one star. I would.

On hold for 20 minutes to ask about iPhone 6 battery to be told that I would need to call back to order the battery and it’s 3-5 weeks to get one but no guarantees. I wanted to replace the battery in my iPhone 6 which is almost 35 months old. After reading many negative reviews on service at the Apple Store, I decided that it would be best to call and make a reservation. A very nice lady named Unikqua took care of that for me. Two days later I arrived at the Apple store a full five minutes before my 1:30 p.m. appointment time. A very courteous young man named Nathan greeted me and escorted me to a back area in the store to meet with a technical specialist. Specialists Shane and Bradley, helped me out. They took one look at my iPhone and quickly realized my battery was fine (99%) and did not need replacing. So we updated my software and I was finished in 30 minutes. The guys were great. I complimented Sara, the manager, on how gracious and professional her team was during my visit the the Apple Store at the Keystone Mall in Indianapolis. All of the employees seem to bend over backwards trying to please customers with excellent service. Great job Team Apple!

we had john and this one lady with red hair, i completely forgot her name, but she had a great smile and glasses. they treated us soooo kindly like we were old friends. thats how customer service should be. we didnt feel pressured and they didnt make our pits sweat our of fear. they also help me and my mother (who wasnt purchasing btw) with BOTH of our icloud issues. i fell in love with apple all over again. 10/10 would reccomend :)
