And when something just isn't working right, he remotes into my computer and can usually fix it right away. Always prompt service and very professional. He really knows what he is doing!

He was able to fix my computer within the same day. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM and picked it up 4:30 pm the same day. The problem was my macbook pro was unable to charge. I tried everything clearing the debris from the port and buying a new charger. buying a new charger worked for a while but then one day it didn't. so when I gave it to him he was able to fix the issue and my laptop is now capable of charging yet again! He also got rid of viruses and malware that I didn't even know were on my laptop! he recommends malwarebytes over cleanmymacx.

I am so glad I found Angelo. He saved all my data from my older MacBook Pro. My Mac crashed after I tried to do an OS update and Apple support and I were unable to get the computer started again. I thought I had lost everything because I had not backed up all my photos and videos. I brought my Mac into Angelo at the end of the day and the next day he called me and told me he was able to recover all my data. **if I could give ZERO stars, I would***According to Google this business was open until 8pm. I got there at 6:25pm. The doors were closed and the lights were off. Initially I was disappointed because it's inconsiderate for businesses not to adhere to their published business hours. However, I got excited because there was a sign on the door that said "If I am not here ring the doorbell. Call me and I'll buzz you in to drop off your laptop." There was also a warning sign to any would be thieves that stated there was constant video recording. I pressed the fancy doorbell that obviously had a camera and it played a nice song and lit up a pretty blue color. I proceeded to call the phone number listed on the sign. The owner picked up and without apologizing for inconsistent business hours asked "What do you want?" I told him that I wanted to drop off my laptop for repair. He asked me what was wrong with it. I told him that there was some physical damage at the hinge and that it overheats and shuts off. He immediately said, without hesitation "oh that's going to be expensive, you might as well buy a new one." Who doesn't even offer to LOOK at a laptop before suggesting that it is better off being completely replaced?? He told me that I could come back the following day when he was in the store. What I gathered was that he took one look at me via video surveillance and wanted absolutely nothing to do with me and it was obvious that he didn't deem me trustworthy enough to be let into his business to drop off my laptop for repair as he does regularly for other patrons due to the signs he has posted. If you are of AFRICAN AMERICAN decent and this place is closed with open business hours listed, despite the signs that indicate that he is willing to allow you drop of your laptop, expect to be TURNED AWAY as that service doesn't apply to darker skinned individuals. It's 2018 and a shame that this stuff still happens. I'm disappointed and offended. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE UP TO BEING TREATED AS IF HIS SIGNS ON HIS DOOR SAY "FOR WHITES ONLY"

I called Angelo because my i mac was not working right. I thought I had a virus, every app kept closing on me. I could not even turn it on in the end. I was sooo lucky, he told me to come to his shop and he would meet me there. He diagnosed the problem right away, a failing hard drive. He replaced the hard drive, helped me to make sure that my data was not lost prior to installing a new upgraded hard drive. He helped me to set up all my important programs and explained how I could get more out of my computer. I have a brand new computer for a fraction of the price. The price was very reasonable and he stands behind his work.

I had just bought a new Lenovo Yoga 15" inch laptop a few months prior when the rustle and bustle of college life led to a drop and cracked screen. The touchscreen didn't work, there were ugly lines on the screen and it seemed to be getting worse. I took the laptop to Best Buy (where I bought it in the first place) and Geek Squad basically told me to either live with it or buy a new laptop because the cost of getting it fixed would be that high. I then did a quick google search and found Naperville PC and MAC Repair and thank god I did. The cost was significantly less and very reasonable, the work was done within 2 hours, and my laptop truly is as good as new. I highly recommend Naperville PC and MAC repair and would absolutely come back.

My MacBook had stopped working and we really did not want to bring it to Apple because they would try to get us to buy a newer one and we had used Best Buy in the past and really were disappointed in what they did and how much it cost. After looking for somewhere to bring it my husband decided to bring it here. We were very impressed with how easy it was to talk with Angelo and explain what happened and what we wanted. I don’t know anything about computers, I know how to turn it on and do just a few things anything other than that you could be taking latin and I would understand just as much. Angelo really dumbed down what he was saying without making me feel dumb and while I did not understand some of it he made sure my husband did. He was also very honest with prices and he did not try to up-sell us even though it would have been very, VERY easy to do so. He actually talked my husband down from buying upgrades that we did not even come close to needing. Angelo went over everything that he was recommending making sure that we knew exactly what he thought we would need so we understood everything. He got the work done quickly and not only was he able to get my laptop start, the things he had recommended to upgrade made it run so much faster and smoother than even when it was new. I can not put into words how happy I am with the service Angelo provided and would recommend him to anyone.

I was in Naperville from Wisconsin due to a family emergency. While in town, a family member's PC was hacked and compromised. There was some urgency to getting the situation resolved. After reading all the good reviews, I took the PC in to Angelo to see if he could fix it. In the end, it turned out to be more cost effective to purchase a refurbished laptop and transfer the data. It was all completed with urgency, especially important due to the things happening at home. He also provided some light tech support via the phone for getting printers etc. sorted out. Some thing else to note, this guy really knows and uses technology. The office is in a lower level on the main drag of Naperville. If he's not there, he's got a security camera on the door and can "buzz you in" to drop stuff off. Pretty slick stuff. He's been in business several years and is absolutely solid. I highly recommend him.

I have an Alienware 17 R2 that was recently having performance issues - mostly sudden FPS drops in games. I went to Angelo to help me clean the CPU and GPU air vents internally as I realized after a ton of trouble shooting that it's because of rise in CPU temp. What I didnt know about was the thermal paste - Angelo educated me about it, and suggested he change the old layer and add a new one. And voila - my temps are low (55 - 65 C), and my games are running buttery smooth!! I am grateful to Angelo to have helped me with this issue (at a very decent price also)! He was additionally very helpful with other suggestions, and added a anti-malware software for free! I definitely recommend him! He is definitely someone u can trust ur machine with!
