These 5 stars are for the Manager Thomas, and the three gentleman who helped me resolve my iPhone 6s issues over the past week. I was getting worried that I would never have a working phone after a few visits, long phone calls, and a visit to my carrier.. I wish I met Thomas on my first visit, I appreciate him sticking to his word, calling me on a Sunday to follow up with the issue and had it taken care of by the next day. We all know things break sometimes, but how it is handled says alot about your store! Thank you guys!

My iMAC's logic board went out 1 month after the warranty ended. They would not fix it, they didn't offer any type of trade in value towards a new one. There response was only "It's cheaper to buy a new one then to get it fixed" $3000 and it only lasted 2 years. NEVER AGAIN

Long waits. Stuff is never ready when they say it will be. There is a lot of stock of any apple stuff you want to buy including the latest gadgets, so that is good. Store is quite crowded most of the time.

I have left a review for the old orchard store. This place is the exact opposite of that amazing, friendly, and FAST. Let’s face it, we are all busy and have things we would rather be doing than getting our phone or device fix or swapped. I dropped a weight on my 7 plus when I was working out. They started the dianostics but noticed right away that it was bent and just offered an exchange via my Applecare plus plan. Fast, convenient, and I didn’t have to prove myself like some of the other locations request.

Great service and store. But remember, the sales tax here is 10%, which is far more than the rest of the suburbs. Oakbrook is only 7.5%. Can make a big difference when buying large ticket items.

In general the Apple employees are very knowledgeable and honest, giving good advice. The store is as much a display studio as a store showcasing many interesting products.

They changed the location of their store to a different part of the mall. This store is twice as big as the original in woodfield making it much easier to get around without bumping into anyone, however the vastness of the new store makes it look empty.

Took my T-Mobile 2 year old iPhone 7 that died while an software update was happening to get troubleshoot to see if it could be fixed by Apple store tech support per T-Mobile customer service. Waited 1.5hr to be seen instead of the 25..30 mins I was originally told by a rep at this Woodfield store. Then tech support is unable to fix my phone even with a hard reset..did tell my very likely caused by the software updating complications. I had just last month paid off this iphone...what a coincidence. Anyhow... Tech guy passing me to a sale rep who says I can get $200 as a trade on another iphone if I want. Disappointed but I said ok. I was running short on time and said I will come tomorrow. So I did next day. Explained myself to another sales rep abt my phone and what Apple sales rep told me yesterday. After a few minutes he says that because my iphone does not power up completely that offer from last night was wrong and he blamed his tech support guy from not knowing Apples policy regarding how my iphone issue should have been handled. I tried to telp him to review my visit customer related history, but he flatly said he is sorry .. The offer made to me by the Apple tech/sales guy last night was by mistake. I left without a replacement phone. Total disappointed with Apple and customer service at this store on failing to deliver up on an offer on my bad Apple phone. By the way I have a few other active lines..all except this Iphone 7 are Androids...Samsung n LG...most paid off same time as IPhone 7 last month but still working GREAT!

It’s like the DMV, only worse. Instead of showing up on time for an appointment and having them treat you like no appointment was made, they then check you into a que with no transparency. That’s where I at least give the DMV credit - they have a line or give you a number so you know where you stand. Anxiety for all while we wait without light at the end of the tunnel! Word for the wise, Apple, we want you to show up to your appointments on time! After 15 minutes waiting for a business meeting, I’m 10 minutes on my way to the next one, so lets up the professionalism, shall we? At least give us an accurate time estimate and what number we are in line so we can plan our day. Google’s phone is looking better and better by the day :)

I was there to pick up a phone I purchased online. The sales associate who helped me was nice. He offered that they set up the new phone for me, I accepted. He then introduced me to Penny. She was supposed to help with the set up. She was talking to other customers so tried to start the setup myself. Apparently I had a question on each of the behining set up steps, so I kindly asked her for help, but instead she said that she snaped at me telling me that she is helping other people at tge help table and I’m not the only one. I said ok, I got frustrated and decided I don’t want to ask her anything. She tried to pretend she cared what is happening with my setup, but not sincerely. Instead she was talking with other customers at the table, who were fone with her services about hiking and places to visit it the US. She was very rude and unprofessional to me, probably because of my accent and last name. Not the way to go Apple! I’m a customer as well! At tge end of the setup, there was an issue with “keychain” not being active and she knew nothing about it. She said she is going to ask another employee, but never told me anything. I left because of her attitude. One star because of the rude and incompetent employee Penny...

I still cant stand how they work for check in and cash out. It's like a free for all. Walk in say youd like to have your phone looked at and oh you need to talk to the person over there he does that. How are you supposed to know that. I tried to give apple a try but they keep letting me down with all aspects. Products, support, and my favorite.... software upgrades that screw up your phone. My phone literally has to stay plugged in to use it because of a bad software update. Their response set the phone up as new and it will erase that update then dont update the phone.....

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with Apple. I was visiting on a work trip from Atlanta and my iPhone 7plus bit the dust when I plugged it in to my rental car. Obviously losing your phone when your out of town and on a work trip is not ideal. I explained the situation to the manager Caesar and he was extremely kind and helpful. He was very pleasant to talk to and addressed the situation very quickly. I was in and out within and hour and back in business. Very grateful for Caesar and his incredible team at the Woodfield Apple Store. Thanks guys!

Something is going VERY wrong with Apple service, very disappointed! After long line waiting with a little baby just to get " on list" for iphone battery replacement. Than 1 week waiting for the one to be shipped? Big store does not have a small battery stock? We were making arrangements to get to the appointment to replace the battery at the store convenient time. When we've arrived the iphone 6 wont turn on because of the issue. And they say by the rules they can't input the new battery, because the iphone off?! so the manager offered me "wonderful" solution - TO BUY A NEW IPHONE! Seriously ? He pissed me off! I went to different place and bought a Samsung. Throw your ipone in a garbage when its battery died. Don't waste your time in lines.

The place is a joke. These crooks are no experts. All their knowledge is just plugging in your phone to a mac and doing a software update. If that doesn't work they tell you to do a factory reset and if that doesn't work they tell you "Yes mr or Ms customer, we know you didnt do anything to the product but somehow the motherboard is not communicating to the software and you'll have to pay $300 for a replacement phone unless you want to just fork over a $1000 for another product that will do the same thing in two years." Seriously, I've been here several times for different issues and the only thing I hear is the same repetitive process every time. I even glance to see if the phone is beat up and the phones that people bring in are in good shape and even in protective cases so if people spend this much money shouldn't the corporation consider helping them out by possibly making their fee much lower to replace or fix a product if it's not the customers fault? I went in with an iPhone 7 that is recalled and I've been here a total of 3 times and every time they've given me the run around stating the issue I have is not a part of a recall and when I look it up that's exactly what the recall is for. I was told by two different reps the issue I have is not due to the recall even though I read the exact issue out to them. I finally got sick of it and called Apple tech support and what do you know the guy on the phone tells me they can replace it if I send it in but if I go in to the store they can get me a loaner. So on my 3rd visit I go in and didnt mention my previous 2 visits and the guy just said here is a loaner and they'll call me when my phone comes back. I then told him I was here two other times in the last week and no one offered this resolution and why I was not offered this service before. He just said he does not know why and he could not give me a reason. Seriously, it seems like your services are and have been terrible as of late and clearly your sales show for it. Between the 5 hours spent here all I saw was people coming in for tech support and barely anyone buying anything at an Apple store. I remember people used to be excited to go in to an apple store to buy stuff and now it's a dreaded experience. Only advice I can give you is take care of your paying customers or else you're gonna regret you wont have any customers and you'll be working at the Microsoft store or a best buy. Just keep in mind what goes up MUST come down!

Ever since my iPhone 7 updated to the iOS 13 I noticed small issues, things I could do before which now I cannot and my battery life didn’t last more than 2 hours. I called apple support yesterday morning and waited on hold for 3 mins to be immediately disconnected once I reached a rep. I should have given up then because what happened next is completely unacceptable. I have used apples products since 2010 and should know better by now. I called apple support again waited on hold for this time 10 minutes. I was having Bluetooth connection issues so the Apple worker suggested I reset my phone to factory mode to determine if it is a software or hardware issue. After I backed up my phone I attempted to restore it. This resulted not only in my Mac book completely shutting down and killing the battery but now my iPhone was unusable. Stuck in a mode that stated I needed to connect it to a computer and restore it. I rushed to the Apple store at woodfield mall which quoted me a 3.5 hour wait. I live 10 minutes away so I asked them if I could leave and hold my place in line if I came back in 3 hours. Shockingly they agreed. I returned at 3:00pm in the afternoon. They were able to jumpstart the battery of my Mac book but even the Apple store MacBooks could not restore my phone to factory settings. After 2 hours I was told I can either pay 319 to replace my phone or buy a whole new one. When I asked what they could do for me monetary wise since my phone was working that morning and only crashed because of their advice I was instructed to call Apple support because they are the only ones who can overwrite any costs. I sat on the phone with Apple support for 30 minutes when a sales rep finally arrived to see if I had an update on my AT&T account. Once again a dead end because there was a hold on my AT&T account. I asked the man on the Apple support line what he could do for me since I had been waiting at that point 45 mins on the phone with him. He replied he was only there to see what the Apple store was going to tell me and then offer me advice on how to search on YouTube a possible way to fix my iPhone. In other words, he told me there are people who know more about apples software than the people who work at Apple do. He finally transferred me to his senior advisor who still said because they THINK it’s a hardware issue and I am not under warranty they cannot help me! Even though Apple support crashed my Apple iPhone due to Apple software issues. They took zero responsibility for their own idiocy. I finally left to go buy a new phone at AT&T and found out more bad news! I couldn’t even trade in my existing iPhone because find my iphone was listed as still on even though I turned it off that morning and have an email confirming it was off. In conclusion Apple is a corrupt company. They send us updates that the old phones cannot handle and force consumers to buy the latest technology that they most likely had access to earlier but waited to give us everything at once so they can maximize their profits. They ONLY care about their bottom dollar because they know there will always be new consumers to buy their overpriced products.

I still cant stand how they work for check in and cash out. It's like a free for all. Walk in say youd like to have your phone looked at and oh you need to talk to the person over there he does that. How are you supposed to know that. I tried to give apple a try but they keep letting me down with all aspects. Products, support, and my favorite.... software upgrades that screw up your phone. My phone literally has to stay plugged in to use it because of a bad software update. Their response set the phone up as new and it will erase that update then dont update the phone.....

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with Apple. I was visiting on a work trip from Atlanta and my iPhone 7plus bit the dust when I plugged it in to my rental car. Obviously losing your phone when your out of town and on a work trip is not ideal. I explained the situation to the manager Caesar and he was extremely kind and helpful. He was very pleasant to talk to and addressed the situation very quickly. I was in and out within and hour and back in business. Something is going VERY wrong with Apple service, very disappointed! After long line waiting with a little baby just to get " on list" for iphone battery replacement. Than 1 week waiting for the one to be shipped? Big store does not have a small battery stock? We were making arrangements to get to the appointment to replace the battery at the store convenient time. When we've arrived the iphone 6 wont turn on because of the issue. And they say by the rules they can't input the new battery, because the iphone off?! so the manager offered me "wonderful" solution - TO BUY A NEW IPHONE! Seriously ? He pissed me off! I went to different place and bought a Samsung. Throw your ipone in a garbage when its battery died. Don't waste your time in lines.

The place is a joke. These crooks are no experts. All their knowledge is just plugging in your phone to a mac and doing a software update. If that doesn't work they tell you to do a factory reset and if that doesn't work they tell you "Yes mr or Ms customer, we know you didnt do anything to the product but somehow the motherboard is not communicating to the software and you'll have to pay $300 for a replacement phone unless you want to just fork over a $1000 for another product that will do the same thing in two years." Seriously, I've been here several times for different issues and the only thing I hear is the same repetitive process every time. I even glance to see if the phone is beat up and the phones that people bring in are in good shape and even in protective cases so if people spend this much money shouldn't the corporation consider helping them out by possibly making their fee much lower to replace or fix a product if it's not the customers fault? I went in with an iPhone 7 that is recalled and I've been here a total of 3 times and every time they've given me the run around stating the issue I have is not a part of a recall and when I look it up that's exactly what the recall is for. I was told by two different reps the issue I have is not due to the recall even though I read the exact issue out to them. I finally got sick of it and called Apple tech support and what do you know the guy on the phone tells me they can replace it if I send it in but if I go in to the store they can get me a loaner. So on my 3rd visit I go in and didnt mention my previous 2 visits and the guy just said here is a loaner and they'll call me when my phone comes back. I then told him I was here two other times in the last week and no one offered this resolution and why I was not offered this service before. He just said he does not know why and he could not give me a reason. Seriously, it seems like your services are and have been terrible as of late and clearly your sales show for it. Between the 5 hours spent here all I saw was people coming in for tech support and barely anyone buying anything at an Apple store. I remember people used to be excited to go in to an apple store to buy stuff and now it's a dreaded experience. Only advice I can give you is take care of your paying customers or else you're gonna regret you wont have any customers and you'll be working at the Microsoft store or a best buy. Just keep in mind what goes up MUST come down!

Great Apple location. I was selling a Macbook Pro on Offer up and buyer wanted to meet at the Apple store. Kinda strange but ok I ran with it. Got there and the young lady was amazing. I told her what's going on and she walked me to an area where they have space for you to open up the macbook, plug it in and they help with anything we needed. Great customer service. They have a store full of all apple products and beats headphones.

The guy that I was working with was very nice to me. I'm 12 and I have an iPhone 7 plus. When I went to Best buy they take my phone and they would set it up for me even though I know how, but when I went to Apple, the guy let me set it up and when I had to back it up, he asked me if I wanted them to back it up or for me to back it up myself. And when I had questions they taught me how to manage it instead of not telling me how. Apple no longer cares, it is very disappointing. I have an iPad Pro. The microphone doesn't work when I take a video with the camera. It works with all other software and with Siri. I spent an hour with tech support on the phone and was told to take it into a store. So I took it into the Woodfield store. I spent another hour diagnosing the issue and the Apple employee agreed, it is a strange glitch but is not working correctly. I then asked if there is any way I could have caused this issue. The Apple employee said "Nope, it is just broke. Sorry. It will be $378 to replace." I have to pay to fix their software problem. Looking at my account, I have purchased multiple products and have been a long time customer and yet the Apple Employee didn't care. A long time ago, when I had an issue with my iPhone 3G Apple immediately swapped it and apologized. I was very happy and since that early transaction have bought many Apple products because I knew if there was an issue they would back it. No longer. It makes me sad, when Steve was head of this company Apple cared what people thought of the products.

Both my Sons iPad and iPhone crashed on Sunday. After 2 hours of waiting at the store today I was told that the crashes were unrelated (both had same update on Sunday coincidence?) and that they would not fix them. Must buy brand new since I am out of warranty (iPad was purchased for Christmas 2016 less then 2 years old). Was instructed by Apple store employee to call Apple for help. Was berated by Supervisor. Apple will not stand behind product. Very sad. First Trillion dollar company can’t afford to help a customer that has bought 13 of their products in 8 years? Horrrible customer service. Having serious doubts about Apple quality. I hope the 3 iPhones I purchased this month will last longer then 20 months. Would not recommend this Store/Company to anyone after this treatment. My laptop has recalled for battery issue (recall was: the battery going hot).I leave my laptop for battery change and make a note that my fan is noisy. Because the recall was for battery going hot , that mean my fan became noise, because of battery temperature and it work all the time to cool down the laptop, which means my fan is noisy because of apple's battery issue. They return my laptop with new battery , but didn't change my fan. I am Very sad that happen . Now I have to still listen the fan noise . It’s a pretty good apple store, my visit was pretty fast and we were set up with a representative within 5 mins of reaching the store, he explained all the new features that were introduced to the new phone compared to the old one I had. The only thing that took a while was setting up the phone and moving the apps and data I had in my previous phone onto the new one, but I can’t really blame them for that. Overall I had a pretty good experience here.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, The gentlemen asked What he could help with and took my name and info and let me know that J** would be on his way over with what I was looking for and by the time I looked up J** was there ready with my watch. Both men were super friendly and knowledgable helping me with what I was getting. I left the store extremely satisfied and look forward to going back when purchasing other products. I have been having issues with my iPhone 7 Plus since the original iOS 11 update. Today was my 3rd or 4th trip to apple. About 6 weeks ago I went to Apple Shack in Rockford area to replace my battery. I never felt battery had been replaced. Today I once again went to the apple store and was working with a very delightful and extremely helpful employee named Amy. She went above and beyond and that is putting it mildly. She took my phone to the back and found out the seal had never been broken on my phone which means Apple Shack is fraudulent and thieves. After working with me and checking notes to see how many issues I have come in for, and called about she checked with her boss and they decided to replace my out of warranty phone. Thank you so much Amy.

I had a 10:15 AM appointment, and picked up my phone at 12:30 PM same day on Black Friday. Plus, they cleared the lint out of my phone's charging slot. I thought the charging on my phone was fast fading, but turns out, my phone works perfectly fine! Almost feels brand new after such a small thing. Battery life is great also again!

My husband came here to buy me my second Apple watch after the other just completely died. He bought the one I didn't want and tried to return it for the one I wanted. The sales associate told him they didn't make the 3 series in gold. So he brought home the watch he originally bought. I looked online and found the 3 series in gold. He took the watch back again only this time they telling him yeah they made it, but didn't sell it in their stores anymore and to be careful buying 3rd party because the warranty wouldn't be valid. What a LIE! This gold 3 series was cheaper than what Apple store was advertising and as an authorized Apple seller, it is the same year warranty the Apple store offers that become effective day of purchase. What a way to make a few extra bucks Apple and to screw over your customers!

Came in and stood next to three associates who were talking to each other, interested in their technological discussion, but not customers. Had to interrupt to get an associate to take care of me, but he was not really interested in taking care of me. Within 5 seconds of getting his attention, he told someone else that it would only take 5 seconds to finish with me—before he even knew why I had come into the store (several issues). He made it very clear during our exchange that he would rather be doing something else. Working with Brian was a completely different story. I was working with him to test my battery. It turned out to be fine, but he found settings that needed to be changed to help with speed and took care of them. He gave me great customer service through advice as to what steps I should take later in the year before the battery deal was over. He explained better the answers to my questions I had asked Mr. Disinterested. He treated me like a VALUED CUSTOMER. He is the type of associate a retail establishment should have!

Dropped my phone off at 6:50PM and had my repair pickup at 8:15PM. I walked in at 8:10PM and was told that my phone was ready and to wait by the glowing signs. I waited 20 minutes ti asking where my phone was. I asked a employee who told me "I work in the warehouse I don't know ask a guy with a tablet." I was told I was next for a runner to come out and bring me my phone. 40 minutes pass by and I went to ask again. It is now 5 minutes til closing time where the first employee I had asked tells a associate something nodding about me from afar. The sale associate comes up to me and says "Hey i noticed you guys had been waiting here a while I'm going to see whats up with you phone." What blows me is that there was a good five other employees standing around not trying to make eye contact with me. He comes back and felt the need to tell me "This is not my job but here is your phone...." I waited basically two hours just to be given a brand new phone and not even have it repaired. The lack of customer service here is insane. If your not actually coming in to buy something don't even waste your time.

Had to interrupt to get an associate to take care of me, but he was not really interested in taking care of me. Within 5 seconds of getting his attention, he told someone else that it would only take 5 seconds to finish with me—before he even knew why I had come into the store (several issues). He made it very clear during our exchange that he would rather be doing something else. Working with Brian was a completely different story. I was working with him to test my battery. It turned out to be fine, but he found settings that needed to be changed to help with speed and took care of them. He gave me great customer service through advice as to what steps I should take later in the year before the battery deal was over. He explained better the answers to my questions I had asked Mr. Disinterested. He treated me like a VALUED CUSTOMER. He is the type of associate a retail establishment should have!

Dropped my phone off at 6:50PM and had my repair pickup at 8:15PM. I walked in at 8:10PM and was told that my phone was ready and to wait by the glowing signs. I waited 20 minutes ti asking where my phone was. I asked a employee who told me "I work in the warehouse I don't know ask a guy with a tablet." I was told I was next for a runner to come out and bring me my phone. 40 minutes pass by and I went to ask again. It is now 5 minutes til closing time where the first employee I had asked tells a associate something nodding about me from afar. The sale associate comes up to me and says "Hey i noticed you guys had been waiting here a while I'm going to see whats up with you phone." What blows me is that there was a good five other employees standing around not trying to make eye contact with me. He comes back and felt the need to tell me "This is not my job but here is your phone...." I waited basically two hours just to be given a brand new phone and not even have it repaired. The lack of customer service here is insane. If your not actually coming in to buy something don't even waste your time.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this Apple location. I have been having so many issues with storage on my Mac and it working slowly and have had horrible experiences at other tech help stores. Frank completely fixed all the issues I was having and was very patient as it took a few hours to fully resolve. So happy to have my Mac working like new again!

I stopped by in Sep 2018 and purchased one of the i-9 mbps and the experience was just meh. I revisited in Jan 2019 and the store is different and in new location. The first thing I noticed upon entering into the store was the human body odor. I was really surprised by it and also find it odd that they would not have proper ventilation / scenting system to overcome it. The store was busy so I guess that is a good problem to have. I was going to get one of the magic keyboards but only walked around the store and left due to the smell. It was not a great experience and never have I had such an urge to leave a store. Very uninviting. When we left and got back in the mall, the person I was with agreed it was good to be out of there. I picked up my keyboard at Michigan Ave store since I work right next to that. Seems the quality standards at the Woodfield location have fallen off the edge.

Wait times for walk-ins are always horrific! Employees are friendly and helpful. Everything is over priced and nothing lasts as long as it should. Certain features of their products are really stupid. I’ll give just one example... the lightning cord connector doesn’t lock in place and constantly fall out of devices. Strange how dumb that is.

Woodfield holiday hours say the store opens at 8, at 8:05 an employee tells us waiting, 9am, to stand around and wait and find out at 9:10am they open at 10. Poor customer service and employee knowledge. It's the Christmas season. Your staff and space you rent from should be up to date on your hours.

Went in with my boyfriend because his iPhone wasn’t charging correctly. We asked Apple associate Jack what the problem could be and he explained to us that sometimes debris can get stuck inside the port. He quickly cleaned the inside of the phone where you charge it and then it worked perfectly. He was very helpful even on such a busy day

Also stating the fact that a good 5 workers were standing around doing nothing but stare at the damn wall, my family and i had enough so we came up to the manager and she promised us a worker, we had enough with waiting so we left, service was trash, i dont recommend going there, if anyone is looking for apple devices just go to your local phone carrier and buy it there.

my mom and brother went into the store last night to get his iPhone replaced because of damage. Today my brother realized that the sales rep who was very helpful left the sim card in his old phone. My mom tried calling the store today to try to get the sim card back and the call goes through a call center not directly to the store the representative called the store for her and asked for the man that helped them last night. MARC at the store rudely told the rep that john was busy with clients on the floor and sounded mad that someone asked for john. He did not offer to help or take the phone call. My mom then explained the issue to the phone rep and the phone rep tried calling again to get someone to speak to her. The same guy MARC said that the damaged phones were already sent out and no one could go check and did not offer again to speak or help my mom directly. My moms friend then tried calling herself and was able to get to the store and spoke to MARC and then MARC offered to assist her and then took his time to go look for the phone. My mother did not appreciate that he denied her help but then ended up helping her friend knowing it was the same customers. And he ended up finding the phone with the sim card !

Great product just not great service. Only advantage to going in is may walk away with your product. Do your home work online and don't bother with workshops you can learn online and by doing. They are just doing a job and do not really like it. It's an average service, always busy and little chance to be greeted by at the door, I walk all the way around. I tried asking for direction to register and the sales rep answered I am busy with someone. Same time it would have taken to just point in a direction If not less.

I cracked my screen and was told by a staff member it would not be covered and that I had to pay $199.99. He did no sort of asking to superior team members. I went to T-mobile, my provider and mentioned the situation. They told me I was covered through AppleCare. I went back and had a different tech help me and he was great and apologized for the confusion and double checked with a supervisor. Turns out I was covered and thanks to Neil my tech I was able to get the screen repaired at no cost! Appreciate the help Neil! You were an great help, thanks.

Like being inside a zombie. Walk inside most sears stores and the signs are everywhere, not the 50% off ones but the signs of impending doom. Dirty carpets missing or stained ceiling tiles, unused empty spaces and half empty racks. You know the store is undergoing a slow motion death, makes you wonder if you should say your fare wells before you leave the store. The sears in my hometown closed a couple years ago. And I didn't think I would see another one, I know wonder if this was the last time I set foot inside a sears store

I love Apple, but this store is seriously understaffed. I feel bad for the employees because other customers here are super rude about wait times. I think they're doing the best they can given the volume of people and limited staff. Apple needs to loosen the purse strings and hire more people at this location.

Apple. No gaming computer. Phones with little to no memory. This is ment to be a city type tech. All my friends told me dont go here. You wont find anything even ok tech wise.. sure enough theres tablets I looked at that shouldnt even be 400. Oh that is 840 dollars. Oh this is 980 if you get the expanded memory. Etc. So overpriced. Minimum wage college students cant even get a 50 dollar discount here. Oh and I gave them a second chance with my iphone I got from work. Never dropped it. Not even a scratch on it... literally had it for 2 weeks and for some magical reason I cant charge it. And I cant even turn it on... no refund or replacement. Whhhhhaaaaatttt... like it's your cheap tech failing here hello.... I convinced my boss finally after this situation no more iphones or any apple devices for us. Funny thing we bought over 25000 a year.. 10k at Microsoft we got triple the devices and tech like I dont understand why even a rich person could glance at apple. Theres so much better tech and for cheaper or more expensive. You got money go explore tech you'll laugh at your apple past... cant say I've walked out of apple with a tablet, gaming computer, work computer, and a game console but microsoft yes. Go figure Microsoft has more tech as usual.
