When I came to the store, I wanted to take a look at the new Series 4 Watch. Once I asked to see it, I waited 35 minutes for someone to come and let me see it, but no one came. I left shortly after. I hope for better customer service in the future.

Apple should either improve their expensive devices to mitigate technologial problems, or increase the number stores and employees to accommodate customers in a reasonable time frame.

Fantastic service. Went in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and had less than a half hours wait. The tech was very knowledgeable and within five minutes he had the problem resolved. This is the second time I've been to Apple Store and had great service. Would highly recommend them but do suggest an appointment. Don't call on the phone you'll wait forever other than that super service.

Seems like this store is always super busy. And take walk-ins only on certain days, so no possibility of scheduling an appointment. They provided inaccurate waiting time. When I got there I was told that the waiting time was about 45-55 mins. Ended up waiting for an hour and a half!!

While the staff are friendly the service was not so good. Clearly staff just don’t know about simple fix options. The buttons on our iPhone stopped working. The greeter did not have clue about our problem and immediately tried to sell a new phone. We then were passed to the next level of staff. They new nothing about the problem and also was thinking new phone. The staff that probably new how to fix the issue was a 2 hour wait or a one day wait for a scheduled time. We ended up going to the AT&T store in West Chicago on North Ave where we originally purchased the phone and the problem was a simple rest. No new phone needed. Totally disappointed in Apple Store.

I came to the Naperville location to switch out my phone. After getting a new phone the camera on it was defective - So I had to come back the second day only to wait beyond the 15-25 promise. While waiting for my defective phone to be fixed, I sat and watched two employees have a 20minute conversation while customers wait.” Simply Bullshit”

If you need accessories for you phones or computers this is the place to go. Although there are staff that greet you immediately, they expect you to have an appointment. I have a 45 mile drive so I needed a cable for charging now not in 2 hrs or have it shipped in 2 or more days. I do miss being able to walk in and you would be taken care of without an appointment. They expect you to call or use chat. I nor a few other customers there, think that their site with numbers and help is as easy to find as it used to be.I think it is great they have a store where people can get help in person!

ten month ago i change the battery for my iphone in this store , in Couple days ago my phone not working any more , i took it back in this store to see whats happenes they told me the brain is broken so we don’t fix it we only change with cost 329 $ , i took it to deferent company to fix it they told me your phone only need new battery.

I’ve literally never been more dissatisfied in my life. I Am not someone who gets mad easily, and I’m fuming about my experience. The back of my iPhone 8 shattered from a 6 inch drop to the counter top, with a case. I’ve never damaged a phone before. This was a horrible design flaw by Apple, another way to overcharge for their products. I have always been a loyal Apple customer, so fine. Hopefully they learn and change it with the next phone. I’ve only had the phone 2 months so I frantically called Apple support to see what my options were. A very friendly woman helped me and said that since I hadn’t had it very long it would be $99 to fix the back and was very excited delivering the news. (Which is still overpriced, but whatever. Better than $400). She proceeds to make my an appointment. Fast forward to my appointment at this embarrassment of a store. I wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The young man was extremely rude about the whole situation and half ass suggests I can speak to a leader if I was unhappy that it would be $400. So the leader comes out with the same stink attitude basically acting like I was a liar and wasn’t told it would be $99 because it “wasn’t logged by cherish”. And that pulling the call would be near impossible and I’d be spending all day on the phone and get nowhere. And sent me on my way. Apple used to be such a wonderful and stand up company. They are now money sucking vultures who can’t even teach their team to pretend to give a damn in the process. You pissed off the wrong family.

Make you wait hours to talk to a Genius Bar worker when half of them are just messing around and talking among each other. If you ask for a little help they turn you around and tell you to wait in the virtual line for several hours even though they are not busy at all. It shows how lazy the workers in this building are and shows that they only help you when its required, NOT because they want to or want to be nice. Never coming back.

Went here recently on a quiet weekday. I just needed a new MagSafe adapter. That's it. No one would help us. Yes, many employees were helping others, but three stood in the back corner simply chatting away and laughing. Two more were leaning on a table in front where NO CUSTOMERS WERE AROUND, also chatting away, seemingly waiting for customers to come through the door. I stood with my children looking back and forth at both groups. No one greeted us. No one asked if we needed help, even though it was VERY APPARENT we were there to buy a cord. Now, if this is what you believe customer service should be, then visit this badly-managed store. Whomever hires these 20-something slackers may want to be fired along with these goof-offs. My business will be taken to Oakbrook.

Worst service ever. How they call themselves Genius Bar? Took my iPhone for battery replacement. After service screen does not sit flush anymore. The whole right edge is raised. Now I'm afraid to touch the screen in order not to crack it. I showed them but seems like they do not care. They just want your money. I will not go here for service any more period.

This place is way to expensive for I phone accessories, there is no parking close by either. When I visited this store there where so many people in the store that I had to wait over two hours just to have someone wait on me then only to tell me sorry you have to buy a new phone. Also this store was filled with SNOBS but it's in Naperville so what should I've expected.

Apple continues to dissapppoint! Scheduled appointment for battery replacement for my iPhone 6s. After 45 minutes the technician agreed I needed my battery replaced then proceeded to tell me my phone had a bend. Apple couldn’t repair my battery stating they may break my phone. “Sales technique to get you to purchase a new phone”. Disgusted I decided to take my phone to Route 59 cell phone repair. Technician their had my battery replaced in 20 minutes and proceeded to tell me it’s Apples way to get you to purchase a new phone. I’ll never purchase another Apple product! Thank you Apple for not supporting your product again!

I’ve came here numerous times for all my apple products. Their staff are very good about managing their appointments, I’m usually seen and out of the store in less than an hour. Their location is great because they have a lot of retail stores right next to them. I recommend not coming here during the lunch hour or after 4pm if you need to repair your device.

So crowded and loud I could barely hear myself talk. Groups of people in red shirts talking with each other and I had to interrupt their laughing and joking rather than being asked if I needed assistance. The guy never looked at my device it even asked the model just kept telling me it would be several hours before anyone could help me and he would make an appointment. So that is his job? Goof of with other employees and make appointments? What a racket Apple has going. If my daughter didn't want an iPhone so much I wouldn't have anything to do with them.

After an atrocious wait time of almost 3 hours, I watched countless employees get verbally attacked by impatient customers. When it was my turn I was helped by Nicole who was a the biggest blessing to my day. She went above and beyond to help me and even when I was one of the last customers in the store (well past closing time) her and other employees worked tirelessly to help me resolve my phone issues. This store definitely makes you feel like a valued customer and if you can get past the wait time, they'll be sure to fix any issue.

It’s always hectic in here, but then which Apple store isn’t? I come here often to pick up Apple products that I need to survive in my daily life and business. I usually place orders online and just go into the store to pick it up, so I only talk to minimal people and spend very little time in there. But the fact that I usually can get in and out in under five minutes is actually pretty great. The staff here is generally very knowledgeable and willing to help you.

Was able to get an appointment for the next day. Did not have to wait long for Genius Bar staff member to assist me. Rob answered all my questions regarding settings and storage and was very helpful and was able to repair my computer. I am glad I went here instead of waiting a few days to go to the Oakbrook location.

Waiting time is disgusting. Apple support has gone down over the years. They have extra staff which just going around. Hire more TECHS who are actually providing the service/support. Took me 1 Hour 15 mins just to get a simple iphone trouble shooting done with tech.

This place is always such avoid, just go the next closest Genius Bar. Anywhere has to be more helpful than the Naperville location. There is a physical defect with my model of MacBook Air, Apple has announced they were doing free replacements for the part. My laptop has been affected by this defect so I took it in for repair, only to be told by this location that my laptop would not qualify for the free replacement due to the store I purchased my laptop from. I was quoted it would be only $300 less than what I paid for this entire laptop for the repairs. This did not seem quite right to me because this was a recall for a defect with my model, I had bought this laptop as new from a local retailer. I was able to get it repaired somewhere else, it was such a time waste waiting around here.

I called and bought my phone over the phone. Over 4 hours still no phone. Still waiting in the store. Nobody I talk to knows why its taking this long. I called apple support and they told me I might(might being the keyword) have it by tonight. The WORST customer service. Never dealing with them again

I walked in and was given a wait time of 90 minutes. After waiting 100 minutes in the store I checked in to see what the wait time was and was told it was going to be another 60 minutes. The whole time I was there there were technicians standing around not helping anybody. The staff seemed very inattentive and not once in the 100 minutes sitting in the store did the staff speak to me. So not being able to wait another 60 minutes I left. Parking is terrible at this location and I could only park there for 2 hours. 10 minutes after leaving I got a text that they were ready for me. You Gotta be kidding me. So I did not go back to the store. But I did try to call to file a complaint and then I could not get through the computer on the other line to talk to a real person. For a company that deals with communication they are awful at it

This Apple store was able to take my laptop in under warranty. I had a hairline crack out of nowhere and it ruined my screen. I did not cause the crack and their team was able to prove it and replace it. They also replaced my battery on top of that! I would recommend to take your Apple products to the Apple store before going elsewhere. The price was unbeatable. Don’t know if it was just lucky or if this is how it usually works, but I am highly satisfied

Wanted new phone, but they don’t sell a phone with a headphone jack anymore. I went back a few days later to buy a new case for my 6s, they don’t sell those anymore. The vast majority of cell phone owners have a case on their phone. Imagine if you took your 4 year old car back to the dealership that you bought it from for a maintenance thing. Then they just say nah, we don’t sell stuff for that anymore. Seeya. Well F you too, guess I have to learn how to use a stupid complicated android phone now.

Absolutely terrible service. I was passed around like a football and spoke to everyone but someone who could address my concerns. I had a customized MacBook Pro stolen and I filed a police report taking the initial steps in light of the recent event. I spoke to a senior member of the Apple team via phone who tried to schedule me an appointment to go into a flagship store, however we agreed that I could see someone faster then the available times for the next schedule appointment. I arrive at the Naperville location explaining that I had gotten off the phone with a company rep and the Apple associate tells me to go to the police as if I haven’t done so. I reiterate that I have filed the necessary reports and that I was specifically instructed to visit the nearest Apple store with my case number in my efforts to properly flag the serial number on the device. After seeing the third associate, he tells me that there’s nothing he can do or look into. Not once did anyone attempt to check into the case number. The product is always great until there is an issue. I watch the senior members at the Genius Bar simply stare at me towards the front. They were far quicker to make a sell then resolve an issue.

I'm sick of buying these apple products that are constantly having an issue. You spend x amount of money on somethting you expect it to work. All they can do is send the product out and it will geet back to you in about two weeks. That is not right. They have people in the back of the store fixing things and they simply cant fix one key on my key bored?? Terrible protocol!!!

I was greeted shortly after walking in the door. My goal was to purchase a Magic Keyboard with Num pad, and a Magic Trackpad 2 in grey. An associate pointed me to the products, and I grabbed them off the shelf myself. I returned to the original associate, who pointed me towards a different associate who had the ability to process my payment. Since I was only in to purchase accessories, I did not need an appointment, or require any assistance that required a set amount of time for training or troubleshooting. This was an easy purchase at an easy to find location.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about Apple. From their phone chat support to their in store Genius Bar support, they hands down give world class customer service. My Genius Bar Visit at the Naperville location today was no different. You can walk in frustrated about phone issues, but the upbeat friendly atmosphere accompanied with best in class service changes your mood for sure. Being in the telecommunications industry I know how hard it can be to maintain that level of customer service, so kudos to Apple. Great location to visit if you’re in need of sales service or repair. Great area to explore afterwards or while you wait as well. Some great food options, which is always a good thing.

I had tried completing a in store pick-up online and a verification text was sent out. Being I sold my phone the night before, I did not have access to texts. When I went to the store, I was told I needed my SIM card to activate with Verizon. He must have went and talked to two employees. Selling my phone I didn’t think to take the SIM, as I’ve always upgraded with Verizon stores. I met with the buyer and got my SIM card. When I went back to the store, I didn’t even need the old SIM. All they needed was the PIN on my account. Complete waste of time for myself and the buyer of my phone. Two days had gone by and wait time at the store wasted for nothing. What would they have done if the phone was lost or stolen? Asked that I get the SIM back too? More training of detailed situations like this needs to be completed.

I’ve had a couple bad experiences with this Apple store. I’ve had employees try to up sell me on MacBook Pro models when I came in and knew exactly what I wanted. Last year, I asked for a 38mm iWatch just to drive all the way home (45 Mom drive) to find out an employee actually sold me a 42mm. Well recently in the past week, the home button on my iPhone stopped working. I called Apple, and they said it would take over a week to get an appointment. The problem though, there was absolutely no way to unlock my phone without having a notification because there was no way to trigger the password screen otherwise. A few short days after that, my battery life has significantly decreased. I went to two Apple stores today, this being the first. The employee couldn’t make eye contact with me when he told me they were booked for the evening. Just stared straight out of the window. I’m not exactly sure why it takes these people so long to consult with customers. It’s even more frustrating calling any number to reach Apple because the minimum wait to speak to someone is right around a half hour. My battery life can’t support that and it’s pretty sad, 256g iPhone 7 Plus, less than a year old.

This should be a case study of how NOT to do customer service. I originally wanted to get my battery replaced due a slowdown and decreasing batter life on my iPhone 7. I will be going overseas in a week, and wanted to be sure that my phone could hold a charge for better than a day. Upon getting mine and my girlfriends phone back the employee with a backwards hat, and cheap earrings came out with her phone only, even though we said we would do them together. After waiting a while, he finally brought my phone back, but with some bad news. After making an inappropriate joke about my last name i tried getting my phone to work. Unfortunately, i lost everything and I could not scan my finger to unlock the new phone. He did give me a new phone, however it was completely dead. I tried to charge it, but was quickly reminded that the store closes in 10 mins. This new phone i just got has WORSE battery life than the one I traded in!!!! Jesus i spent $30 to get everything on my phone deleted, deal with a kid with a crooked backwards hat and cheap earrings, not be around to walk a customer through and troubleshoot any issues, and a new phone with a worse battery! It's pretty obvious this was just a recycled phone with a worse battery than my own. .Upon demanding my money back the manager said "We preformed the service, there is nothing we can do." I will not be paying anything and will fight this out with my credit card company. I used to love Apple Products, had a 3, a 5, and a 7, but it is quite obvious Apple does not care about me. I will be buying an Android ASAP. DON'T GO HERE ONE STAR IS TOO MANY.

Let’s talk staff, product knowledge and Ron. STAFF: On this visit, I just needed to spend some time while my pizza was being prepared for takeout. (It’s across the street. It happens.) Enter Ron. (A seasoned Apple Genius with current style.) This guy was cool! We discussed the Apple Watch Series 4. I’m a watch guy and I’ve been on the fence ever since this product launched. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Ron was well versed from FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. That matters to me. He’s definitely a people person. That matters more. I walked away feeling like the normal research I usually do, in this case, would not be necessary. And, I should probably head to Vegas soon for some boots. (Long story. Ask Ron!) The Verdict? Let’s just say an Apple Watch is definitely in my future, along with a trip to Vegas. Need I say more?

It’s always hectic in here, but then which Apple store isn’t? I come here often to pick up Apple products that I need to survive in my daily life and business. I usually place orders online and just go into the store to pick it up, so I only talk to minimal people and spend very little time in there. But the fact that I usually can get in and out in under five minutes is actually pretty great. The staff here is generally very knowledgeable and willing to help you.

This place is always such avoid, just go the next closest Genius Bar. Anywhere has to be more helpful than the Naperville location. There is a physical defect with my model of MacBook Air, Apple has announced they were doing free replacements for the part. My laptop has been affected by this defect so I took it in for repair, only to be told by this location that my laptop would not qualify for the free replacement due to the store I purchased my laptop from. I was quoted it would be only $300 less than what I paid for this entire laptop for the repairs. This did not seem quite right to me because this was a recall for a defect with my model, I had bought this laptop as new from a local retailer. I was able to get it repaired somewhere else, it was such a time waste waiting around here.

This Apple store was able to take my laptop in under warranty. I had a hairline crack out of nowhere and it ruined my screen. I did not cause the crack and their team was able to prove it and replace it. They also replaced my battery on top of that! I would recommend to take your Apple products to the Apple store before going elsewhere. The price was unbeatable. Don’t know if it was just lucky or if this is how it usually works, but I am highly satisfied

Wanted new phone, but they don’t sell a phone with a headphone jack anymore. I went back a few days later to buy a new case for my 6s, they don’t sell those anymore. The vast majority of cell phone owners have a case on their phone. Imagine if you took your 4 year old car back to the dealership that you bought it from for a maintenance thing. Absolutely terrible service. I was passed around like a football and spoke to everyone but someone who could address my concerns. I had a customized MacBook Pro stolen and I filed a police report taking the initial steps in light of the recent event. I spoke to a senior member of the Apple team via phone who tried to schedule me an appointment to go into a flagship store, however we agreed that I could see someone faster then the available times for the next schedule appointment. I arrive at the Naperville location explaining that I had gotten off the phone with a company rep and the Apple associate tells me to go to the police as if I haven’t done so. I reiterate that I have filed the necessary reports and that I was specifically instructed to visit the nearest Apple store with my case number in my efforts to properly flag the serial number on the device. After seeing the third associate, he tells me that there’s nothing he can do or look into. Not once did anyone attempt to check into the case number. The product is always great until there is an issue. I watch the senior members at the Genius Bar simply stare at me towards the front. They were far quicker to make a sell then resolve an issue.

For an Apple Store, this was a nice experience overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Un unknown wait time to both drop and pick up my phone (despite having a reservation), as well as not being able to simply call the store with a quick question before driving 1 hour to get there, drew the experience down some.

Feel like I’m stuck in a Samsung commercial. Dropped calls, conversations that are choppy, battery won’t hold charge. Going today for the 3rd time to try and solve the same issues I’ve been having. The first time they said try updates and if it doesn’t fix it, we will have to change your phone, which is under warranty. The second time they changed their mind and said now change the software and if that doesn’t work, we will have to change the phone. Let’s see what they come up with today. Like I said, exactly like the Samsung commercial.

I made a Genius Bar appt for 4:10 and was taken in right away. I had some issues with the screen of my X. After doing some diagnostics they found my screen needed replaced. i arrived there thinking my appt was today but it was actually tomorrow. One of the employees you check in with for your appt time squeezed me in for today anyhow. It was very crowded so I understoood there would be some sort of wait. I was seen by one of their “geniuses” within 20-25 min. I had destroyed my iPhone X but thanks to apple care I got a brand new one for $99. The employee who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. Parking in that area is trouble and so is the traffic.

What in the world happened to this Apple store? Worst customer service and respect I have ever encountered. It used to have employees that provided a premium and positive experience. This used to be my favorite Apple store where I went for anything and everything Apple. I currently live out of state and waited to purchase an Apple watch until I could purchase it from this specific Apple store, because I wanted it to be a good experience. It was the complete opposite of that. From the moment I walked in employees just kept funneling me to different people, none of which seemed like they wanted anything to do with me or wanted to help. None of them could answer my questions and instead would say “go ask …., over there” pointing me to someone, rather than walking me over or having them come to help me. I would cluelessly walk up to that employee and ask them the question and they would seem just as confused, asking who pushed me in their direction. When I FINALLY got assistance, I was ready to buy a watch and the incredibly arrogant salesman, Josh, was the most disrespectful individual I have encountered. I told him I wanted to buy an Apple watch. I am a professional female, working a full-time job and he had treated me like a child. Rather than speaking to me, he turned his back to me and spoke to my dad about the purchase I would be making. When he said the total, he told my dad the total and looked at his hand for the card. I proceeded to tell him it was me purchasing the watch in which, he turned to me and rolled his eyes. I gave him my card and in a very lazy manner – he swiped it. Out loud he said, “your card was declined”. Being caught off guard and now embarrassed, he proceeded to ask me if I had some sort of student ‘hold’ on the card… assuming I was a student. Calling my credit card company to figured out what was going on as to why this card got declined and they said it was due to a bad swipe. Call me crazy… but this completely arrogant and rude salesman set me up to be embarrassed . So, thank you for making something I was really looking forward to purchasing – the worst sales experience and human interaction I have had. I will never shop at this Apple store again and I will be sure to never recommend this place to another person. It was a complete waste of my time.

A great place to shop! I had bought my Macbook Pro online, but had some issues with it. So I came in to return it, and they gave me a new one. (The new one is working perfectly so far!) Dan helped me, and he was excellent. Very professional, and interested in helping me get what I needed. All of staff there were very helpful. I accidentally left a keyboard cover on my computer when I switched it so I called back about an hour later, and a manager answered right away. He located it immediately, and told me how to get it back. Definitely, coming back to Apple Main Place to buy products in the feature!

These people were nice but let me tell y’all sum/ I came to this location with my phone and I got accused of water damage knowing damn well my phone had not been no where near water, and they tried to get me to pay $400 for a phone replacement. Spent 2 1/2 hours here with my brother because he needed his phone replaced. He has Apple care and was covered BUT it was an absolute mad house here. Understaffed, absurdly over crowded(around 50 people in the store) , and very plain. There was barely room to move. (Might have even been breaking a fire code violation). But, in the end, his phone did get replaced at no extra charge. Taking over 2 hours for a process that litterally took 15 minutes once we were helped is inexcusable. I'm not knocking the employees because they were trying to get through all the customers in the store. Management should really consider hiring more employees or come up with a more streamlined solution.

Extremely disappointing. Made an appointment for Tuesday to get data transferred from my old MacBook to my new one. I was told when I made the appointment that I wouldn't have to leave my laptop there, that they would do the service same-day. I made sure to ask twice. When I got there (10 minutes early by the way), I waited 45 minutes just for a technician to check me in. After looking at my computer for 2 minutes, he told me they would have to keep it and they would call within 48 hours (by Thursday) for me to pick it up. My receipt also stated that they would contact me within 48 hours. I was already disappointed about this because I rely on my computer every day for work and asked multiple times when making the appointment, but I agreed anyway. I waited patiently through the weekend although it was VERY inconvenient to be without my laptop for multiple days at work, and still no word!! I called today (Sunday) and asked what was going on with my repair and they told me they were just about to call.... yeah right. They could not do the transfer. I was irritated after waiting 5 days for nothing... just a big waste of time. But I was even more irritated when I picked my laptop up and looked at the notes the techs made in my file regarding my laptop. They knew they couldn’t perform the file transfer on Thursday!! They forgot to call me. I could have saved so much time at work Thursday and Friday if I had my laptop. Terrible wait times even with an appointment, false promises, and lack of care from the staff. Truly disappointed.

Feel like I’m stuck in a Samsung commercial. Dropped calls, conversations that are choppy, battery won’t hold charge. Going today for the 3rd time to try and solve the same issues I’ve been having. The first time they said try updates and if it doesn’t fix it, we will have to change your phone, which is under warranty. The second time they changed their mind and said now change the software and if that doesn’t work, we will have to change the phone. Let’s see what they come up with today. Like I said, exactly like the Samsung commercial.

i arrived there thinking my appt was today but it was actually tomorrow. One of the employees you check in with for your appt time squeezed me in for today anyhow. It was very crowded so I understoood there would be some sort of wait. I was seen by one of their “geniuses” within 20-25 min. I had destroyed my iPhone X but thanks to apple care I got a brand new one for $99. The employee who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. What in the world happened to this Apple store? Worst customer service and respect I have ever encountered. It used to have employees that provided a premium and positive experience. This used to be my favorite Apple store where I went for anything and everything Apple. I currently live out of state and waited to purchase an Apple watch until I could purchase it from this specific Apple store, because I wanted it to be a good experience. It was the complete opposite of that. From the moment I walked in employees just kept funneling me to different people, none of which seemed like they wanted anything to do with me or wanted to help. None of them could answer my questions and instead would say “go ask …., over there” pointing me to someone, rather than walking me over or having them come to help me. I would cluelessly walk up to that employee and ask them the question and they would seem just as confused, asking who pushed me in their direction. When I FINALLY got assistance, I was ready to buy a watch and the incredibly arrogant salesman, Josh, was the most disrespectful individual I have encountered. I told him I wanted to buy an Apple watch. I am a professional female, working a full-time job and he had treated me like a child. Rather than speaking to me, he turned his back to me and spoke to my dad about the purchase I would be making. When he said the total, he told my dad the total and looked at his hand for the card. I proceeded to tell him it was me purchasing the watch in which, he turned to me and rolled his eyes. I gave him my card and in a very lazy manner – he swiped it. Out loud he said, “your card was declined”. Being caught off guard and now embarrassed, he proceeded to ask me if I had some sort of student ‘hold’ on the card… assuming I was a student. Calling my credit card company to figured out what was going on as to why this card got declined and they said it was due to a bad swipe. Call me crazy… but this completely arrogant and rude salesman set me up to be embarrassed . So, thank you for making something I was really looking forward to purchasing – the worst sales experience and human interaction I have had. I will never shop at this Apple store again and I will be sure to never recommend this place to another person. It was a complete waste of my time.

Terrible customer service. Avoid this store for Genius Bar appts at all costs. As Apple corporate will tell you the local managment has all the decision making power and corporate stays out of it, this managment team is the worst. On 2 separate occasions had issues with managers. First occasion a 1year replacement was denied as they said we damaged the charging port using unapproved chargers. Not the case. Come to my house and see all the Apple chargers. Second time: made appt for screen replacement. I was there on time had to walk around and interrupt 2 employees talking to get myself checked in. After 10 min I reached out to another employee to see why I hadn’t been helped yet. Of course he said I was next. 5 more min employee came. Small talk, and check in process. Then tells me phone cannot be fixed today as they close in an hour. Not my problem. Hire more techs. Website should not have allowed me to make an appt for a screen repair 1:10 before close if they can’t do it. I will never patronize this location and will be getting rid of all Apple product. It’s a scam.

Not a good experience. Took my iPhone 7 to this place. The phone was not running on. They said, I had to buy a new phone as the charging port is not working. Wasted my one hour. I took the same phone to UBreakiFix across the street. They cleaned the charging port (free of charge) and it started working. Will never trust Apple technicians again.

I frequent this particular store for one reason or another couple times a week for the last eight years. The staff changes quite a bit, more than one would think, but they’re efficient and consistent. I don’t always like how the issue is handled, but the vast majority the time, I’m being taken care of promptly and I’m being treated fairly. In general, I shop at more retail stores than I should ... If half the companies had half the commitment to excellence in their product as Apple does and if third of those companies provided the same training and oversight of their employees once they’re trained, we’d all be a lot happier.

My son has an iPhone 6. His battery was failing him. We initially checked out the Apple store naturally, $30 + tax to replace. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen, tech checks out the phone tells my son it needs a new battery and that they had to schedule the repair. We had to come back, another time, wait in line and wait for a tech to check us in so they could replace the battery....then the tech says there is a very slight bend in the case and they were going to refuse to do the battery replacement. The first tech just "didn't notice it". Right. After they lured us back for the battery replacement, after telling us there was a slight bend....our only option was to upgrade to a new phone. SCAM...how convenient for them to lure you in like that only to try and upsell. Leaving feeling very discouraged and having wasted 2 trips and 2 hours of wait time we decided to check out Batteries Plus down the road. Walk in, tell the tech what we just experienced and he said he could take care of it in 1/2 hour and was not concerned about the bend. We went across the street, got a sandwich and hung out for 1/2 hour and came back to a perfectly new battery in a phone that works now just fine. Yes we paid $20 more but you obviously get what you pay for, great service. The Apple team handled this all wrong and lost a customer who will make sure others are aware of their tactics.

So I bought something online while in another apple store to pick up at this one because it was in stock. I understand that online orders are processed when store gets the notification but if no one looks at it no one is going to process it. So instead of me going to to store to buying my item, I bought online like they insisted since it would be easier. Maybe it's convenient for them but not for me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I went here about 2 months ago for a Apple Watch trade in and had no problems. I just walked out of the same store fuming. I went to trade in my 8s Plus and they told me they could only give me $100 for a perfectly working phone with a tiny chip in the screen that doesn’t affect the phone at all. I have traded multiple phones in here before with cracks and all and I’ve gotten full value for it. I am extremely upset with how I was treated today.

Apple is highly effective in positioning their products and services as top of the line. Unfortunately, they have failed to deliver in both categories during all of my visits to their stores. The Apple store showcases mass market products that are available at less crowded retailers for a lower cost. Some retailers can justify higher prices by offering superior customer service, but this is another area where Apple falls flat. Apple has a reputation of providing exceptional customer service, and I applaud them for manipulating customers into thinking that the service they are receiving is personalized and beyond expectation by using cleverly worded scripts and behaviors. In reality, Apple is at best equal with their competitors when it comes to actual services being delivered; they are simply better at establishing the illusion of superiority. During a recent visit to the Apple store, I brought in a device that posed a serious risk to my safety. The employees had clearly been trained at how to react to the specific issue that occurred and did so in a robotic, inhuman manner. Not only did they downplay the seriousness of the event and blame me, they also aggressively tried to sell me a new device. The employees flat out admitted that no changes were made to prevent the same safety issue from occurring again. I understand that Apple exists solely to make a profit, but would it really cost them anything to treat their customers like intelligent human beings? A trip to the Apple store is about as pleasant as a trip to the car dealership. At least car dealerships in theory know the importance of making the customer feel respected. If there's one adjective that describes the Apple store, it is uncomfortable. This adjective applies equally to the customers as it does to the employees. Every Apple employee I've ever interacted with has clearly undergone a moral dilemma between following the company sanctioned act of never admitting fault and realizing that all products have flaws. I will be escalating my concerns about the safety of Apple products to the appropriate channels. Regarding the Apple store, all I can say is that it does a great disservice to the industry as a whole. The Apple store did not have to fix my defective device, but they also did not have to leave a sour taste in my mouth.

I love Apple as much as the net guy. But the concept for their stores is a nightmare. Every time I come here on the weekends or evenings, it’s absolute chaos. It really feels like a big mess and no one knows what’s going on. A few people greet you and then ask you to have a seat somewhere and then the waiting game begins. Expect to wait for a long time. At least you can check out the products on the tables. I also came here for the genius bar to get my battery replaced on my iPhone. The first time I came here they told me I was not eligible. But I come in a few months later and the do it with no question. I’m glad they did but kind of wished they did it the first time. If apples stores were designed like their products, I wouldn’t be complaining. But there is a huge disconnect between the two.

Today I went to Apple to solve a simple problem of my phone having hardware issues within its display, which I was still under my year warranty and also an Apple Care subscriber. Long story short, this location made me wait an hour and fifteen minutes to speak to a representative to then be told that it would take another 2 hours to actually have the phone looked at. After nearly four hours of waiting for my phone, I am then told my phone is not covered due to having a screen replaced THROUGH MY CARRIER SPRINT. I then said what about the fact that I have apple care and am still under a warranty, yet still I had to come out of pocket by nearly $200. This store is horrible at handling issues and is not very good with its time management, I will never visit such a location. If I could give under one star I most definitely would.

Believe it or not they gave me a 4 hour waiting time. I returned to the store after 4 hours. When you reach precisely at your appointment time they let you sit and wait in the “genius bar “. I waited additional 30 minutes in there.The guy then came to me and asked what the issue was I said the touchscreen wasn’t working properly. He backed up my phone and restarted it, the issue was still there so he came up with a “genius solution “. He told me trade in my iPhone 6s and the store will give me a generous $200 credit which I could use to buy the new iPhone X. Which is priced at $1100. I would still need to pay $900 because the store was giving me $200 for my phone. I wasted an entire day to get my phone backed up and restarted. Would never go back there. Switching to Samsung now.

As Apple corporate will tell you the local managment has all the decision making power and corporate stays out of it, this managment team is the worst. On 2 separate occasions had issues with managers. First occasion a 1year replacement was denied as they said we damaged the charging port using unapproved chargers. Not the case. Come to my house and see all the Apple chargers. Second time: made appt for screen replacement. I was there on time had to walk around and interrupt 2 employees talking to get myself checked in. After 10 min I reached out to another employee to see why I hadn’t been helped yet. Of course he said I was next. 5 more min employee came. Small talk, and check in process. Then tells me phone cannot be fixed today as they close in an hour. Not my problem. Hire more techs. Website should not have allowed me to make an appt for a screen repair 1:10 before close if they can’t do it. I will never patronize this location and will be getting rid of all Apple product. It’s a scam.

Not a good experience. Took my iPhone 7 to this place. The phone was not running on. They said, I had to buy a new phone as the charging port is not working. Wasted my one hour. I took the same phone to UBreakiFix across the street. They cleaned the charging port (free of charge) and it started working. Will never trust Apple technicians again.

I frequent this particular store for one reason or another couple times a week for the last eight years. The staff changes quite a bit, more than one would think, but they’re efficient and consistent. I don’t always like how the issue is handled, but the vast majority the time, I’m being taken care of promptly and I’m being treated fairly. In general, I shop at more retail stores than I should ... If half the companies had half the commitment to excellence in their product as Apple does and if third of those companies provided the same training and oversight of their employees once they’re trained, we’d all be a lot happier.

My son has an iPhone 6. His battery was failing him. We initially checked out the Apple store naturally, $30 + tax to replace. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen, tech checks out the phone tells my son it needs a new battery and that they had to schedule the repair. We had to come back, another time, wait in line and wait for a tech to check us in so they could replace the battery....then the tech says there is a very slight bend in the case and they were going to refuse to do the battery replacement. The first tech just "didn't notice it". Right. After they lured us back for the battery replacement, after telling us there was a slight bend....our only option was to upgrade to a new phone. SCAM...how convenient for them to lure you in like that only to try and upsell. Leaving feeling very discouraged and having wasted 2 trips and 2 hours of wait time we decided to check out Batteries Plus down the road. Walk in, tell the tech what we just experienced and he said he could take care of it in 1/2 hour and was not concerned about the bend. We went across the street, got a sandwich and hung out for 1/2 hour and came back to a perfectly new battery in a phone that works now just fine. Yes we paid $20 more but you obviously get what you pay for, great service. The Apple team handled this all wrong and lost a customer who will make sure others are aware of their tactics.

They tried to charged me taxes 3 difrent times and they couldn’t even tell me why , all they keep saying that’s how Apple does .. so I went to Best Buy and bought the same phone and only paid taxes once .. it’s like some people who work for Apple are blind and just follow blindly.. don’t get me wrong I think Apple is a great products ..

1st time I came to this center and it was a very nice experience. A smily person received me and gave me a friendly welcome with the classic "how can I help you". After expressing him my interest in macbook pro computers, I was referred to an expert in that field who kindly answered to all of my questions about it (I didn't know anything about those comps but researching them). Finally, after "I"ll be back"", I felt happy and more willing to do the investment in such wonderful laptop. Thank you guys!

So I bought something online while in another apple store to pick up at this one because it was in stock. I understand that online orders are processed when store gets the notification but if no one looks at it no one is going to process it. So instead of me going to to store to buying my item, I bought online like they insisted since it would be easier. Maybe it's convenient for them but not for me. It takes 20 mins for me to get to the store but I had to wait 3 hours to get my computer. When I asked if they could check on the order I was immediately told "No, you have to wait for the email."

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I went here about 2 months ago for a Apple Watch trade in and had no problems. I just walked out of the same store fuming. I went to trade in my 8s Plus and they told me they could only give me $100 for a perfectly working phone with a tiny chip in the screen that doesn’t affect the phone at all. I have traded multiple phones in here before with cracks and all and I’ve gotten full value for it. I am extremely upset with how I was treated today.

Apple is highly effective in positioning their products and services as top of the line. Unfortunately, they have failed to deliver in both categories during all of my visits to their stores. The Apple store showcases mass market products that are available at less crowded retailers for a lower cost. Some retailers can justify higher prices by offering superior customer service, but this is another area where Apple falls flat. Apple has a reputation of providing exceptional customer service, and I applaud them for manipulating customers into thinking that the service they are receiving is personalized and beyond expectation by using cleverly worded scripts and behaviors. In reality, Apple is at best equal with their competitors when it comes to actual services being delivered; they are simply better at establishing the illusion of superiority. During a recent visit to the Apple store, I brought in a device that posed a serious risk to my safety. The employees had clearly been trained at how to react to the specific issue that occurred and did so in a robotic, inhuman manner. Not only did they downplay the seriousness of the event and blame me, they also aggressively tried to sell me a new device. The employees flat out admitted that no changes were made to prevent the same safety issue from occurring again. I understand that Apple exists solely to make a profit, but would it really cost them anything to treat their customers like intelligent human beings? A trip to the Apple store is about as pleasant as a trip to the car dealership. At least car dealerships in theory know the importance of making the customer feel respected. If there's one adjective that describes the Apple store, it is uncomfortable. This adjective applies equally to the customers as it does to the employees. Every Apple employee I've ever interacted with has clearly undergone a moral dilemma between following the company sanctioned act of never admitting fault and realizing that all products have flaws. I will be escalating my concerns about the safety of Apple products to the appropriate channels. Regarding the Apple store, all I can say is that it does a great disservice to the industry as a whole. The Apple store did not have to fix my defective device, but they also did not have to leave a sour taste in my mouth.

I love Apple as much as the net guy. But the concept for their stores is a nightmare. Every time I come here on the weekends or evenings, it’s absolute chaos. It really feels like a big mess and no one knows what’s going on. A few people greet you and then ask you to have a seat somewhere and then the waiting game begins. Expect to wait for a long time. At least you can check out the products on the tables. I also came here for the genius bar to get my battery replaced on my iPhone. The first time I came here they told me I was not eligible. But I come in a few months later and the do it with no question. I’m glad they did but kind of wished they did it the first time. If apples stores were designed like their products, I wouldn’t be complaining. But there is a huge disconnect between the two.

Today I went to Apple to solve a simple problem of my phone having hardware issues within its display, which I was still under my year warranty and also an Apple Care subscriber. Long story short, this location made me wait an hour and fifteen minutes to speak to a representative to then be told that it would take another 2 hours to actually have the phone looked at. After nearly four hours of waiting for my phone, I am then told my phone is not covered due to having a screen replaced THROUGH MY CARRIER SPRINT. I then said what about the fact that I have apple care and am still under a warranty, yet still I had to come out of pocket by nearly $200. This store is horrible at handling issues and is not very good with its time management, I will never visit such a location. If I could give under one star I most definitely would.

Why do people love this place? SO Crowded with adoring customers (thou I am not a fan.... ) I stood aside as my hub & excited daughter did there thing - until I heard “oh your (old) Apple phone is bent” (detrimental to trade-in)... How can a phone bend? It is seriously as flat as a pancake! Maybe cuz it’s an Apple? Maybe it’s cuz the rather rude Apple rep woke up on the wrong side-of bed... idk Well we won our trade-in in the end so that’s good. I’ll stick with Best Buy or the ATT store;-)

I was concerned after seeing a number of negative reviews but my experience was excellent. Made my service appointment on line. Was met and checked in at the store upon entry. My battery was replaced and out in less than 45 minutes. I’m happy

Believe it or not they gave me a 4 hour waiting time. I returned to the store after 4 hours. When you reach precisely at your appointment time they let you sit and wait in the “genius bar “. I waited additional 30 minutes in there.The guy then came to me and asked what the issue was I said the touchscreen wasn’t working properly. He backed up my phone and restarted it, the issue was still there so he came up with a “genius solution “. He told me trade in my iPhone 6s and the store will give me a generous $200 credit which I could use to buy the new iPhone X. Which is priced at $1100. I would still need to pay $900 because the store was giving me $200 for my phone. I wasted an entire day to get my phone backed up and restarted. Would never go back there. Switching to Samsung now.
