This guy -- red hair and beard -- is a thief! I think his name is john. He wanted to charge me potentially hundreds of dollars for fixing a "no sound" issue. He was arrogant and challenged me to go elsewhere if I didn't like what he was saying. I did go elsewhere and got the laptop fixed in one day for $40.00. I will never do business with him again!

Charged me $50 to tell me the case had damage and he had to rebuild the whole laptop because he couldnt test anything after the power jack. Dont believe he even opened it up. Would have been fine if he had a straight awnser to why it wouldnt power on anymore but no all he was looking to do was sell me something off the shelf.
