Alisha was amazing and provided excellent customer service. She explained the plans and never tried to "upsale" me. I had some problems with spectrum at the beginning and she handled all of the customer service with them and made my life and experience SO much better. Was helping in picking out not only the right plan but also the appropriate equipment. Also explained the fine print and how the charges change with time and with any upgrades. Tom and his crew did an amazing job with data cabling installation for us at our new business location. We were under a tight deadline, which they graciously accommodated. Tom was very thorough and informative while creating our bid, he even called and asked follow up questions and made great suggestions we hadn't considered. After seeing other google reviews, we decided to stop by and talk to Adam. Not only did he save us money on our internet service, I had him clean up one of our computers, that was running very slow. He came out, installed the new internet, made sure all devices were working on the WIFI. He cleaned up the slow computer, downloaded Windows 10 and was very reasonably priced! Internet and Computer all working great. I highly recommend this business. Thanks Adam!

This company has served me so well! My internet provider is Frontier. Intechtel basically deals with Frontier so that I don't have to. I had a direct line to Alisha and always got her when I called. She knew me and knew my account. Anytime I needed anything, she dealt with it. The headache of setting up and releasing internet service is gone through Intechtel! I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

I never write reviews usually but . The tech that was sent made a minor mistake so There was some trouble with my setup. but the guy's Adam and Jake, (the ones I had dealt with) there at intechtel were awesome guys . Very helpful, very knowledgeable, very nice and went out of their way to come to my house after there scheduled times to fix my router issues. It took a while to figure out but they wouldn't leave until they were sure it was all set up correctly. These other service providers should take notes from these guys . 5 stars earned in my book.

Incredible experience. Just relocated my software engineering company to the area and Intechtel was an amazing resource to us for all of our networking and communication needs. Though I actually never was able to obtain service through Intechtel - they were wonderful to work with! I as working with Alisha - and she provided exceptional service. We attempted to get service through Frontier - who said that they had service to our home - but when the tech came out to install - they found that they couldn't (yet). Supposedly they are going to do some "Engineering" and may have service in a month... we don't really want to have to deal with our kids without internet over the holidays... I mean... We'd actually have to parent them. EAKS! (kidding of course). We're going to work with Intermax for a year and reanalyze next year when Frontier gets their act together. I will DEFIANTLY be contacting Alisha next year. Thanks for the exceptional service!

I would give these guys a 10 if I could. You get internet from anywhere. Its the customer service that stands out. These guys are there, even on Sundays to find solutions to inevitable problems. I would recommend them to anyone, personal or business. They handle things one on one with the client, so the customer does not have to spend all day caught up in some corporate voice over telephone system only to get a human an hour later who has no idea what to do. THey set up my home office system and have dealt with numerous problems (no fault of theirs) over the past year. Staying with these guys is a no brainer.

I had the GREATEST customer support experience with Andrew at Intechtel today. He answered my technical questions directly and quickly. He searched for the answers he didn't know and promptly informed me if the information wasn't available. So refreshing! The built-in chat on the website was easy to use and everything is spelled out in plain English on their website. I didn't have to hunt and search for pricing! I'm currently a begrudging customer of Spectrum, but I will be switching to Intechtel as soon as possible. A+, 10 out of 10!

Had a computer blue screen. I looked around online for computer repair shops and due to the review ratings they have, I called them. While the price they quoted for troubleshooting was not the cheapest price I was quoted, I decided to go with them. I am happy to say that I received what I feel is a value far in excess of the slightly higher troubleshooting fee. They not only fixed it fast but did a few other extra things to help it run cooler and better. There was a short in a networking card causing it to crash (bluescreen) and not reboot. James identified the issue, called me and asked how I connected to my internet (I told him by ether cable - it’s faster) and then told me that unless I wanted another wireless network card, that I don’t need, my computer is ready to go. It was all covered under the original trouble shooting fee. I’m sharing this long version to emphasize that they did not try to sell me anything I did not need and that is what I can appreciate about their integrity. I thank all of you very much!
