I called to ask a question about my computer and they answered it with the information I needed, hence the 3 stars, but the customer service sucked. You don't end the conversation with "c u" and hang up. He also seemed pretty frustrated which caused me to feel like I needed to defend myself. There should be a " thanks for calling and if you have anymore questions feel free to call and we would be happy to look at your device." I want to see this service thrive and I want to give them I better review but if the customer service sucks... count me out. Sorry and I will be praying for this business. God Bless.

This computer repair store is awesome in every way. My old HP desktop computer gave up the ghost and I took in in to the Four Corners Guys and they quickly found the problem, gave me some excellent repair or replace options. I elected to replace my old HP and Four Corners gave me a killer deal on a refurbished Dell desktop, they transferred all of my old computer's data for me, and my new refurbished machine is working better than my old one ever did. A couple days later another one of my desktop computers quit working and the Four Corners guys fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with how the Four Corners Computer Center has treated me, of their skill at repairing my older computers, their offering of very good used equipment at great prices, their speed of service, and their location is amazingly easy to get to (on the SW corner of Milwaukee and Fairview). The Four Corners Computer Store is Five Stars all the way!!!

The guy at the pawn shop around the corner directed me here after bad service, and thank god. I was treated so much better upon walking into Four Corners. A handsome young man greeted me kindly and when I told him I had some monitors I was hoping to sell, he went to the back and got Dave (who I assume to be the owner). Dave and the young man both helped me with the process, were professional and courteous, and gave me a good price for what I wanted. So quick and easy- I'm very happy I stumbled upon this place and had good luck. Dave was a very nice guy and seems to run his business well. Very appreciated- thanks guys.

I was having issues with a computer crashing while playing a game and doing other miscellaneous things. Took it in. Got charged 80 dollars and they advised me the problem was resolved with a resetting of components and a windows restore. A few days later the problem starts happening again. Took it back in. They said it was a video card. Bought a 600 dollar video card from them. 10 min into a game computer crashes. Took it back and they held onto it for a day. Says the problem is with the mother board. They do not carry motherboards and cannot install them. So now i question if the problem really is the motherboard based on my previous experience. What a way to spend $80.

Liars and thieves. I would not trust anything they say. I purchased a video card from them and the card they sold me was used. When I called them they tried to blame it on me, but eventually agreed to let me return it.

The staff was very patient with my 12 year old son. He build a gaming computer and the wiring was not complete. They fixed his errors and explained what they did. Wiring looks amazing now. Would highly recommend them. Very helpful and professional.

Brought my laptop in for a screen replacement, I was told they could order a new screen and it would cost $140 and would take a week to fix, a week goes by and no update or phone call, I call and speak to Jaron and he very rudely tells me the part was more expensive and it would now be $170, but the part would be there tomorrow, I call for three days and they haven't got the part yet, finally after having my laptop for 10 days I get a call that the part came in, but unfortunately it is the wrong part and they would have to reorder and now it would be $300, what a joke. I ask if they will pay for overnight shipping to the get the screen and get this resolved and come to find out they can't because they order their parts off ebay! They do not use manufacture issued parts! It would take another week and $300 to do a simple screen replacement, I picked up my laptop and am getting it fixed elsewhere. Jaron should be fired, the way he treated and lied to me is unacceptable. I will never do business here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid these scam artists.

Lazy service. Drove all the way over there from Meridian to buy a new drive. Asked tech to test my old drive first but he wouldn't do it because he was going to close in 10 minutes. Would have taken 5. Waste of my time and they just lost a customer. 12/11/18 After reading the thoughtful response from the owner, I'm changing my rating. We all have off days but I really like the way he handled this. Thanks for taking a look at the situation.

Dropped off work system to have HDD cloned to SSD and installed. Person at counter made notation, quite ominously, that the clone could fail and everything might be lost. (I've worked IT personally and know this is a possibility) However, the person behind the counter stated it like an evil Disney villain. This left an odd taste in my mouth but my supervisor had made this appointment so I just dropped it off. Someone called my supervisor the next day and stated that they couldn't work on the system at all because the fan for the CPU wasn't working. (This was already known by my organization) Supervisor said they couldn't have the system out of service for 1.5weeks + so asked if they would be open the following day, Sunday, to which the person on the phone said yes, drop by anytime and you can pick it up. They are closed Sunday's and always have been; which my supervisor discovered when they showed up to find the shop closed. I come to pick up the system Monday and was greeted with a $40.00 Diagnostic charge that I wasn't told about nor did I approve. Person at counter says they cannot install the SSD because the fan doesn't work and if the fan doesn't work the SSD will not work. (FYI that is not how it works at all; and is clearly someone trying to pull the wool over my eye's assuming I'm the average user that wouldn't know the difference). Then service person went on stating that they had to use diagnosis software to be able to determine that the fan wasn't working, etc. I then stated so they didn't just turn on the system, see the FAN NOT WORKING error that appears every single time you turn on the system and turned it off thinking that it would be an easy way to squeeze $40.00 out of the customer? Service person began back peddling about a service charge and it should've been explained at drop off, which it wasn't nor was anything said about any kind of charge other than the cost to clone the drives and install it, At this point I was getting upset and raised my voice in exclaiming that I would not pay 40.00 for a service they didn't provide. At this point the other worker on the floor approached the service desk, looked at the work order, threw it aside, picked up my laptop and handed it to me saying "Have a good day". Well NEVER RETURN to this place and will WARN EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER GO THERE. Scammers and Thieves the lot of them. These types of business's are exactly why I continue to help friends and family for FREE with their systems so they don't have to get screwed over by a terrible business like this.

This is terrible! I brought my laptop in yesterday in hope of getting it fixed. They called saying they couldn't fix it because of a HARDWARE problem and said it would cost $250 or more to replace... I didn't agree to that and paid $40 for the diagnosis fee then left. I later found out that IT WASN'T EVEN DIAGNOSED CORRECTLY!! I received my laptop back today, called Toshiba and they helped me figure out the problem and IT WAS THE OPERATING SYSTEM, NOT THE HARDWARE!!! I paid $40 worth of diagnosis fee and IT WASN'T EVEN A CORRECT DIAGNOSIS....I want my $ back....

They always do a great job for me. I have had some bad luck with my computers (at least that's what I tell myself), and they have always thoroughly fixed the issues I have run into. The last one was an issue with the secondary processor of my video card. Who would have thought to check THAT! These guys. That's who. Great jobs guys! You can't go wrong with these guys.

I had a desktop that was running so slow that it was unusable, and a PC that was almost as bad. I took both of them into Four Corners and they diagnosed them the same day I dropped them off, and had them repaired within two days. They were up front with their low fees, called me to let me know the issues and the total cost prior to repairing them, and was charged exactly what they quoted me. Both machines are now running perfect, and I will definitely give them all of my future business if needed. Four Corners provides excellent and fast service, and the fees are low compared to other places within the market.

I"d been using another repair business in town with some success, until this last repair. It was clear to me that they were now using inferior parts - the repaired screen was flickering and getting worse and the proximity sensor wasn't working. I had given them 4 chances to make it right. I was referred to Four Corner Repair - James came to my office very quickly and made the repair on site! I'm super pleased and will be referring all my future repair work to them. DO NOT TRUST this business with your devices. I was lied to three times each time I called the price of my repair went up. I was told by the lady that works there the power cord was 15 dollars then told by the owner of the store it was 49 , he told me I signed paperwork stating my device would be recycled after 46 days and then when I asked for a copy of what I signed he was unwilling to provide that proof and turned it into “it’s posted in the store” there are much better repair centers and I wish I would have done my research these people are way over priced.

Every time I have been in I have been conned out of money. Today I went in and was lied to straight to my face I was told that because a restore would be to hard I wouldn't get much. I was offered $40 for a 6 week old computer that had been used for 6 hours. I preceded to go home and restore the computer my self. Don't go in they are con artists.

Terrible experience. Dropped a phone off to them before noon on a Friday. Needed a cracked screen replaced. They called back on Saturday morning to tell us the phone was ready to go. Picked up the phone on the way out of town. We got to Garden Valley before we noticed the charge port was not aligned properly and would not charge. Drove back from Garden Valley to have it checked out. He opened it up and told us he could not fix it. He was going to order parts and call us when the parts come in (typically 2 days). Also told us he would talk to his Samsung tech and see if it could be repaired without replacing parts. Told us he would call if they could fix it. Didn't hear anything, called them back at 4:30 P.M. on Wednesday. Tech told us we should have brought it back on Monday for him to look at it. They loaned us a wireless charger but it won't charge through the case. The phone is scotch taped together and is hard to get out of the case (the case is holding the phone together). So my wife has a phone that won't charge and is held together by scotch tape. Not impressed. Then some how the employee found a way to blame us for his mistakes. Sorry, there are too many places that offer the same services, so I will find a new place to service our phones and computers. By the way we still have a phone that we can't charge and is taped together.

Very professional, very fair prices, and very fast turnaround. I have had 3 dealings with them, and been very pleased each time. The last time I brought my All in one desktop in because it was running so slow - the front desk took very good notes of the problem (she is also very knowledgeable in computers) and indicated that they try to get it done in 48 hours. It was a work machine so I was hoping for a 1 day turnaround, and they were able to pull it off and my machine was back and running much better and for a very reasonable price. Will recommend to others and go back with other problems.

After getting water on my mac, I took it into this place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had my computer diagnosed with in 2 days and even though it couldn't be repaired, they were more than happy to transfer my data onto a refurbished computer at their store. They gave me a 2 year warranty through the apple store and transferred the data for free! Thanks a bunch

My laptop was obviously broken beyond easy repair, but I just wanted to get a 2nd opinion. I'm perfectly capable of fixing my own computer problems. All the parts were brand new, and I had plans for them. So I signed the paperwork, left it, and got the answer that I was expecting, that they couldn't repair it. So, it's now a broken laptop. Knowing that they wouldn't keep broken parts very long, I called and left a message that I would be by to pay them for the diagnostic, and asked them not to throw it away. I specifically asked them not to throw anything away on the voicemail. I get back from my two week vacation, and they had done just that. They said that it was in the contract that it was theirs after 45 days. What they needed with a broken laptop, I don't know. I imagine they used it for parts like a Chinese prisoner. I was 4 days late, and apparently, a voicemail won't stop them from tossing stuff. I added a star because they at least had the decency of backing up the hard drive to a DVD-R.

However the gentlemen told me about Four Corners Repair Center on Milwaukee and said that he had heard good things about them so I ventured a try. The results were outstanding!!! Our computer started to slow down. One Sunday morning we awoke and found our computer screen was solid black with the words' "hard drive error". We unplugged the unit for one hour and started it back up. It ran fine for the remainder of the day, still slow. The next morning the black screen was back. We called Four Corners as they are rated very high on Angie's List. I spoke with a tech at length over the phone. He listened to the problem and communicated to me the computer's hard drive was likely failing. He quoted me prices for various levels correction. We delivered the computer to the store on Monday morning, December 14, 2015. I spoke to the same employee as I had earlier on the phone. They told me they anticipated the turn around time for the repair should be two days. On Tuesday afternoon they contacted us and conveyed the computer was repaired and ready for pick up. Computer savvy people out there probably know swapping hard drives isn't very difficult if one knows what they are doing, obviously we don't. Due to our ineptness at all things computer technical we opted to pay Four Corners to save all existing electronic files from the old hard drive, replace the old hard drive with a new one, re-install existing folders/files and finally re-configure the computer to look and respond like it did prior to the hard drive failure. The quoted price was just above $200. We don't know if that is high or low, but we are very pleased with what we received. I will continue to use Four Corners for all our computer issues. We also intend to purchase our college bound daughter a laptop from here. They have/had units similar to what Costco has/had, for less, plus they are there for IT support.

I have been meaning to write this review. So, it is a few weeks but here goes. Jared (I think) and his receptionist were very friendly and answered my questions. I already had the problem with my computer identified and (once again not sure his name) Jared did not push anything else on me besides recomendations. I went to Geek Squad, who I previously always went to, and (shorthand) told me to buy a new computer fan and then told me the fan I bought (the model they said) did not fit my computer. I eventually went to this place and was told not only does the fan fit my computer but it is a pretty good fan for the work I do on it. Anyways . . . This company hit all the right buttons for me and I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Please consider this company.

Today I purchased a monitor that it turned out I couldn't use. The owner was very kind to let me return it a few minutes later because we realized it had a serial port. I went back later to get a LAN cord and told him we had another monitor that is also a serial, and I asked him if he wanted it. He did, and when I went to pay for the cord, he wouldn't let me. Seriously nice guy! I'll go to him again when I need something else computer related! Go see him, you won't regret it.
