Connect2Geek is great. No more waiting around the office for a tech to show up. I have used their service before it was Connect2Geek when we shared space in an office. My office is now virtual and Connect2Geek just logs into my PC's and does their magic. Since they don't have to charge me a trip charge, their fees are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Glen provided amazing customer service. The charge port to my work computer broke and when I spoke to Glen he said he would try to help make it work while we were waiting for the part. Unfortunately he was unable to get it to work; however, he got the part quickly and had it working in no time. When dropping it off or picking it up he personally walked the computer out to me so I did not even have to go in. I highly recommend him and will bring any computer issue to him in the future.
