I had a bad experience with 765 tech. Long story short, I brought my computer in with problems with the hard drive and power jack. They couldn't fix the problems with the computer and I took it to someone else who was able to fix it. Naturally, I was under the impression that 765 tech was trying to up sale me on parts or a new computer that wasn't needed since the new person was able to fix it so quickly. I wrote a very horrible review and tried to call the owner but he wasn't there so decided to just leave it at the review. I had the owner Tyler reply to my review with his own. I replied with another review of my own. After all that, I had the technician that worked on my computer contacted me. I came to believe that the technician was not trying to up sale me but just couldn't fix the problems with the computer. We both apologized and I am sorry for what I said about the technician. I am still unhappy with the owner for not investigating the first review with his technicians and having to write a second review, that was taken down, in order to get a response and apology from the technician. I still haven't had an apology from the owner and I still can't find them on the Better Business Bureau...

It's not hard for me to give a 5 star plus review. I had a new system installed in May of 2015. Last night the system stopped working. I called this morning and explained that it was a super important computer and need it fixed as fast as possible. I spoke to Harrison and he had Tyler come out within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and had the system fixed in a few minutes of determining the problem. Everyone that I have dealt with from 765-Tech has been great! I have the system serviced twice a year and each time has been a pleasant experience. Tyler, Harrison, Eric, Daniel as well as everyone else at this company are at the top when it comes to service and quality. Thank you for a great system and for excellent service!

In November 2016 My 2013 MacBook Pro went down and wouldn't start-up. frantic I called 765 Tech and spoke with Ty the owner. I told him what the computer was doing and he said "hard Drive issue" told me to bring it in and they would replace it for 194.94. Having paid the company and picked my computer up, I was shocked two days later the same issues were happening again. I then took my Mac to Apple DUH! Never take a mac to a windows store EVER! I drove to their location 2946 N. Government way Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815 on February 22th, 2017 and spoke with an Eric who advised me, he was aware of the situation and that I would have to speak with Ty the owner of the company. Also, that it has been 5 months since the incident occurred and he (TY) probably wasn't going to do anything for me. On February 23rd, 2017, I called at 11 am PST and Eric picked up of the phone. I requested Ty and when Ty picked the phone, and I gave him my name, he stated he couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back a minute later on February 23rd, 2017 at 11:01 am PST - Ty answered the phone and again I explained who I was and he again stated: "he couldn't hear me". I stated "Eric could hear me just fine so I'm not sure why we are having any issue." and he then, could hear me. I explained "We did business back in Nov together, you replaced a hard drive for me which wasn't the issue my Mac Book Pro was having. I ended up taking it to the Apple store and they fixed the actual issue." He said "Let me interrupt you right there when we did business back in Nov, we spoke on the phone, you advised me that the hard drive didn't fix the issue and I told you to come in and we would give you a full refund within 30 days. You jumped the gun and went to your bank, and caused all these issues on yourself, now we aren't going to help you." Per the phone conversation back in Nov, I advised Ty that he "replaced a hard drive in my computer without any diagnostics and charged me 194.94 for an issue I never had." At which point he advised me to "bring it in before 5 pm" PST. I told him at the time I was in college full-time Monday through Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm PST and requested that he or one of his team members stay late, for this process to be done. He said "no" they wouldn't be able to do that. At which point I advised him "I was going to dispute it with my bank". He again said, "no don't do that bring it in during business hours". Unable to make it into their office during their business hours, I called Bank of America and requested the dispute. On February 23rd, 2017 during our phone interaction, I reminded him of that part of the conversation he proceeded to call me a "habitual liar" and told me "to take my business elsewhere" and hung up. I gave Ty at 765 Tech the ability to rectify the situation back in Nov 2016 and again on February 22nd and the 23rd of 2017. He was very rude and hung up on me. This company 765 Tech didn't do the job I needed, paid for and what their company claims to do on their website "We believe in working extremely hard to improve how we serve our customers while providing solid technology products and solutions." They have cost me extra time, money, and hardship. Not to mention the irrevocable consequences to my credit file and score. I have written confirmation from a tech at Apple stating and I quote "Hard drive was replaced by a third party to resolve issues but the hard drive was not related to the issue." PER APPLE: Problem Description/Diagnosis Issue: Customer states machine boots to grey screen. Steps to Reproduce: observed the issue at the bar, verified lines through display and green color tint, ran MRI and it flagged VST to be ran and also flagged her third party SSD in her machine. Ran VST and it did fail. I also ran storage diagnostics and it grey screens when running tests. Hard drive was replaced by third party to resolve issues but hard drive was not related to the issue.

I had an older laptop that my daughter needed for college. Upon entering the store I received a warm welcome from both the staff and their shop puppy! They were so very friendly. They assured me they would look it over and give me a call back. The very next day I received a call and they gave me the details of what needed to be done. And it was ready to go that day. You can't beat the service or friendliness of this store. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your service needs!

I'm not sure if you realize how bad it makes your business look to put parking signs for ONLY YOUR CUSTOMERS on two of the very limited spots in front of your strip mall. I, personally, will never patronize your business due to this. There are 6 businesses in your strip mall and the spots you have put your signs in rarely EVER have any cars parked there. I could understand one sign/spot but two is unacceptable and EXTREMELY RUDE!

Our computer started to slow down. On Sunday morning we awoke and found our computer screen was solid black with the words' "hard drive error". We unplugged the unit for one hour and started it back up. It ran fine for the remainder of the day, still slow. The next morning the black screen was back. We called 765-tech as they are rated very high online. I spoke with a tech at length over the phone. He listened to the problem and communicated to me the computer's hard drive was likely failing. He quoted me prices for various levels correction. We delivered the computer to the store on Monday morning. I spoke to the same employee as I had earlier on the phone. They told me they anticipated the turn around time for the repair should be two days. On Tuesday afternoon they contacted us and conveyed the computer was repaired and ready for pick up. Computer savvy people out there probably know swapping hard drives isn't very difficult if one knows what they are doing, obviously we don't. Due to our ineptness at all things computer technical we opted to pay them to save all existing electronic files from the old hard drive, replace the old hard drive with a new solid-state one, re-install existing folders/files and finally re-configure the computer to look and respond like it did prior to the hard drive failure. The quoted price was just above $200. We don't know if that is high or low, but we are very pleased with what we received. I will continue to use 765-Tech for all our computer issues. We also intend to purchase our college bound daughter a laptop from here. They have/had units similar to what Costco has/had, for less, plus they are there for IT support.

I was on a flight and drink was spilled on my computer. I was in town visiting family when I found out my computer crashed from the spill. I brought my computer in to see if the guys at 765-Tech could get my computer up and working. Well they informed me that it wasn’t going to work and they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic check. I brought it back to see if they could get my data off the machine and they didn’t have an adapter for my computer bc it was a specialized computer. Again, they didn’t charge me for the work. They were so cool about everything. All 3 guys were super nice and extremely helpful. They checked the machine and found out it was still under warranty, which was good to know since it was a work computer. I would definitely recommend 765-Tech to anyone needing computer help. They were so nice and knowledgeable. Great guys and they have a cute Boston Terrier that welcomes you when you walk in.

Then they like to steal your computer and claim you wont pay them for their service when they didn't do anything they said they would. DO NOT RISK YOUR BUSINESS by trusting this company! After months of him saying he was fixing the computer it is still unusable, he then billed us over a thousand dollars for work that wasn’t done. When we refused to pay for the services that were not rendered , he SNUCK INTO OUR SALON AND STOLE OUR COMPUTER hours before we opened for the day!! He waited for an employee to unlock the door and then ran in behind her, then proceeded to go into the back office, leaving several doors open, before grabbing our computer and running out. We have very sensitive bank and employee info, very critical information on that computer. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL SNEAK INTO YOUR BUSINESS AND STEAL FROM YOU.

Bring your computer here FIRST! Had 3 hard drive crashes on my laptop within a year a half. After being exhausted from paying roughly $200 each crash for a replacement and wondering if my computer was just a dud, brought it here and they fixed it within the day! Very helpful, nice, actually told me what was going on with it, and it's been running beautifully ever since. Even faster than before! Side note: they do not work on phones but man I wish they did because I would bring all my electronics to them first.
